We are a family business and together we run a farm tavern in Albions.
We are also a farm with various animals.
On the farm live donkeys, sheep, calves, chickens, ducks and cat that you can see and pet.
The farm tavern "Dillerhof" can be found in Albions, a fraction south of Lajen.
It is also an ideal starting point for beautiful walks and is not far from Klausen, Brixen and Bozen.
We offer homemade dishes, delicious cakes and coffee or aperitif, also a delicious Marende to strengthen you.

The Nalserbacherkeller is not far from Nals, on the road towards Prissian and Tisens. The Pallweber family will spoil you in the comfortable cellar or under the vines in the open air. The kitchen offers tasty, varied food, hospitality and a friendly atmosphere. Home-distilled fruit schnaps will round off your meal! Open from the start of April until the end of June from Thursday to Sunday and from the start of August until mid-December from Thursday to Monday. Opening times: Saturday, Sunday and public holidays from 4.00 pm to midnight, weekdays from 5.00 pm to midnight. Advance booking desired.

Our farmhouse tavern is located in the middle of vineyards and orchards. On the sun terrace you can enjoy spectacular views of the spa town of Meran and the surroundings. We will be delighted to serve you with our home-made wine and typical South Tyrolean specialties.
The Ebnicherhof wine tavern lies high above Bozen, nestled in ancient chestnut groves. It is an ideal excursion destination along the "Keschtnweg" trail. The farmhouse parlour and the sun terrace invite you to linger with typical farmhouse dishes and a unique view of the Dolomites and the South Tyrolean lowlands.
Kaltern an der Weinstraße/Caldaro sulla Strada del Vino, Alto Adige Wine Road
The estate tavern with the panoramic view from its large terrace is worth a trip. Enjoy the wide range of Elena Walch wines while gazing at the scenic view of Lake Caldaro. The wines can be accompanied by cold regional delicacies – chosen specialties from Alto Adige to pair with your wine choice. After a guided vineyard tour, it is the ideal place to experience, in a glass, the vineyards you just visited.

Finailhof farm, at an altitude of 1973 m above sea level and with a panoramic view of the surrounding peaks and of Vernagt Lake, is steeped in history.
In 1416, the farmer at Finailhof farm apparently provided refuge to Duke Friedrich IV who was on the run with not a penny in his pocket, allowing him to work as a farm hand tending the sheep. The Duke’s beaker and cutlery are still on display at the farm today.
Finailhof farm can be reached on foot along several different trails and is also easily accessible by car. We will be happy to spoil you with our traditional Tyrolean farmhouse cuisine made mainly from our own home-grown produce and served on our sun terrace with its panoramic view.
We are open seven days a week all year round (please book in advance for evenings and in the winter months).
This listed farmhouse is situated north of Brixen, between Vahrn and Neustift, at the foot of a steeply sloping vineyard. It once belonged to the so-called Mairhöfen and provided income for the bishop. Today it is here to spoil you with a drop of its home-produced wine and tasty dishes. The farm in also offers wine tastings (booking required). From 12th September until 3rd December open from Wednesday to Sunday from 12 noon. From 4th December until 6th January open from Friday until Sunday from 12 noon. Advance booking required.
Niedermairhof farm is situated high above Kastelbell on the side of the Trumsberg mountain. From its sun terrace you can enjoy fantastic views down and across Vinschgau valley and into Martelltal valley and inside there are two cosy and inviting wood-panelled farm parlours. The Kaserer family’s many home made products will turn ordinary meals into a real treat. Open from 1st April to 20th December. Thursdays closed. From 15th June to 15th August closed Thursdays and Sundays. Orders in advance required for evening meals.
The Steidlerhof farm looks down on the city of Bolzano, enjoying wonderful panoramic views from the Rosengarten mountain to the Mendel mountain ridge. Nestling amid the gently sloping St. Magdalena vineyards, the guests will experience real rural hospitality within lovingly restored walls and recharge your batteries on the sunny terrace. Open from mid-March to June on Thursday to Sunday from 11.00. Monday to Wednesday closed. From September to the beginning of December open on Wednesday and Thursday from 17.00 and Friday to Sunday from 11.00. Monday and Tuesday closed.
Rielingerhof farm occupies a remote spot at 750 m above sea level amidst vineyards and orchards. The whole grape harvest is made into delicious organic wine on the farm. In addition, guests can enjoy organic meat from the farm as well as a wide variety of fruit and vegetables from the farm and its land. Farm Holidays also available. Open from 25th February until 27th March from Friday to Sunday, from 1st April until 26th June and from 3rd September until 7th November from Tuesday to Sunday, and from 12th November until 28th November from Friday to Sunday. During the remainder of the year, bookings for more than 10 persons are accepted.
"Gostnerhof farm in Barbian is on the sunny side of the Eisack river valley. Guests can enjoy savouring original Eisack valley farmhouse fare amidst colourful vineyards beneath the rays of the autumn sun. Two cosy farmhouse parlours invite guests to sit and get stuck into some delicious culinary treats. We have a large children’s playground for kids to play around in. Open from mid September to beginning of December from 16.00 to 24.00 every day. On weekends open from 12.00. Booking recommended. Open from the beginning of March to the end of May at weekends to advance order.

Strasserhof farm enjoys great views across the whole of the Brixen valley basin. The cosy old panelled parlour is just as impressive. Whether inside or outside, seated under the walnut tree, guests will feel at home on the Strasserhof farm. Farm Holiday guests are also welcome. Open from mid-September until the start of December. Wednesday until Friday open from 5pm and Saturday and Sunday open from 12 noon. Closed on Mondays and Tuesdays. Advance booking required.
