In the rural taverns in South Tyrol you will be served by the host family in person. In the rustic parlors, home-grown products such as homemade juices, tasty hot and cold dishes, local fruit and, of course, wines are offered. A very special highlight is the annual Törggelen in the Buschenschänken: As decades ago, the farmers open their cellars for their guests to taste the wine, accompanied by typical rural dishes.

Innerperskoler farm is located in sunny Aicha di Fiè, surrounded by vineyards and chestnut groves. The altitude of 700m above sea level favours both viniculture and cattle farming. In 2014/15 the Prieth family, the current owners, established a farmhouse inn where local South Tyroleans and tourists alike are welcome to delight in the fruits of the harvest.

In 2010, our farm tavern was opened on the farm Eggerhof in Verano. Since then, the cosy farm offers yet another attraction. In the spirit of alpine architecture, plenty of wood was used for the interiors. This natural material creates a warm and welcoming atmosphere and gives social gatherings in the evening a romantic mood. Enjoy your evenings in the farm with a glass of wine in a classic setting.
Spinach dumplings, barley soup, spicy meat platters, smoked meat and homemade sausages delight the palates during Törggele time. The new wine is tasted and chestnuts are roasted – served with the traditional hard bread and sweet donuts. During Törggele time in Burgraviato you will be seduced by the delights of the South Tyrolean cuisine and enjoy the good company at the tavern on the farm Eggerhof.

Moar zu Viersch - an idyllic retreat for indulgence and coziness. The tavern in Verdings/Pardell, above Kloster Säben, invites hikers and Törggelen guests to experience South Tyrolean hospitality to the fullest.
Surrounded by a breathtaking mountain panorama, countless hiking trails (including the 'Keschtnweg' or the 'Birmehlweg'), and ancient chestnut trees, Moar zu Viersch promises a special destination, especially in the autumn. In summer, the farm also serves wonderfully as an event location. Here, one can escape everyday life and fully enjoy the beauty of South Tyrolean nature.
From early October to late November, every Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, the tavern opens its historic 'Stube' and invites guests to traditional Törggelen. Lajen-Ried is well known as the cradle of the ‘Törggele’ culture, when the season’s new wine is served up with accompanying farmhouse fare in autumn. However, guests will enjoy a stop here at any time of year. The Schenk family dishes up seasonal delicacies from the garden and wine cellar in the 17th century panelled farmhouse parlour both in winter and spring. Open from the start of September until the start of December from 12 noon. Closed on Mondays. Open from the start of January to the start of April from 4.00 p.m. Closed on Mondays and Tuesdays. Advance booking recommended.
A cozy wine arbor terrace, serving various home-grown wines. Fresh juices served with homemade Brettljausen (cold cuts), and a children’s playground await you.
Surrounded by woodland and vineyards, Lexnhof farm is perfect for relaxing and enjoying nature. After an extensive walk or bike ride, guests can be pampered with down-to-earth, typical dishes in a relaxed atmosphere. The farm is also a popular spot to celebrate special occasions and hosts Farm Holiday guests. Open from the start of March to the end of September from Friday to Monday as of 11.00 a.m. In October from Monday to Friday as of 5.00 p.m. and at the weekend as of 11.00 a.m. Prior reservation requested. Open from November to the end of February to advance order only.
Guests can enjoy great views of the surrounding mountains and the whole Eisack valley from the sun terrace of Ahner farm. Inside, the panelled dining room provides a cosy setting. The delicious first course dishes are a highlight. Open all year round. Prior reservation desired.
The mountain inn Ederhof above Luttach/Lutago distinguishes itself not only by the stunning view from its sun-terrace, but also by the outstanding cordiality of the hosts as well as by the lovely decoration.
Delicacies from the farm: typical Tyrolean snacks, home-made cakes and juices are waiting for you.
The mountain inn is also reachable directly by car.
Kastelruth/Castelrotto, Dolomites Region Seiser Alm
The Sattler hut is situated at the foot oft he Denti di Terrarossa in the heart of the Dolomites.
The hut offers local dishes and homemade Strudel and cakes. The Sattler hut is accessible via Panorama on trail no.2 and via the Laurin hut on the gravel path.
We bought this breathtaking farm in 2023 and converted it into a farm tavern. The farm ‘Af Egg 35’ is an extreme farm that clings to a steep slope on the Vinschgau Sonnenberg.
It is situated at 1670 metres above sea level directly on the Vinschgau High Mountain Trail. It can be easily reached from the St. Martin im Kofel cable car mountain station near Latsch in a westerly direction in approx. 45 minutes.
For experienced hikers there are also very interesting hiking trails from Latsch Goldrain or Schlanders to us. Walking times between 3-4 hours.
