The route starts at the Piffinger Köpfl mountain peak in Meran 2000 and runs to the Kirchsteiger Alm and Meraner Hütte Mountain Huts to Waidmann Alm Mountain Hut.
This somewhat more difficult route starts from the Nischlhof farm and follows along the Schlossweg Path for about 150mt. before turning right and heading upwards to the road which leads to Hochnaturns Castle. It then goes on up towards the Sonnenberg and the Falkenstein Guesthouse then follows no. 6, a short, steep path, up to the Walburgweg path. Turn right along the Walburgweg path and go on to the Wiedenplatzer Keller, then head down along the asphalted road and on downwards to the Sonnenberger Panorama Path which takes you to the Vogeltenn Promenade and back again to the starting point.
The Malga Ora trail initially winds its way downhill along a forest road, continuing on the flat section of the sprint track, which is ideal for an intense speed workout. Just past the Malga Capanna Nuova cabin, there are about 200 meters in altitude to overcome, after which the Malga Ora trail branches off to the left from the high route, descending to the starting point.
This trail leads to the popular rock cinema "Knottnkino" in Vöran/Verano. This trail is recommended only for advancer.
This route starts at the Naturno railway station bridge and follows the paved road towards the bridge of Plaus. There it crosses the bridge and follows then the via Gröben towards the forest of Monte Tramontana. There it follows the Rittersteig along the Alpine-Well-Fit-Parcour back to Naturno. Length: 10,2 km. Elevation level at starting point: 544 m. Hight differenc: 229 m.
This 10.3-kilometer route starts in Lavazè, following the signs on gently sloping forest roads towards the north. The trail continues through protected woodlands in the direction of the Guggenbichl hill, along the Rio Nero stream. Passing by the beautifully located Malga Ora cabin, the last stretch of the route leads back to the starting point, on the same level as the Base Line (B).
This route starts at the mountain station of the Unterstell/Naturno cable-car and heads up to the Meraner Höhenweg which it follows in the direction of the Schnals valley as far as the Lindhof. It then leads downwards past Patleid and back to the start again at the Unterstell farm.
This route starts at the Naturno railway station bridge and follows the paved road towards the sports grounds. There it turns right and runs on to Cirlano/Tschirland and Stava/Staben. The route returns along the cycle path, all the way to Cirlano bridge, where it then follows the Etschdammweg trail.
This trail runs from St. Kathrein/S. Caterina to the parking area Falzeben at an elevation of 1.620metres.
Running Round at the beautiful larch reported on the "Salto", start finish: Maso Maneggio Edelweiss to albergo Lavena and back! Run lenght: 10,7 km
This easy loop trail over the Capanna Nuova alpine meadow starts northward in a slight ascent. After reaching the highest point, at 2,009 meters above sea level, along the slope of Corno Bianco, the next 3 kilometers continue on a steadily downhill trail. Turning to the left, the Malga Capanna Nuova cabin would offer a refreshment stop. Otherwise, the forest road continues evenly towards the east. The special route S3 is located on this flat stretch and proves ideal for a sprint session.
The connecting route between Passo Oclini and Lavazè leads almost uninterruptedly downhill on gentle forest roads, offering an ideal extension and/or integration to other routes. The 207 meters of downhill altitude difference are distributed over 4 kilometers. The Base Line, however, can be followed in the opposite direction as well, as the trail is signposted in both directions.
This route starts from the Nischlhof farm and goes on along the Vogeltenn Promenade and the Sonnenberger Panorama Path to the Runsthof farm on t Weitgrub as far as Pardell. Itthen heads downwards along an asphalted road to the Weintal and on past Stein and Falleggthen down again just before you reach the Rusthof farm to the Sonnenberger Panorama Path and the Vogeltenn Promenade back again to where you started from.
Starting from Passo Oclini, past the wooden hut, this trail immediately leads onto a beautiful meadow path towards Passo Cugola. The trail continues on uphill and downhill sections in the shade of the forest for two kilometers, past the chairlift and the Rio Nero stream. After this ascent, you will be able to catch your breath on the forest road to Passo Cugola, before continuing on the return route. The connecting downhill trail is easily overlooked and leads to another forest road towards Malga Isi cabin. From there, the trail returns to Passo Oclini with the Jochgrimm mountain hotel in sight, climbing the last 160 meters of altitude.
The most popular outlook points of the Mountain Pass Trail are the fabled Stoanernen Mandlen (Men of Stone) and Kreuzjoch. In order to complete the Mountain Pass Trail Tour at an assured pace, good physical fitness is a must. This unique circuit is the most challenging segment of the running Trails and it is recommanded only for advancer.
The trails combines the nordic walking routes in the valley with the jogging routes on Monte Sole. It starts near Nischlhof holiday apartment rental and follows the “Kirchgraben” towards the Castel “Engelsburg”. Then it runs along the “Alter Kirchgraben” uphill all the way to the hut “Höfl” and finally the mountain station of the cable car “Unterstell” on 1.300 m altitude. With the cable car one reaches the valley again. Length: 3,6 km, altitude at starting point: 582, difference in altitude: 717
This route runs to the Sulfner Weiher pond. Overall, the tour is flat, the paths are wide and have low gradients—and is thus doable also in the winter.
The trails begin near Nischlhof holiday apartment rental. Then it follows the “Vogeltennpromendade” along the sentiero panoramico on Monte Sole all the way to the “Eichgasse”. Going up towards the restaurant “Wiedenplatzerkeller” it continues on the path “Wallburgweg” until it reaches the intersection at the restaurant “Schwalbennest”. There, it turns downhill passing by Castel “Engelsburg” reaching the starting point. Length: 6,0 km, altitude at starting point: 572m, difference in altitude: 285m
From the Passo Oclini starting point, follow the first few meters of this trail on asphalt, then turn left and take the downhill forest road towards Malga Ora. The well-fixed and level forest road continues steadily downhill towards Lavazè and therefore is ideal for finding your own running pace. Once in Lavazè, cross the main road and continue along the forest road towards Passo Oclini, savoring every moment of the training session.
From the starting point, the forest road leads slightly uphill at first, before starting to descend to the lowest point of the path, at 1,743 meters of altitude, at kilometer 1.4. From here, a forest road leads to the last longer ascent to Baita Pozzi cabin. Returning on the same way back makes for a varied 10 kilometers training trail. The route can also be combined with the Pozzi Trail up to Passo Oclini, for a total of 8.8 kilometers trail.
From our starting point at Passo Oclini, the Stone Stairway running trail (S2) leads uphill through the grassy ground. At the end of this section, the trail follows a root-covered path towards the north-east. Then, the trail continues at a constant altitude level, until reaching a short downhill section. The final part of the trail leads along forest paths and roads, returning to the starting point.
This path starts from the mountain station of the Unterstell/Naturno cable car and heads upwards to Parleid then on to the Lindhof farm on the Meraner Hichenweg. It then leads up to the Dickhof farm, the highest point of the tour, before heading down towards Kopfron on the Meraner Höhenweg and past Innerunterstell before returning to Patleid and the starting point again.
The first part of this easy trail run starts at Passo Oclini, past Hotel Schwarzhorn and the two ski lift stations along a forest path in a south-easterly direction. At the junction for the Pozzi Trail Mini variant, take a small trail that leads slightly downhill to the Sella dei Pozzi, at 1,980 meters above sea level. After a short detour around the Pozzi saddle, you will reach Baita Pozzi cabin, idyllically situated and offering an enchanting panoramic view of Val di Fiemme. To return, follow a narrow, uphill path towards Corno Nero, past Sella dei Pozzi. From the highest point of the route, continue along the ridge northward, skirting the reservoir, returning to Passo Oclini.
