Our traditional farmhouse inn offers you a cozy place to relax and recharge your batteries with a picturesque view of the Texel Group. It is particularly important to us to bring our farm products closer to our guests and to present them on our small menu. We bake fresh bread every week and serve it with South Tyrolean specialties such as the Marendbrettl with homemade bacon, smoked sausages and alpine cheese. Traditional warm dishes from our own gray cattle, delicious dumpling dishes and homemade cakes are also part of it. Come by and experience for yourself! In autumn "Törggelen" on request.

The estate tavern with the panoramic view from its large terrace is worth a trip. Enjoy the wide range of Elena Walch wines while gazing at the scenic view of Lake Caldaro. The wines can be accompanied by cold regional delicacies – chosen specialties from Alto Adige to pair with your wine choice. After a guided vineyard tour, it is the ideal place to experience, in a glass, the vineyards you just visited. Open from April to November, 11.00 am – 6.30 pm, closed Tuesday.

The Steidlerhof farm looks down on the city of Bolzano, enjoying wonderful panoramic views from the Rosengarten mountain to the Mendel mountain ridge. Nestling amid the gently sloping St. Magdalena vineyards, the guests will experience real rural hospitality within lovingly restored walls and recharge your batteries on the sunny terrace. Open from mid-March to June on Thursday to Sunday from 11.00. Monday to Wednesday closed. From September to the beginning of December open on Wednesday and Thursday from 17.00 and Friday to Sunday from 11.00. Monday and Tuesday closed.

On the high mountain plateau of Mount Reggelberg, located in the South of South Tyrol, at 1680 metres above sea level, you will find the sunny Schmiederalm mountain pasture, surrounded by woods and meadows that are perfect for hiking, idling and relaxing. Whether a South Tyrolean snack, bacon dumplings with goulash, potato dumplings with cabbage or classic Eisacktaler Schlutzkrapfen - all our dishes are homemade. And we use as many products as possible from our organic farm and cottage garden.

Our restaurant is a typical South Tyrolean farmhouse inn surrounded by green meadows and a wonderful view, where good food and excellent wines are served. Our farm is located in a sunny hollow, on the right side of the stream of Siusi. Right now, you are located in the basement of the farmhouse, in the so-called Kampidell cellar. This cellar is protected as a cultural asset. Why? Because you are surrounded by walls dating back to the 13thcentury! Since 2020 we offer a wide variety of dishes prepared mainly with local ingredients. Whenever possible, our chef Michael uses products that come directly from our farm. Our farm always gives us new inspiration and is the source of our success. Here we cultivate the raw materials for our dishes and raise robust cattle that have plenty of exercise and spend the summer on the lush alpine meadows of the Alpe di Siusi. Renovated, cozy farmhouse in the Monte Corno National Park. You can taste traditional dishes, handmade cakes and juices. Open only in spring and autumn. Monday - friday only on reservation. Open from 10th of April to 22 of May on saturday rom 10 o'clock, and from 13th of August to 20th of November on saturday and sunday from 10 o'clock.

Niedermairhof farm is situated high above Kastelbell on the side of the Trumsberg mountain. From its sun terrace you can enjoy fantastic views down and across Vinschgau valley and into Martelltal valley and inside there are two cosy and inviting wood-panelled farm parlours. The Kaserer family’s many home made products will turn ordinary meals into a real treat. Open from 1st April to 20th December. Thursdays closed. From 15th June to 15th August closed Thursdays and Sundays. Orders in advance required for evening meals.

Our spacious basement offers the possibility to celebrate your wedding, your birthday, your family celebration or your anniversary in a rustic full of Story ambience. Besides homemade products, which mainly counts our tender beef, we offer products of Völser farmers and farms.

Hikers and bikers can enjoy the home-style cuisine and the cozy Tyrolean Stube

The small, regional farm brewery currently offers three types of beer: A sparkling light beer, the full-bodied festive beer and a refreshing wheat-beer. The traditional beer styles are brewed according to the German Purity Law. The beer can be accompanied by cold dishes from the farm kitchen. Jochen and Constanze Bauder from Germany made their dream come true in Deutschnofen/Nova Pnente. The beer lovers from Germany are newcomers – they taught themselves the craft of brewing, with additional support from a brewmaster from Bavaria.

The Schgaguler hut offers typical dishes, as well as cheese, Speck (bacon) and local wines. Accessibility From Compaccio/Compatsch, follow trail no. 30 as far as Ritsch and then trail no. 9 to the Schgaguler hut. It takes ten minutes on foot from the mountain station of the Ortisei/St. Ulrich lift.
