Locally produced products simply taste better! Fresh vegetables and fruits, eggs, spices, cheese, honey, wine, juice….and many more quality products cultivated and produced in Kaltern are being sold from 8 am to noon on the Square of the town. Come by and experience the taste of nature. All these products have been produced and are being sold by the local farmers themselves. In a matter of fact South Tyrol enjoys of a very good reputation as far as the production of quality products is concerned. Thanks to the accurate cultivation methods and the strict hygenic regulations there is no doubt that these goods are of the highest quality and of the best taste.

Wine and art are playing a very important role at the Eberlehof winery. After visiting the vineyards, there’s a tour through the winery, where you can have a peek at the wine cellar and the wine production process. Lastly a wine tasting of quality wine accompanied with South Tyrolean Speck, cheese and Schüttelbrot. The weekly market on the town hall square in Naturno, from 8:00 to approx. 13:00. From leather goods, shoes and clothing to plants and typical farm products (bacon, cheese), there is something for everyone. The weekly market is a meeting place for all those who like to browse and enjoy.

Local and seasonal, straight from the producer. Farmers from the surrounding area bring their own farm produce to the Brixen old town centre. Depending on the season, fresh fruit and vegetables, dairy products, eggs, flowers, honey, homemade jams and pasta sauces, refined distillates and organically grown herbs as well as wooden handicrafts are offered on Wednesdays and Saturdays. From April to October, local associations prepare fresh tirtln (fried stuffed pastry) on site on a weekly basis. This means that every Saturday is also a culinary experience. This market has been a popular, lively meeting place for locals and guests for 30 years.

On Sunday, after the Holy Mass, the Music village band "Schützenkapelle Pichl" invites you to the traditional morning pint from 09:30 pm. Enjoy delicious grilled specialties, a cheerful atmosphere, and great live music with the Music brass band "Feuerwehr-Musikkapelle" from S. Maddalena and the music group Stubenattacke! The little ones won’t miss out either: a colorful children’s program and a bouncy castle will provide lots of fun. A lively morning filled with music, good food, and great company – don’t miss it! In case of bad weather, the event will be canceled.

On Sunday, June 1st, 2025, the Pflersch Music Band cordially invites you to the traditional Church Day at the Pflersch Community House. This popular event once again promises a varied program and a cheerful gathering for the whole family. The festive day will begin with the parade and concert of the Vals / St. Jodok (A) Music Band, who will set the mood with their musical talents. Afterwards, the well-known band "4a Gsponn" will keep the atmosphere lively with entertaining and upbeat music. Delicious food and drinks will of course be provided. Whether young or old – there’s something for everyone at this event!

On June 2nd, as part of the Schlerngenuss festival, a truly special picnic experience awaits you in Tiers am Rosengarten: the Bergler Harass at the Wuhnleger – a picturesque alpine meadow with a small pond reflecting the majestic Rosengarten mountain. Fill your own personal “Harass” – that’s what they call a wooden crate in the local dialect – with regional delights like sheep’s cheese, venison sausage, Tierser bread, sweet krapfen, and more. The private distillery "Wezl" in Riffian/Rifiano has been around since 2012. Jochen Kofler produces over 20 varieties of grappa and fruit brandies with much love and skill. Multiple awards at the Destillata, including "Edelbrand of the Year 2016" for Grappa Merlot. Named "Italy's national winner" and "Distillery of the highest quality" in 2019. Jochen invites you to visit of the private distillery "Wezl", where he explains how the fine brandies are distilled and they are tasted with delicious chocolate. The guided tour will be in German.
