This pleasant walk begins in the Panorama district of Mitterolang, a quiet and sunny viewpoint above the village center. Right from the start, you can enjoy wide views over the entire village and the surrounding Dolomite peaks. The route follows the paved road leading to Oberolang; it is easy to walk and therefore ideal for families with children or for a relaxing afternoon stroll.
The guest house is located in Verschneid, above the main road. At the traditional Albergo Kreuzweg relaxing and enjoyable hours are waiting for you. The arromatic mixture of spicy South Tyrolean food and of light mediterranean dishes is framed by cordial hospitality. From the traditional "Jausenbrettl" with Speck, over plates with Kanederli or asparagus dishes, to cakes made of buckwheat - the restaurant shows South Tyrol from a traditional side. Only fresh and regional products are used. The menu depends on the seasons.

A beautiful hike at Saubach/S. Ingenuino is the "Saubacher Rundweg". You can park the car on the "Saubacherhof" (restaurant, where you can eat etc.). Then you take the street in direction to Barbian/Barbiano until you come on a sign, where is written "Saubacher Rundweg". Follow the trail and you pass the "Pardiller" and "Unterfaller" farm. Then you come back to Saubach/S. Ingenuino and take the "Koflweg" (way nr. 28) that begin behind the "Saubacherhof". Go on the path until it comes an intersection. You have to leave the trail nr. 28 and go on the "Saubacher Rundweg", that is also signposted. Following the trail you will arrive on the street that goes to Barbian/Barbiano. From that point you can easily return to the "Saubacherhof".
This is a particularly long and demanding tour, and requires sure-footedness.
This simple snowshoe hike does not lead directly up to the Three Peaks, but they are always in view from the start of the tour.

Walk from Schermoos over the Möltner Joch to the Möltner Kaser. From here you can visit the famous Omini di Pietra, where you can enjoy a wonderful view on the surrounding mountains. Finally, you will continue and cross the Auenjoch via large meadows and finally reach the Kreuzjoch. The long path is rewarded here with an excellent panorama. An interesting panorama map tells you which mountains you are looking at.

With the bus we reach Passo Costaluga where we take the path to a mysterious rock labyrinth which a huge landslide from the Latemar a long time ago has formed at the foot of the Latemar.where we follow the signposts no. 21 and 17, stretching underneath the Latemar. First we walk along a broad forested trail, until we reach the first signpost "Labyrinth". Immediately the forest ends and the mighty Latemar towers into the sky in front of our eyes.This snowshoe walk leads through the wild, romantic Tschamintal valley, where the Tschaminbach river babbles happily and the winter’s countryside can be enjoyed to the full. The Rechter Leger clearing is a fabulous place to stop off for a rest in winter, and boasts box-seat views of the Grasleitentürme towers and the Tschaminspitzen peaks.
From the right side of car park, follow the service road uphill. Afterwards, a hiking trail, briefly bearing left, leads through the forest for a short time and then over a meadow and through a forest once more. One finally reaches a high plateau with numerous hay barns. Head right uphill past the barns ascending through a steep piece of woodland that ends in a shelf and leads along an increasingly narrow ridge towards the peak of the Platter Berg mountain. From the peak, follow the same route back to the starting point.

The church St. Ulrich was built in romanesque style and restored in 1859. The altarpiece of Saint Bishop Ulrich was made by painter Psenner of Ums. Here, as well as in albergo St. Ulrich, hikers enjoy a great view on the surrounding mountains. Relaxation, a children´s playground and a good dinner are waiting for you.

The alpine huts and farmsteads along the way bear witness to the work of man: here the farmers have shaped the landscape through their labour over the years, maintaining an intact balance with the surrounding nature.

The Tappeinerweg trail is an approx. 6 km long promenade in the city of Meran/Merano. Long sections of the path offer wonderful views of the city of Merano. The Tappeinerweg has a wide variety of predominantly Mediterranean trees and shrubs.
Follow forest trail no. 8 to the Schatzerhütte mountain hut. Shortly afterwards, the route reaches the Kerer cross, before ascending to the left (trail no. 14A) along the forest trail and up to the Putzjoch ridge. Turn down and to the right, along the steep path no. 14 and down to Wackerer See lake. Return via the forest trail to the Schatzerhütte mountain hut and then along the Almweg mountain pasture trail no. 8 back to the starting point.
Mölten, a village above Bozen, is embedded in the mountain meadows of one of the most beautiful plateaus in South Tyrol. It's the quiet center of this plateau called Tschögglberg at an altitude of 1,140 m. This place is definitely one of the most beautiful regions of South Tyrol with its wide high-level surfaces and invites the visitor to a relaxing hike.
The hike through meadows and forests from Mölten to Hafling is wonderful. The panorama is a pleasure for every hiker.
Starting from the church in Schabs, you head to the Viummer Kreuz cross on the road to Viums. There the trail branches off to the right, where the trail no. 2 leads to the Flötscher Weiher pond. Cross the main road and hike along trail no. 2 over the Mesnerbühel hill in direction Raas. At Moser, follow the trail no. 4 along the road through the orchards until you reach Natz and then continue towards Viums. Shortly after the village of Natz, on the right, a turn (signed as Dörferrunde) leads to Fruhn and the Waldertor gate (vantage point to Rodenegg Castle). After a slight descent through the forest on trail no. 3, you are back in the village of Schabs.
This snowshoe hike leads from the Langenstein chairlift valley station to the mountain station.
The hike starts in the village center of Deutschnofen | Nova Ponente. The hike begins on a tarred path, then a gravel path, then a forest path [E5] in the direction of Wölfl farm.The [E5] trail is the European long-distance hiking trail that leads from Constance over the Alps to Venice. By taking this route, the snowshoe hiker can experience a small section of this trail.
This route leads from the bus stop in Stilfs/Stelvio, passing Platzhof farm and heading along a forest trail to the Obere Stilfser Alm Alpine farm that towers over Stilfs at an elevation of 2,077 m.
Be sure to give yourself a well-earned break at the farm: the view of Ortler mountain from this tranquil setting is truly stunning and a hot flask of tea can work wonders.
