The Department of Culture is promoting the 2025 edition of “The Sung Mass”, a series of Sunday liturgies accompanied by vocal ensembles and choirs from across South Tyrol. Toni Servillo, Giuliana De Sio, Vinicio Marchioni, Alessandro Haber, Teresa Saponangelo, Silvio Orlando, Gabriele Lavia, Neri Marcorè, and many other leading figures of the international theatre scene are part of the 2025/2026 season of the Teatro Stabile, taking place in Bolzano. This year’s season includes 12 subscription events and a special performance featuring Stefano Massini.

South Tyrol's winegrowers are known as unconventional thinkers who boldly took new and creative paths and thus built up one of the best winegrowing regions in Italy. As part of this year's Gourmet Autumn Naturns a number of winegrowers and cellar masters will be presenting their wineries and wine collections. GLASSIERHOF The term "GLASSIER", derived from the Latin word "CLAUSURA", was chiefly devoted to properties which, like the Glassierhof, were circumscribed from circular walls. The yard, edified in 1663 and since 9 generations in family property, is cultivated according to the organic farming principles (EWG 2092/91). In doing so, we take the line that quality has to be lived and breathed from the early start to finish, i.e. from cultivation to bottling. Our clear aim is to maintain, and preferably expand this traditon under personal commitment. (only in german and italian language)

At the Matsch Church Dayn in the culture hall on 17 November 2025! The day begins with a holy mass in the parish church ‘St Florinus’ This is followed by a morning pint with the Matsch music band. In the evening, Hermann & Marian offer you great musical entertainment.

Waag event in collaboration with Supermarket Diego Baruffaldi, guest of the next episode of Aquarium Unplugged, is a musician, performer, and singer-songwriter – a true storyteller with a guitar and a big heart. Through his songs, he brings to life the stories of people he has met along the way, or discovered in the pages of books. His motto is “Music belongs to everyone.” Without a fixed band, he often ends up turning his audience into part of the show, making every performance a shared experience. His debut album, “La Musica è chi ho incontrato,” was released in 2020, and in 2025 he’s back with two new singles: “Vedo Madre” and “Hai Visto.”

“In ashes, but not cremated, let me be clear. I do not want to end up in those furnaces they call crematoria.” These were the instructions left by Giuseppe Garibaldi before his death. He died on June 2, 1882, on the island of Caprera, where he had retired to live as a farmer. Yet his wish to be reduced to ashes on acacia wood was denied. In a work commissioned by the Haydn Orchestra, composer Alessandro Meacci retraces the final days of the man who dismantled the Kingdom of Italy and was celebrated throughout Europe and Latin America for his fight for freedom. The theme of Verdi’s Les vêpres siciliennes, first performed in 1855 at the Paris Opéra, is closely linked to Garibaldi’s Risorgimento campaigns. The plot depicts the outbreak, in 1282, of the great revolt of the Sicilians against Angevin rule. Verdi included the obligatory ballet, a staple of French grand opera, by composing an independent symphonic score. The ballet, titled Les quatre saisons, is set during a masked ball at the governor’s palace in Palermo. Five years later, Garibaldi landed with his army of volunteers at Marsala, driving the Bourbon dynasty from Sicily and Naples. Between these two works comes Rachmaninov’s Rhapsody on a Theme of Paganini, based on the 24 Caprices for solo violin, his last composition featuring the piano as soloist, bursting with dazzling virtuosity and extraordinary richness and variety of color. CD Presentation: „Vielleicht“ On Friday, 21 November 2025, the new CD „Vielleicht“ by Marc and Damian will be presented. The event starts at 8:00 p.m. at the Grand Hotel Toblach / Toblach Cultural Center. Special Guests include Daniel Stoll and Harry Amhof. An evening full of music and highlights – a must for all fans!

The new CD contains instrumental songs written by the duo themselves, inspired by different thoughts, life situations and feelings. Marc and Damian do not want to set themselves any musical boundaries and happily experiment with several musical styles. While the accordion often takes the melody, the interplay between the two is not clearly divided into melody and accompaniment. They try to create a sense of togetherness rather than a hierarchy.

Shoes are what we stand on and what carry us through life. They are functional footwear, artifacts, or icons of beauty and status. Shoes tell stories, travel difficult paths, open new ways, and lead a life of their own.

The RIAS Chamber Choir Berlin under Kaspars Putnins presents the program Palestrina 500 – Pärt 90, combining works by Giovanni Pierluigi da Palestrina (born 500 years ago) with those of Arvo Pärt (born 90 years ago). Both composers are united by the fact that words are at the center of their work. The Missa Papae Marcelli is a masterpiece that, on the one hand, takes into account the intelligibility of the text, but on the other hand is so artfully crafted that it became stylistically influential for many subsequent mass settings. Pärt's works are compelling in their simplicity and have an almost mystical character.
