The Sonnenberg mountain panorama trail no. 91 (Sonnenberger Panoramaweg) connects Rabland with the neighboring village of Naturns, and offers hikers breathtaking views of the valley and the surrounding mountains and villages.

The Ultner Talweg leads from S. Pancrazio/St. Pankraz on the sunny side to S. Valburga/St. Walburg and back on the opposite side.
From Rosskopf / Monte Cavallo at Sterzing / Vipiteno to the Telfes mountain huts. Starting by the Rosskopf mountain station in direction Ochsenalm mountain hut, following the Ridnauner Höhenweg trail. By the mountain hut Ochsenalm turn left and descend to the next mountain hut Freundalm. Afterwards following the trail to Obertelfes, passing by the Witwenbrünnl spring (from here bus connection to Sterzing on weekdays.

This enjoyable family hike from Albeins/Albes retraces the historic trail to the small settlement of Teis/Tiso, at the entrance of the Villnösstal Valley.

The mountain pasture Mastaun (open from the beginning of May to the end of October) is in the eponymous high mountain valley that branches off near Madonna di Senales/Unser Frau west of the Schnalstal Valley and extends up to a crown of 3000 m-peaks. A stream of crystal-clear water runs through the valley. The farmstead Mastaunhof, to which the mountain pasture belongs, was recorded in documents as early as 1356 and is one of the largest farms in the Schnalstal Valley. The pastures surrounding the mountain passture are unusually well-tended and simply magnificent. There are indications that many centuries ago the mountain pasture Mastaun was already in operation all year round.

At the Fontain "ZweiWasserBrunnen" you can taste the two waters of Toblach.

This walk trough interesting Landscapes at the entrance to the Pustertal valley leads trough the upper boundary of orchards and vineyards. There are cultivation trials of apple trees and grape varieties on the sunny slopes of the sunny slopes of Mühlbach. A gem worth seeing is the Stöcklvater chapel, a place of pilgrimage in Mühlbach, as well as the renowned Urlaubstöckl.
The entire Merano High Mountain Trail (no. 24), one of the most stunning trails in the entire Alpine region, is 100 km in length, requires four to six days of hiking and is accessible from the beginning of July to the end of September (depending on the snow situation). At a relatively consistent altitude, this trail connects, to an extent, the high mountain climate of the Texel Group and the sub-Mediterranean climate of the Etschtal Valley. The hike through the various segments gives us a good insight into the world of the mountain farmers who worked to create and maintain this mountain and cultural landscape over the centuries.
From Pederoa, you'll immerse yourself in the breathtaking beauty of the landscape. Your journey leads you towards Picedac, where you can behold La Val from an entirely new perspective – a sight that will leave you in awe.
But there's more: Your hike will take you through the charming hamlet of Grones to Costa. Once there, you'll follow the path along the river back to Pederoa, completing this enchanting circle.

The Monte Sole Panorama trail n° 91 (Sonnenberger Panoramaweg) connects Rabland/Rablà with the neighboring village of Naturns/Naturno, and offers hikers breathtaking views of the valley and the surrounding mountains and villages.
From Aicha, trail no. 7A leads to Spinges. For the way back to Aicha, take trail no. 9 via Katzenleiter and past the wayside shrine, then continue on trail no. 9A.
From Fuldres followin the forestal road into the Egg valley, passing by old military street constructions and after a short walk at the left starts the trail 16. In steep terrain upwards to the Onser mountain hut (no service) and further to the Puntleider See Alm shelter. On trail 14 you will arrive to the Puntleider See lake (1850m). Lunch possibility: Puntleidersee Alm.
In the spring, this route, on the southern slope of the Talle mountain, offers the perfect opportunity to spend the first days of the warmer months outside in the open.
The hiking path “Tres la Val” starts in Mantëna (App. Sorapunt) and, according to its Ladin name,
which means “along the valley”, runs on the valley floor past San Vigilio, Ciamaor, lake Lago della Creta, Fodara Masaronn and Tamersc until it ends in Pederü. There are numerous points of entrance and exit along the entire route.
From Platz in direction North on the forrestal road near the stream and furterhon on the steep trail 3A upwards to the timberline. On the leftside of the crest upwards along the serpentines to the Europahütte mountain hut (2693m). Lunch possibility: Europahütte, Gasthof Pfitscherhof
