Innerperskoler farm is located in sunny Aicha di Fiè, surrounded by vineyards and chestnut groves. The altitude of 700m above sea level favours both viniculture and cattle farming. In 2014/15 the Prieth family, the current owners, established a farmhouse inn where local South Tyroleans and tourists alike are welcome to delight in the fruits of the harvest.

Albert welcomes you to the Regiohof farm in his farmhouse parlor in Val Casies. Summertime is Regiohof-time, enjoy like they did in the old days in the farm tavern with farmhouse kitchen! The Regiohof offers all kinds of good things: coffee & sweets, aperitivo & merende, ice cream creations & mountain strawberries, specialty beers, wines, long & short drinks, Albert's gin and mountain elixirs. All this can be enjoyed in the panoramic farmhouse parlor or on the panorama terrace. Enjoy your mountain summer with local, fresh products paired with a wonderful view in a friendly atmosphere.

Schluntner is located near the high altitude trail of Laives and is therefore the perfect place to rest during your hike. Open on weekends by reservation.

First mentioned in records in 1379, Fronthof farm is the largest fully-preserved farmhouse in South Tyrol built on a steep slope from stone and is something special. The old, panelled dining rooms provides the ideal setting for special occasions and makes a great stopping point after a walk along the 'Oachner Höfeweg' Farmstead Trail. Open from March to May on Sundays at midday, in July, August and September from Tuesday to Thursday from midday to 11.00 pm, in August also on Sundays at midday, in October and November from Wednesday to Sunday from midday to 11.00 pm. Welcome to the Gummererhof Mountain Inn | Winery | Apple Juice High above Tramin lies the mountain inn Gummererhof (750 m above sea level). The wine farm is both the starting point for many a mountain hike into the Mendel Mountains and a popular destination for hikes and bike tours between Kaltern, Tramin and Kurtatsch.

Innerperskoler farm was first mentioned in 1267, more accurate records date back to 1569. In 1736, a chapel was erected in order to bless and protect the farm and the house. It was dedicated to Saint Florian, the patron saint of chimney sweeps and firefighters, yet the farm and the barn burnt down entirely in 1994. Many precious documents and other objects were lost in the flames. The former owner Hermann Vieider rebuilt house and farm completely. The restaurant Weintal is located in the middle of the apple orchards of Naturno and can be reached on foot by the panoramic trail and also by car via "Steinstraße".

At Zunerhof we daily serve excellent dumplings, “Spätzle” but also Schlutzkrapfen (ravioli with spinach filling) Herrengröstel (meat dish with roasted potatoes), roasted pork knuckle (upon request) and much much more. In addition to that we also offer a fine selection of South Tyrolean wines as well as home-made juices. Wonderful specialities which will be served in one of our beautiful Stuben of the 16th century, or, as soon as the weather allows it, on our sunny terrace. Some of the many specialities you can taste at Zunerhof: •Deer gulash with porcino mushrooms •Dumpling tris with salad •“Herrngröstel” with bacon coleslaw •Home-made “Schlutzer” •Roasted pork knuckles cooked in the traditional wooden oven (upon request)

Zmailer Hof farm looks out from the Schennerberg mountainside over the Meran valley basin and across to the Etsch river valley. It is the ideal destination for a mountain walk. Parts of the old farmhouse, such as the kitchen, hallway and pretty frescoes at the entrance to the house are under listed building protection. Guests can enjoy the tasty house specialities on the sun terrace or in the cosy farmhouse parlour. The excellent fruit juices are a treat not to be missed. Open daily from mid-March until the end of November. Closed on Fridays.

The inn is situated in the idyllic hamlet of Glen, surrounded by gently sloping vineyards. The terrace, shaded by a 100-year-old chestnut tree, is a good place to relax and unwind. The hosts also serve delicious dishes from the farm kitchen in the two cosy farm dining rooms. Open from Thursday to Sunday after midday from the beginning of March to the end of May and from the beginning of September to mid-December. Closed on Sunday evenings. Closed Monday to Wednesday. Booking recommended.

Welcome to the Sonnenhof! A sunny and cosy Waalweg hike through chestnut groves and mixed forests takes you from Tschars in the direction of Juval Castle to the Sonnenhof. The "Röckhof" is situated in the sunny slopes of Villanders. 7/10 - bottling, distillery, guided tour of the farm and cellar, typical dishes such as Schlutzkrapfen, potato pasties and homemade sausages. On Saturdays and Sundays we are open from midday.

Welcome to one of the longest-standing wine cellars in Lana. Besides our signature platter Brettljause, we serve home-made dumplings, a range of freshly-made pasta dishes, salads and mouth-watering grilled meats. From march-july open also Sunday for lunch.

Enjoy genuine dishes with a taste of tradition. The Piccolruaz d'Alfarëi family offers typical Ladin cuisine with a fixed menu in one of the oldest farmhouses in the Badia Valley. Situated four minutes from the centre of the pretty village of Badia, the restaurant has been run by the same family since 1645. Thanks to a long agricultural tradition and a deep connection with the land, it offers you an experience that will take you back in time, tasting the products of the farm and dining in the traditional STÜA and the cosy STANGODE. This small farmhouse represents a combination of passion and tradition, where food becomes an opportunity to taste the true Ladin culture.
