An exciting adventure awaits you during the guided tour of the church tower! From our expert guide Oswald Tröbinger you will not only learn why the church and the tower were built separately, but also have the opportunity to climb the observation tower: 82 meters high, with more than 300 steps. The tour lasts one hour and is a must for every visitor. The tour is only in German and Italian. However, you can still take part to see the tower from inside.

Activities with the ambassadors of the Ladin tradition. A fascinating journey into the world of traditional cheesemaking. The tour begins with a visit to the farm, an authentic place where history and tradition come to life. Guests will then experience the art of cheesemaking in an award-winning dairy, observing the different stages of production and exploring the facilities where this exceptional product is crafted. The experience ends with a delicious tasting of handcrafted cheeses, offering a true taste of the mountains. A must-do for those who appreciate tradition and authentic flavors! Information and reservation at the tourist offices or online within the day before (limited places). During the event photos or video footage may be taken for the purpose of documentation and promotion of the event and the region. The footage may be used and published on websites, on social networks and on media in compliance with the data protection regulations.

A variety of medicinal plants, wild, flowering and aromatic herbs thrive in the mountain herb garden at the "Wiesenhof" in Pawigl. During a guided tour of the show garden, you will learn how they are used and what effect they have on the human body. In addition to medicinal teas, tinctures and ointments, these valuable natural resources can be used to make tasty wild herb delicacies, which you can enjoy with the group after the tour. We make a short walk of approx. 50 min. to the Steinmetz farm. We visit the farm with stable, animals and the farm butchery. The experience for the whole family is rounded off with a tasting of typical farm products. The way back to the starting point takes about 50 min. Alternatively, we can also take the bus back. Our journey takes place by taxi, which brings us to the Huberkreuz parking in Barbiano. From there, we start our hike, which takes us with a gentle ascent through the picturesque landscape to the mountain pine oil distillery. The St. Valentin church surrounded by meadows and fields, with the Schlern massif in the background, the small church of St. Valentin offers a real idyllic scene. The construction is of great historical and artistic value with precious frescos from the 14th and the 15th century. A peculiarity (among others): the painter has tried to include the local landscape as background in its representation of the three Kings. Together with hiking guide Paula we make our way to St. Valentin church (walk approx. 20 minutes). This is followed by a guided tour of the church and then back to Seis. ONLY FOR CHILDREN AGED 5 TO 9 YEARS OLD! Be a real knight or a brave damsel for once! Childhood dreams come true at the medieval Reifenstein Castle. With fencing, archery and adventurous games, children can immerse themselves in the world of the Middle Ages in a playful way - supervised and age-appropriate. Please note: Only for children between 5 and 9 years old. No exceptions possible! Meanwhile, parents can optionally take part in a guided tour of the castle. On a guided exploration walk through the vineyards with winemaker Michl, you will learn everything knowing about wine: from its history and cultivation to grape varieties and marketing. At the end of the tour, you can taste South Tyrolean wines and discover the aromas and flavors of the region. The guided tour will be in German.

A guided botanical walk along the Solda panorama path: Starting in the village centre, we walk past the parish church of St. Gertraud to panorama trail no. 7, which we follow into the valley past meadows, pastures, woods and small streams to the valley station of the Solda cable car. There we switch to the opposite side of the valley, with its sunny and dry slopes. We now return to our starting point with a splendid view of the north face of the Ortler mountain along panorama trail no. 6. A guided tour of a private collection highlights the life of mountain farmers over the centuries. The event provides insights into the history of the farm chapel and the family. From Cavareno we come to Salter and then through woods and meadows into the gorge of the hermit St Romedius with the monastery of the same name. We climb 130 steps up to the main chapel. We leave the monastery, hike uphill and reach the plateau of Lago di Coredo, where we stop for lunch. From here we descend to San Zeno, where the bus picks us up again.
