Next to the old Lipper saw you will find the old forge of Valdaora. With a lot of heat produced by coal, the machine workes and since hudred of years the workers forged the whole day. Today you can visit the forge and imagine how hard they worked so many time ago.

Sheep farmer and cheese producer. At the weekly farmers' market in Sterzing/Vipiteno you can buy delicious products such as sheep's cheese, sheep's milk and sheep yogurt.

The farm Esserhüttl is located about 7.5 km above St. Pankraz. On our farm we collect by hand various wild and cultivated herbs, which we process into syrup or gently dry and mix into herbal infusions. Sun-ripened fruits end up in the jam pot or juice is made from them. In addition to fruits and herbs, we offer a variety of vegetables. Our focus is on products that have ideal growing conditions at our altitude.

In our tavern there is a small but fine farm shop. Our products are lovingly hand-picked and processed with great diligence and patience.

All our products are made according to biological procedures controlled and certified by BIOLAND. The ingredients come exclusively from their own cultivation in our farm and are complemented by herbs and wild flowers that we collect ourselves.

Christoph has discovered woodturning for himself and transforms every piece of wood into a decorative element.

The products are offered at the farmers' markets in the Ulten Valley during the summer months.

The Radoar farm (850m) with its wide-reaching, age-old vines is one of the highest-altitude vineyards in the Alps.

We are a small farm dairy and we produce various cheeses from raw milk and yogurt with different flavors. We only work with the milk of our own cows, which are feeded only with hay. Until our cheeses go on sale, they are turned and brushed every two days. We offer home delivery and sell our products in selected shops and also at our selling point "Kashittl" (Moarhans) in Caprile (see opening hours).

Our cheesy dairy situated in Pfelders/Plan uses very precious ingredients to make the delicious cheeses.

Monpiër - from "mo n pier", the typical Ladin phrase pronounced by those who want "another beer" - is the name of the first craft brewery in Val Gardena.Founded in Ortisei in 2016, born from the desire to get involved by Carmelo, Diego, Jan and Tobia: four people from Val Gardena who have found a common denominator in beer. Monpiër beers take their name from the surrounding mountains and their respective heights and are a dedication and hymn to the beauty of the Dolomites.Our 1000 liter manual batch system allows our brewer a lot of flexibility in the construction of the recipes and styles to be produced. In our laboratory, low fermentation beers are born, high beers and exploiting the local microflora we carry out a wooden project of spontaneous fermentations. Selected malts and a skilful dosage of hops combined with pure high mountain water from the Cunfin spring located at the foot of the Sassolungo are a guarantee of high quality. Monpiër is proof that craft beer can be simple, drinkable, immediate - and at the same time incredibly seductive.In addition to the beers produced by our brewery, we offer a vast assortment of over 70 national and international craft beers in our Labetula brew pub.

On 1200 meters the milk of goats and cows is being produced to a brilliant haymilkcheese. This can be bought in the farmshop the whole year.

In our South Tyrolean mountain farm in the Sarntal, South Tyrolean bacon is produced in our agricultural production as it was 100 years ago for the benefit of the animals.

The farm „Wegerhof“ is located 1,300 m above sea level in the small and sunny village of Stuls/Stulles in the Passeiertal valley. We manufacture our products with love and enthusiasm.

Since 2004, we use our silage-free pasture milk to produce our cheese according to the traditional procedure of cheese making. The cheese then matures in our cellar, until it gets its unique taste.

Our products: mountain cheese, medium-fat cheese, pepper cheese, garlic cheese, hay cheese, goat’s cheese, cream cheese, yogurt, butter, eggs, seasoned salt and various juices.

You can buy our products in our farm shop during the opening hours or by arrangement.

In addition to our farm shop, you may find our dairy products on the farmer’s market in Merano/Meran (Saturdays, all year round), on the market in Caldaro/Kaltern (Tuesdays, from April to November), in the C&C shop in S. Leonardo/St. Leonhard, in the Gol Market shop in Tirolo/Dorf Tirol and in the shop “Vingscher Bauernladen” in Naturno/Naturns.

Our beekeeping is focused on a natural and bee-friendly approach, minimizing interventions in the hives. By selecting locations from Vinschgau to Riva del Garda, our bees can access a wide variety of nectar and pollen sources, which is reflected in the purity and quality of our honey. Discover our diverse range of honey varieties and beekeeping products, as well as our high-quality olive oil from Riva del Garda.

In our shop you can get freshly slaughtered, filleted and smoked fish specialities every day. We also have a large selection of fresh sea fish. High quality is our focus. The long experience in trout farming, the water from our spring and a mountain stream are the best prerequisites for this. Enjoy healthy fish !

Getzlechenhof – Nature crafted with heart and hands

Since 1991, we – Dora and Werner – have been growing a wide variety of medicinal and culinary herbs on our farm in the Ahrntal Valley. With great care, we dry and process them into organic, sustainable products: herbal teas, spices, herbal salt, syrups, ready-to-use blends for liqueurs and jellies, as well as gentle natural cosmetics made from our blossoms and herbs.

The variety of flowers around Proveis gives the natural bee honey from the Mairhofer apiary its unique taste.

The products are offered at the farmers' markets in the Ulten Valley during the summer months.

Visitors can enjoy guided tours of the restored grain mill in Carezza. As well as an explanation of how the mill worksand where the water comes from, guests can observe the mill in action as it grinds grain to make fl our.

The heritage-listed farm from the 12th century is located in Pracupola/Kuppelwies, at the beginning of the Höfeweg, in the middle of a farm group behind the Schwemmalm cable car. He is one of the oldest farms of the Ultental.

The spices and herbs from the organic herb garden are harvested with the utmost care, dried and later processed into herbal teas and many other herbal products.
