The varied programme of performances at the historic Cristallo Theatre begins again

The Ahrntal as in the good old days... The gladiators of the ski slope with their wooden skis, some even without iron edges, at 7 p.m. go from the Hotel Bergland to the Enzenberg race track, next to the valley station of the Klausberg ski arena. The daredevil skiers are accompanied by torch bearers and nostalgic music. Race start at 8:30 p.m. afterwards prize distribution and After-Race-Party at the Skihaus Pub.

On 25 January 2025, the ‘Gamatzn Film and Photo Evening’ will take place at Haus Sexten. It’s not only about that, though. It’s mostly about being so enthusiastic and dedicated since day one. It’s mostly about seeing music and deejaying as a means for feeling good, for discovering things, surprises and emotions. It’s mostly about being so obsessive about details, and so focused on empathy with dancefloors and dancing minds at the same time. The hour of birth of the alphorn is and will probably remain unknown. When we talk about an "alphorn" today, we mean a long, straight wooden horn bent at the bottom. For centuries, horn instruments of different materials and shapes have been made and played on all continents. As early as the 16th century, the alphorn served not only as a call and signal horn, but also as a toy for alpine shepherds and has become firmly stablished in the Alpine region in recent decades, with its own style of playing and dialect. Concert of the alphorn players in the village center of Seis am Schlern at 5:00 pm.

The Bolzano Concert Association is one of the oldest music organisers in Tyrol. It goes back to the Bolzano Music Society, which has been instrumental in the musical development of Bolzano since 1855.
