Founded in 1937, the Selva Ski and Snowboard School is the first ski school in Val Gardena and proudly the largest in all of South Tyrol. We offer a wide range of personalized lessons in skiing, snowboarding, telemark, carving, slalom, cross-country skiing, freeride, and freestyle. We also provide group courses for both adults and children—perfect for learning together and making fast progress, always with safety and fun as our top priorities. The Alpine School which has a long tradition. We, the guides of the Alpine School Catores, are very lucky to accompany our guests in what we consider the most beautiful mountains in the world. I hope that we can also share with you an unforgettable experience in this idyllic mountain landscape.
Rely on the experience of the instructors of the Ski School Selva to help you choose the equipment that best suits your needs. We offer skis and snowboards from top brands, always perfectly prepared and backed by high-quality service. Safety is our top priority: that’s why we thoroughly check all bindings every year. Plus, with our 3D foot scanning technology, we help you find the perfect ski boot for maximum comfort and performance. Our ski service uses the advanced Discovery technology by Wintersteiger, ensuring precise maintenance for skis that are always in top condition.
The 1, 2 and 3-km cross-country ski tracks (signposted in blue and green) are located in the first flat section and are ideal and highly recommended for beginners. The 5-km training track is suitable for experienced cross-country skiers (signposted in red); it is also certified for national cross-country races. For a longer cross-country tour (signposted in black), its possible to cross the entire valley in a 10-km long circuit whilst enjoying views of a fantastic mountain landscape, the Stevia and the Chedul Group, as far as the Pra da Ri meadow.

It's time for action! Adrenalina Dolomites promises an adrenaline-fuelled experience for each adventurous Dolomites-fan. Private hiking guides, E-Bike and Hike on spectacular trails and reaching the Sciliar, hiking highlights every Wednesday and Full Moon Hikes.

We love to pass on to our guests our enthusiasm for our region. At our ski school we only work with experienced ski instructors who grew up in Val Gardena or the surrounding area and who are intimately familiar with the local villages and slopes.
There’s no wrong age to start skiing or to perfect your technique on the slopes. At our ski school we offer a great selection of ski courses for children and adults.
