Skyrace Naturno

The start is in Rathausplatz square in Naturno/Naturns, at an altitude of 530 m. From there the run begins on asphalt, with the first and likely fastest kilometer leading through the village of Naturno and on to the start of the trail. At the beginning of the trail, the path immediately becomes more narrow. The run continues on a beautiful and partially steep ascent leading along the marked Path no. 6, with an altitude difference of approx. 850 m, before reaching the Grub Hof farm. It continues along the Merano High Mountain Trail no. 24, along various paths and across a suspension bridge to the Galmein Hof farm; then on to the Innerforchhof and Linthof farms, where the route departs from Path no. 24 and continues along a long descent of about 750 m altitude difference. The route leads past the Patleid Hof farm and continues to the Unterstell cable car station (refreshment point), past the Höfl farm and along Path no. 10 in the direction of Naturno. At an altitude of about 750 m, the run continues along a beautiful flat path for about 1.5 km, which climbs for a short stretch and then descends again for about 200 m altitude difference. After this descent, the final ascent follows a difference in altitude of about 100 m, before continuing along various paths and, finally, a dirt road until the arrival in the Rathausplatz square of Naturno.
