Advent market with natural products from the Ritten and traditional rural crafts in the park of the Ritten Middle School/Station in Klobenstein, from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Festive atmosphere is provided by the Ritten alphorn players, along with culinary treats and seasonal hot drinks. Once again this year, there will be a lucky draw with a great main prize. All proceeds will be donated to charity. For our young visitors, fragrant baked apples, crispy stick bread, and a lovingly arranged petting zoo await

The Prad am Stilfserjoch Education Committee invites you to an Advent concert on 8 December at 6.30 p.m. in the parish church of Prad.

On Monday, December 8, things will get cozy on our panoramic terrace! In keeping with the season, we’ll be serving not only aromatic white wines and characterful reds, but also fragrant, homemade mulled wine – accompanied by delicious winter treats.

From 4:00 to 9:00 PM, enjoy a festive, wintry atmosphere with fine (mulled) wines, hot soups to warm you up, and Panettone & Pandoro. Live music by Acoustic Casals from 5:30 to 8:00 PM will set the perfect mood. So come by, raise a glass with us, and get into the holiday spirit!

There will alsobe pre-Christmas crafts, fairy tales and Punch and Judy shows for children.
The gastronomic stalls spoil the visitors with culinary delights and warm drinks.

Meanwhile, on the village square, the Jägerhof St. Martin (hunters’ choir of St. Martin/
S. Martino) provides a festive musical atmosphere with traditional Christmas songs.

We want to bring children, families and guests closer to rural culture and traditions on the topic of Christmas. The trail leads from the decorated village centre to the town hall with cookie baking for children, to the crib exhibition and to the Christmas market. Handicraft products are offered at different stalls on the playground. The Christmas experience continues along the trail lit by torchlights and candlelight with special light effects to the "Stockner Waldile" forest, where rural specialities are offered in traditional huts. Fairytales and stories for children are told around the campfire in front of a big Christmas crib and a petting zoo.

Oops is an immersive spectacle that transforms the façade of the Hofburg Brixen into a living canvas, brought to life by 10 powerful projectors. Accompanied by an original soundtrack from electronic music legend Giorgio Moroder, this visual journey invites audiences into fantastical worlds full of wonder and delight.
A show that amazes all ages—and supports a good cause: for every ticket sold, a donation of €1 goes to UNICEF.

As you stroll through the small wooden huts, glowing with warm lights and festively decorated, you’ll be enveloped by an inviting atmosphere. The scent of hot mulled wine and delicious treats invites you to pause and enjoy the magic of the holiday season. Each hut offers unique handmade treasures that showcase the craftsmanship of local artisans.

A highlight of the market is the impressive life-sized nativity scene, lovingly carved by the sculptor Leo Moroder. Every year, new figures are added, making this artwork a vibrant symbol of the most beautiful Christmas traditions.

And when live music fills the air between the snow-covered huts, the market becomes even more enchanting. On certain evenings, concerts create a truly special festive atmosphere.

Last year, for every cup of mulled wine sold, €1.00 was donated to Aiüt Alpin Dolomites, raising a total of €3,000 in support of the valuable work of the mountain rescue team.
This year, the initiative continues, with a part of the proceeds being donated to another local association, sharing the magic of Christmas through solidarity.

Alto Adige, 1961. La regione norditaliana è sconvolta da una serie di attentati separatisti. Mentre il giovane figlio di contadini Paul vuole sfuggire alla mancanza di prospettive del suo villaggio e studiare pittura, suo fratello maggiore Anton lotta senza compromessi per la protezione della minoranza di lingua tedesca, se necessario anche con la violenza. Dopo essere stato smascherato come uno degli attentatori, Anton fugge, abbandonando la fattoria e la famiglia. Paul rimanda a malincuore i propri progetti per sostenere Anna, moglie di Anton, e il loro figlioletto. Mentre la situazione degenera e la polizia italiana interviene con durezza, Anna inizia a ribellarsi sempre più contro le strutture patriarcali del suo ambiente. Peppi und die Haislraggler (BZ): “Verstopfte Weihnacht – Besinnliches Toilettenreinigen mit Peppi und die Haislraggler” Moritz Thuile: bass Markus Cappello: sax Martin Malfertheiner: cajon Felix Senoner: guitar Magdalena Oberstaller: violin Tobias Kompatscher: guitar, vocals The musical repertoire of the band Peppi und die Haislraggler – creators and so far the only representatives of the Toilet-Pop genre – consists mainly of original compositions. Their distinctive feature is the tension between ironic lyrics in dialect and a wide variety of musical styles. Even the band’s name is telling: they firmly claim to work full-time in sanitary maintenance and took up instruments only out of financial necessity – a side hustle to cover expensive Christmas shopping.
