On Friday, December 19, 2025, the Kastelruther Spatzen invite you to their atmospheric Christmas concert, taking place at the Telfen Tennis Hall in Kastelruth. This year, the concert will be held exclusively on Friday – a special evening full of music, emotion, and festive spirit awaits all visitors. In the afternoon, from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM, fans will have the chance to meet the Kastelruther Spatzen in person: an autograph session with the popular musicians will take place at the Christmas market in Kastelruth. Musical accompaniment will be provided by the Alphorn Players and the "Kastelruther Turmbläser", creating a festive atmosphere. Admission to the concert begins at 3:00 PM at the Telfen Tennis Hall. From this time on, food and refreshments will be available. The concert itself starts at 5:00 PM, when the Kastelruther Spatzen will perform their most beautiful and heartfelt Christmas songs – a touching musical experience, perfect for the Advent season. The LanAntiqua Festival, organised by the LanAntiqua Association, aims to give "early music", which is an inexhaustible source of inspiration, its deserved place in the cultural life of Lana. This music, which is not limited to any epoch, covers the periods from the Middle Ages to Romanticism. The festival's highest maxim is: original sound, i.e. the performance of the music in an appropriate sound setting on instruments of the period and with the knowledge gained from the historical performance practice handed down in treatises. Thanks to imposing venues such as the church Maria Himmelfahrt in Niederlana with its impressive altar by Hans Schnatterpeck and its special acoustics, top-class concert enjoyment is pre-programmed.
