Surrounded by woodland and vineyards, Lexnhof farm is perfect for relaxing and enjoying nature. After an extensive walk or bike ride, guests can be pampered with down-to-earth, typical dishes in a relaxed atmosphere. The farm is also a popular spot to celebrate special occasions and hosts Farm Holiday guests. Open from the start of March to the end of September from Friday to Monday as of 11.00 a.m. In October from Monday to Friday as of 5.00 p.m. and at the weekend as of 11.00 a.m. Prior reservation requested. Experience the unusual atmosphere of the secular stone cellars. Also ideal for business dinners, family and birthdays. Hubenbauer tavern offers new wine, chestnuts roasting on the grill, bacon, smoked sausages and many other tasty dishes from the farm kitchen. Since the autumn of 2010, in addition to the ancient tradition of the restaurant in South Tyrol, the inn offers its own brewery. With special beers of high fermentation, we have completed our gastronomic offer. The beer is brewed according to the Bavarian Beer Purity Law of 1516.

A smugglers‘ farm turned into a gourmet farm. On the spot where, in times gone by, dealers carted their illicit wares back and forth between Italy and Austria, the farm’s guests can now enjoy delicacies prepared according to secret recipes. 300-year-old Tendershof farm is situated at a height of 1,160 metres above sea level amidst breathtaking scenery. The Austro-Italian border runs through the farmland. This is not only a great place to be for the farm’s resident highland cattle, but Farm Holiday guests are welcome, too. First mentioned in records in 1379, Fronthof farm is the largest fully-preserved farmhouse in South Tyrol built on a steep slope from stone and is something special. The old, panelled dining rooms provides the ideal setting for special occasions and makes a great stopping point after a walk along the 'Oachner Höfeweg' Farmstead Trail. Open from March to May on Sundays at midday, in July, August and September from Tuesday to Thursday from midday to 11.00 pm, in August also on Sundays at midday, in October and November from Wednesday to Sunday from midday to 11.00 pm. Advance booking recommended.

The Schgaguler hut offers typical dishes, as well as cheese, Speck (bacon) and local wines. Accessibility From Compaccio/Compatsch, follow trail no. 30 as far as Ritsch and then trail no. 9 to the Schgaguler hut. It takes ten minutes on foot from the mountain station of the Ortisei/St. Ulrich lift.

In our traditional restaurant we spoil with typical specialties that are prepared with many products from our own farm. On reservation!

The mansion called ‚Wassererhof‘ is located on the foot of the Schlern close to a nearby wellspring. The homestead dates back to the year 1366. In 1996, the father of the twins Andreas and Christoph Mock bought the run-down homestead. After a renovation, the homestead has become an amazing ensemble of buildings emitting a sense of gentleness supported by an expressive architecture. Now the Wassererhof is a winery and a ‘Buschenschank’ (a traditional seasonal farm inn) with familiar management. The two brothers cooperate, helping each other with solidarity and this is the guarantee of their success. Andreas is the cook. The traditional cuisine is his top priority: fresh, homemade and surprisingly refined. The twin Christoph is the farmer and the winemaker of the Wassererhof. For generations they have broadened their knowledge in wine culture both in the vineyards and in the winery with the objective to press a wine of outstanding quality and taste.

The Hofkaffee at the Kaserhof is open from 1pm to 8pm. The Hofkaffee serves cakes and coffee as well as typical South Tyrolean "Speck- und Käsebrettlen".

In our cozy Tavern and in our winter garden with panoramic views, we spoil you with traditional dishes such as roast potatoes with egg and bacon, or the typical dumplings.

At the farmhouse Inn Reierhof you have the possibility to enjoy regional and homemade products and freshly prepared meals. Large playground, show farm with petting zoo.

High above Bozen, nestled away in an ancient chestnut grove on the sunny slopes of the Ritten mountain, is Ebnicherhof farm. This is the perfect destination for spring and autumn. The farmhouse parlour and sun terrace are the ideal place to while away the time enjoying typical farm dishes and unique views stretching from the Dolomites to the Unterland (Lower Adige). Our restaurant is a typical South Tyrolean farmhouse inn surrounded by green meadows and a wonderful view, where good food and excellent wines are served. Our farm is located in a sunny hollow, on the right side of the stream of Siusi. Right now, you are located in the basement of the farmhouse, in the so-called Kampidell cellar. This cellar is protected as a cultural asset. Why? Because you are surrounded by walls dating back to the 13thcentury! Since 2020 we offer a wide variety of dishes prepared mainly with local ingredients. Whenever possible, our chef Michael uses products that come directly from our farm. Our farm always gives us new inspiration and is the source of our success. Moarhof, delicacies from the region.

Finailhof farm, at an altitude of 1973 m above sea level and with a panoramic view of the surrounding peaks and of Vernagt Lake, is steeped in history. In 1416, the farmer at Finailhof farm apparently provided refuge to Duke Friedrich IV who was on the run with not a penny in his pocket, allowing him to work as a farm hand tending the sheep. The Duke’s beaker and cutlery are still on display at the farm today. Finailhof farm can be reached on foot along several different trails and is also easily accessible by car. We will be happy to spoil you with our traditional Tyrolean farmhouse cuisine made mainly from our own home-grown produce and served on our sun terrace with its panoramic view. We are open seven days a week all year round (please book in advance for evenings and in the winter months).

Innerperskoler farm is located in sunny Aicha di Fiè, surrounded by vineyards and chestnut groves. The altitude of 700m above sea level favours both viniculture and cattle farming. In 2014/15 the Prieth family, the current owners, established a farmhouse inn where local South Tyroleans and tourists alike are welcome to delight in the fruits of the harvest.
