In the farmhouse from the 12th century with panoramic view at the castel "Trostburg", we invite you to traditional "Törggelen" with Tyrolean specialities and our homemade wine.

The Stafler Alm is situated above St. Pancras ( Fam Paller ). Quaint mountain farm with panoramic views of the Dolomites. Brettl snacks with alpine cheese and butter , fresh cow's and goat's milk, pancakes , fried eggs with bacon. Accessible from San Vigilio on trail # 9 + 1 or from St. Pancras on marking 6a or 6b.

Assistence with farm work, pets allowed (on agreement), a wide selection of fruit and vegetables in summer and autumn, herb garden, chestnut and wine evenings in October and November.

The inn is situated in the idyllic hamlet of Glen, surrounded by gently sloping vineyards. The terrace, shaded by a 100-year-old chestnut tree, is a good place to relax and unwind. The hosts also serve delicious dishes from the farm kitchen in the two cosy farm dining rooms. Open from Thursday to Sunday after midday from the beginning of March to the end of May and from the beginning of September to mid-December. Closed on Sunday evenings. Closed Monday to Wednesday. Booking recommended.

Moar zu Viersch - an idyllic retreat for indulgence and coziness. The tavern in Verdings/Pardell, above Kloster Säben, invites hikers and Törggelen guests to experience South Tyrolean hospitality to the fullest. Surrounded by a breathtaking mountain panorama, countless hiking trails (including the 'Keschtnweg' or the 'Birmehlweg'), and ancient chestnut trees, Moar zu Viersch promises a special destination, especially in the autumn. In summer, the farm also serves wonderfully as an event location. Here, one can escape everyday life and fully enjoy the beauty of South Tyrolean nature. From early October to late November, every Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, the tavern opens its historic 'Stube' and invites guests to traditional Törggelen. Ungererhof farm lies at the foot of the Jaufenspitze mountain at an altitude of 1,540m. Enjoying an idyllic spot at the end of the valley, it offers a culinary journey through the four seasons. Walter the farmer fills his popular potato ravioli with whatever nature has to offer at the time of making: sorrel, nettle, herbs, pumpkin and even mountain pine buds. The farm also offers light bites with meat products from the farm as well as home-made Tyrolean Graukäse cheese. Open from 1st March to 6th January. Closed on Mondays and Tuesdays. Prior reservation required.

OUR FARM TAVERN We are a family business and together we run a farm tavern in Albions. We are also a farm with various animals. On the farm live donkeys, sheep, calves, chickens, ducks and cat that you can see and pet. The farm tavern "Dillerhof" can be found in Albions, a fraction south of Lajen. It is also an ideal starting point for beautiful walks and is not far from Klausen, Brixen and Bozen. We offer homemade dishes, delicious cakes and coffee or aperitif, also a delicious Marende to strengthen you. Come by and let us spoil you ??????

The Steidlerhof farm looks down on the city of Bolzano, enjoying wonderful panoramic views from the Rosengarten mountain to the Mendel mountain ridge. Nestling amid the gently sloping St. Magdalena vineyards, the guests will experience real rural hospitality within lovingly restored walls and recharge your batteries on the sunny terrace. Open from mid-March to June on Thursday to Sunday from 11.00. Monday to Wednesday closed. From September to the beginning of December open on Wednesday and Thursday from 17.00 and Friday to Sunday from 11.00. Monday and Tuesday closed.

Regional, seasonal, high-quality and organic ingredients end up on your plate, on your fork, in your spoon and in your glass. The small menu offers dishes and specialities that change with the seasons, which will delight both big and small connoisseurs. And because even the best food doesn’t taste good without a cosy atmosphere, we have thought of everything. Floor-to-ceiling glass fronts bring nature in and give you a clear view of it: the flower meadow and playground, the cottage garden and the stables with animals to pet and love.

Whether a South Tyrolean snack, bacon dumplings with goulash, potato dumplings with cabbage or classic Eisacktaler Schlutzkrapfen - all our dishes are homemade. And we use as many products as possible from our organic farm and cottage garden.

The historic Lafogl farm is situated in a fantastic location just below Castelrotto/Kastelruth. It features four cosily furnished holiday apartments with space for two to four people. The daily "bread roll service" and the breakfast basket with tasty farm products, which the Rier family will bring to your door every morning if you wish, will get you ready for your adventures in the Alpe di Siusi/ Seiser Alm hiking and winter sports paradise. The Lafogl farm is also a traditional “buschenschank”. With lots of love and passion, farmer Regina prepares all delicacies from scratch and completely by hand. Renovated, cozy farmhouse in the Monte Corno National Park. You can taste traditional dishes, handmade cakes and juices. Open only in spring and autumn. Monday - friday only on reservation. Open from 10th of April to 22 of May on saturday rom 10 o'clock, and from 13th of August to 20th of November on saturday and sunday from 10 o'clock.

We bought this breathtaking farm in 2023 and converted it into a farm tavern. The farm ‘Af Egg 35’ is an extreme farm that clings to a steep slope on the Vinschgau Sonnenberg. It is situated at 1670 metres above sea level directly on the Vinschgau High Mountain Trail. It can be easily reached from the St. Martin im Kofel cable car mountain station near Latsch in a westerly direction in approx. 45 minutes. For experienced hikers there are also very interesting hiking trails from Latsch Goldrain or Schlanders to us. Walking times between 3-4 hours. We look forward to seeing you! The Kaserer family
