The mountain inn Ederhof above Luttach/Lutago distinguishes itself not only by the stunning view from its sun-terrace, but also by the outstanding cordiality of the hosts as well as by the lovely decoration.

Delicacies from the farm: typical Tyrolean snacks, home-made cakes and juices are waiting for you.

The mountain inn is also reachable directly by car.

Surrounded by a breathtaking view of the Ortles and Sesvenna groups, nestled on the Malles sunny slope, you will find our little paradise "Solis". Alpine and Mediterranean specialities. On request open also in the evenings for groups.

We make our own wines, fresh fruit Juices, homemade apple strudel, Marende platters, mouth-watering "Kaiserschmarrn" and homemade savoury dumplings. You're welcome!

Ungererhof farm lies at the foot of the Jaufenspitze mountain at an altitude of 1,540m. Enjoying an idyllic spot at the end of the valley, it offers a culinary journey through the four seasons. Walter the farmer fills his popular potato ravioli with whatever nature has to offer at the time of making: sorrel, nettle, herbs, pumpkin and even mountain pine buds. The farm also offers light bites with meat products from the farm as well as home-made Tyrolean Graukäse cheese. Open from 1st March to 6th January. Closed on Mondays and Tuesdays. Prior reservation required.

A rustic and authentic wine tavern with traditional South Tyrolean specialties from its own production. In autumn the Leitlkeller is known as a typical "Törggele" location.

Located in the midst of meadows and woodlands, offers a unique view of the Adige Valley, the Dolomites and the Val Venosta with the Ortler group.

A very warm welcome to the Wenzlhof! We look forward to indulging you with hearty dishes and typical South Tyrolean specialties. Our farmhouse tavern, which is in a sunny spot at the heart of Tirolo, is the perfect place to recharge your batteries and enjoy a bite to eat. Look forward to meeting good company over a glass of our home-made wine, plus a hearty Marende, a traditional snack of cold meat, cheese and bread on a wooden board. Our playground offers plenty of fun for our younger guests. Whilst your children let off steam to their hearts' content, you can make the most of the peace and quiet and the view from our terrace!

Our farmhouse tavern can be found right on the Merano High Mountain Trail and the Hochmuth cable car mountain station, and is the perfect starting point for a multitude of different hikes. We will be delighted to serve you with our own farm produce and hot food throughout on our sun terrace. Home production of speck bacon and Kaminwurzen smoked sausages. We can be accessed via the Hochmuth cable car; via the Vellauer Felsenweg trail, from the Leiteralm along the Merano High Mountain Trail; via the Tiroler Kreuz inn.

n the meantime, we have a large vegetable field and a herb garden, which is Julius' passion. Since he also likes to be creative in the kitchen, he has now found his place on the farm. The traditional parlour and kitchen have stood unoccupied for long enough, now something new begins. He processes everything from the field, the garden, the cheese cellar and our animals into delicious local and creative dishes. We as a family actively support him in this. Natural flavours, fresh produce, unique raw milk cheese, bacon and Kaminwurzen and meat from farm animals are our food - in other words, means to live. The unique surroundings, the unique location of the Lechnerhof and the good food make for an unforgettable experience. Birkenhof farm is situated above Schluderns and can boast amazing views of the Ortler mountain and Upper Vinschgau valley. It is the ideal destination for a families, hikers and cyclists. Perfect for relaxing and enjoying farm cooking in a leisurely atmosphere. The new 'Pick-your-own Berry Path' enjoys great popularity. In the evening on gladly open for you on advance booking!

Trattoria Gruber

The farm Moserhof is situated between meadows and forests and is a popular destination for walkers. The farm offers traditional and regional dishes, such as duplings, ham, cheese, "Kaiserschmarrn" and sweet pancakes.

In 2010, our farm tavern was opened on the farm Eggerhof in Verano. Since then, the cosy farm offers yet another attraction. In the spirit of alpine architecture, plenty of wood was used for the interiors. This natural material creates a warm and welcoming atmosphere and gives social gatherings in the evening a romantic mood. Enjoy your evenings in the farm with a glass of wine in a classic setting. Spinach dumplings, barley soup, spicy meat platters, smoked meat and homemade sausages delight the palates during Törggele time. The new wine is tasted and chestnuts are roasted – served with the traditional hard bread and sweet donuts. During Törggele time in Burgraviato you will be seduced by the delights of the South Tyrolean cuisine and enjoy the good company at the tavern on the farm Eggerhof. Closed in winter.

The Föhrnerhof Farm was first mentioned in records in 1135. The farm enjoys views across towards Bozen and over the Überetsch (Upper Adige) valley as far as the Unterland (Lower Adige) and allows insight into its long history. Yet, it likes to move with the times and the farmer Karin Bracchetti has long been a presence in the male-dominated world of winegrowing. From the start of February to the end of May open from Thursday to Sunday and on public holidays from midday. From the end of September to mid-December open from Thuesday to Saturday from 6.00pm. Bookings made for groups of at least 20 persons for Monday and Saturday and during lunchtime. Prior booking recommended.

Burgerhof farm stands out thanks to its two cosy dining rooms and fantastic views of the Brixen valley basin. Organic farming methods have held great importance here for over 30 years. Guests can look forward to seasonal dishes, with a menu that changes every week, delicious organic wines as well as tender meat from the farm's own herd. Open from mid-September until the second weekend in December as well as from the start of April until the mid of June. Hours: Saturdays from midday and Sundays from 12.00am to 3.00pm. In autumn, open on Thursdays and Fridays from 6.00pm. Open in the evenings by reservation only. For the rest of the year we are happy to accept reservations above 20 guests on request.

"Gostnerhof farm in Barbian is on the sunny side of the Eisack river valley. Guests can enjoy savouring original Eisack valley farmhouse fare amidst colourful vineyards beneath the rays of the autumn sun. Two cosy farmhouse parlours invite guests to sit and get stuck into some delicious culinary treats. We have a large children’s playground for kids to play around in. Open from mid September to beginning of December from 16.00 to 24.00 every day. On weekends open from 12.00. Booking recommended. Open from the beginning of March to the end of May at weekends to advance order. Farmhouse brunch from 9.00 a.m. to advance order on Saturdays and Sundays from February to May."

The historic Lafogl farm is situated in a fantastic location just below Castelrotto/Kastelruth. It features four cosily furnished holiday apartments with space for two to four people. The daily "bread roll service" and the breakfast basket with tasty farm products, which the Rier family will bring to your door every morning if you wish, will get you ready for your adventures in the Alpe di Siusi/ Seiser Alm hiking and winter sports paradise. The Lafogl farm is also a traditional “buschenschank”. With lots of love and passion, farmer Regina prepares all delicacies from scratch and completely by hand. The "Röckhof" is situated in the sunny slopes of Villanders. 7/10 - bottling, distillery, guided tour of the farm and cellar, typical dishes such as Schlutzkrapfen, potato pasties and homemade sausages. On Saturdays and Sundays we are open from midday.

Our chefs are challenging their art to be the most demanding palates. The menu of the restaurant is refined continuously and consists of many homemade pastas and typical products of the region Trentino-Alto Adige.
