This hike leads across the meadows, pastures and forestall areas of the Salto. Without major differences in altitude we arrive starting at Hafling the Leadner Alm and Waldbichl. In between there is also the possibility to make a detour to the viewpoint Knottenkino to enjoy a wonderful and unforgettable panorama. This tour tip is ideal for families who are used to walk. The terrain is varied and there are always inviting places for a rest, to play with the children or just to enjoy the wonderful nature.
By the Nordpark Sterzing parking lot along the Via Pineta and furtheron on trail 19 over Raminges or trail 23 along the water experience path to the sunny Rosskopf hiking area.

Velvety-green meadows and picturesque woods, carefree sunshine and views beyond words. That’s what makes hiking fun! The beginning of the route leads along a peaceful forest road flanked by meadows filled with ever flower and herb you could imagine. The main stretch – and the longest – of this route leads through shady pine forests with occasional glimpses pf the surrounding area and the blue skies. When you arrive at the top, you will find a large clearing which is perfect for picnics or, alternatively, you can stop off for refreshments at the Refuge Tschafon Hütte hut.

At the bottom of the Gantkofel the Eppaner Castle triangle is located. On the art-historic walking tour you get an impression of the mediaeval South Tyrol. The walking tour to the castles takes you to the Castle Triangle. First you reach the Castle Hocheppan, which is one of the most important fortifications of SouthTyrol. After a visit as well as refreshment at the Castle tavern the hike continues to the ruin Boymont. A little bit underneath Castle Korb is located, which derived from the Roman époque and is now a hotel.
High Altitude Hike on Vigiljoch in Lana with begin at 1,450 meters.
Start by the Rosskopf valley station and over the Isarco river to the Hotel Maibad. Passing the hotel on the left side you will arrive to a tunnel under the railwy line. Following mark 3A through the forest to the small village Oberried (1014m) and the Straßberg ruin. Furtheron to the great motor way viaduct and descent to Colle Isarco/Gossensass (1098m).
While hiking, you are constantl surrounded by meadows and woods. The "Leadneralm" is a good place to take a brake. It offers meadows to lay down and rest, as well as good typical south tyrolian dishes. The "Möltner Kaser" is too, sorrounded by fresh green meadows. The mountain hut is situated directly underneath the famous "Stoanerne Mandln".
The Sattlerhütte is a beautifully situated mountain hut below the Möltner Kaser. They offer good and tipical tirolean food, a playground for children and a sun terrace.
The hike can be done at any time of the year: in winter as a snowshoe tour, in autumn - when the larches turn yellow-gold, in the summer because of the lush green meadow and especially in spring, when the alpine meadows turn into a flowering sea of crocuses and other spring flowers.

Monte Sole San Martino/ Sonnenberg St. Martin -Silandro/Schlanders This hike features unique panoramic views of the Val Venosta/Vinschgau Valley and Stelvio National Park. From Laces via the cable car to S. Martino in Monte. From the mountain cable car Station westwards, along the farm road to trail No. 14 towards Silandro. Passing the ruins of the Laggar and Zuckbühel farms and crossing the suspension bridge (70 meters long), it leads down the Tappein farm road and on to trail No. 14 to the Silandro Sport and recreational area. Alternative route: From the Tappein farm road, hikers can take trail No. 7 to Schlandersberg Castle and take the Ilswaal Irrigation channel path leading downhill to Corzes. This alternative route lengthens the hike by an 1 hour 30 min.

The "Hinzl" ring trail offers a tour full o prompts to help you discover the history of Tablá. Divided into fifteen stations, it will lead you from the centre of the Tablá village to the woods on the outskirts, trough clearings, flowering meadows, birch woods and pine forests, pastures and rocky outcrops. In addition to brief tales, legends, anecdotes, historical details and oddities concerning craftsmanship and farm life, you will discover the beauty of the plant life and you can be rejuvenated in romantic and peaceful places, admiring - from magnificent viewpoints - aview that embraces Tablá and Naturno.
Mölten is embedded in mountain meadows and oriented towards the sun and the mountain Tschögglberg.
The hike promise a very beautiful panorama. The way from Mölten to Vöran are simple to go. You can stop at "St. Ulrich" and "Bacherhof"
Family-friendly hike, suitable for buggies. In the village of St. Valentin/San Valentino, immediately after the “Camping zum See”, the path turns left before a wooden bridge. Continue straight on through the biotope and along the side of the lake towards the village of Fischerhäuser. Along the path there are numerous opportunities to rest. The path splits after the bridge, surrounded by reeds and sounds from the fauna. The upper asphalt path is for cyclists; the path below for walkers. The path undulates gently through an idyllic forest. On this side of the lake there are some cosy places to stay.
Note: Start the lake tour from a variety of points in either direction.
This rewarding circular hike leads from the mountain hamlet of Spiluck in the Schalderer Tal Valley near Vahrn/Varna to the Scheibenberg (1,948 m) and back via the Zirmaitalm mountain pasture. The view from the Scheibenberg opens out on to the Pustertal Valley and the entire valley basin of Brixen/Bressanone as well as the mountains of the Puez-Geisler group.
This easy, generally flat hike leads through the meadows and forests along the Maiser Waal irrigation channel and is especially popular with families who even enjoy walking the route on hot summer days.

Info boards lining the route provide a host of information on the nature and culture of the Seiser Alm. A magnificent Dolomite panorama accompanies hikers along this leisurely yet fascinating trail.

The moderately difficult hike from Spinges/Spinga along the Samweg Trail leads to the summit of the Stoanamandl, between the Eisacktal Valley and the Pustertal Valley. On a clear day the Sexten Dolomites, the Rieserferner group, the Geisler peaks, the Schlern-Rosengarten group and the Sarntal Alps can be seen from the top of the Stoanamandl.
