The trail beginns at the cross-country stadium at Dobbiaco and runs along the Landro Valley past the Dobbiaco Lake till the war cemetery, the final home of Austro-Hungarian soldiers of non-German speaking origin.
There the track passes the river and goes back to the starting point.

This easy route is ideal for beginners. It's the perfect place for you if you need to concentrate on technique and correct movement without losing your breath. Starting from the Nischlhof farm, you'll have delightful views of the village of Naturno from the Vogeltenn Promenade. The path then leads up to the Sonnenberger Panorama Path and goes on for 1.6km. to the Runsthof farm. Then simply take the same way back to where you started from.
The runing track from Sarentino Village to Bad Schörgau is the most popular jogging track in Val Sarentino/Sarntal Valley. There are jogging recreational athletes as well as top athletes. Especially in the evening there is running a lot of people on the illuminated track.
The “Dolomites Saslong Half Marathon” is the new edition of the popular "Val Gardena Mountain Run” and is one of the most scenic mountain runs in the world taking place right here in the heart of the Dolomites.
The 21,1 km trail run (with 900 metres of altitude difference) starts and ends in the beautiful area of Monte Pana and takes the runners along a partial rock and boulder route around the Sassolungo Group. Fantastic views are to be had over the Sella Group, Marmolada, Alpe di Siusi and Sciliar.

From the Passo Oclini starting point, follow the first few meters of this trail on asphalt, then turn left and take the downhill forest road towards Malga Ora. The well-fixed and level forest road continues steadily downhill towards Lavazè and therefore is ideal for finding your own running pace. Once in Lavazè, cross the main road and continue along the forest road towards Passo Oclini, savoring every moment of the training session.

From our starting point at Passo Oclini, the Stone Stairway running trail (S2) leads uphill through the grassy ground. At the end of this section, the trail follows a root-covered path towards the north-east. Then, the trail continues at a constant altitude level, until reaching a short downhill section. The final part of the trail leads along forest paths and roads, returning to the starting point.
Vallunga the entrance of the nature Park Puez Odle is the perfect spot for a jogging tour. Suitable also for beginners as it's quite flat until the end of the valley. For nature lovers it is the perfekt place where nobody is gonna disturb you during the morning or in the late evening.
The old rail way is the perfect trail for a jogging tour through the valley. Starting in Selva it passes through S. Cristina and ends in Ortisei. The trail is perfect for all the joggers which loves the flat runnings stail without any different of highnesses as this way is almost flat

The Malga Ora trail initially winds its way downhill along a forest road, continuing on the flat section of the sprint track, which is ideal for an intense speed workout. Just past the Malga Capanna Nuova cabin, there are about 200 meters in altitude to overcome, after which the Malga Ora trail branches off to the left from the high route, descending to the starting point.
