The Oberetteshütte is located at 2,670m in alpine terrain at the foot of the Weißkugel, at the head of the valley from the mountaineering village of Matsch. The Saldur lakes, a magical lake plateau, are not far from the Oberetteshütte. Sheep graze around the hut, marmots whistle, there is a small climbing garden near the hut. The mighty Matscher Ferner is also within easy reach. Peace and nature are the hallmarks of the hut. The innkeepers cook down-to-earth dishes with good, seasonal and above all regional produce. The farmers of the Matschertal and Vinschgau valley supply the Oberetteshütte with their products, almost all in organic quality. Open: from mid-June to the end of September

The hut is located on the Trentino side right under the Sassolungo. We have 12 beds in comfort rooms with own bathroom and 30 more beds in typical tyrolean rooms with sharing bathrooms. The refuge has boot warmers, clothes dryer and e-bike refills with the possibility to put the bikes indoors, a modern ski-room and a private ski-lift that takes you directly to the Dolomiti Superski slopes 12 resorts and 1200km of slopes and the famous Sellaronda without cold morning queues. Our cuisine is typical with a touch of modernity, many dishes offered come from our organic farms in Highlander, the largest in Italy. Access: from Campitello di Fassa via the Col Rodella cable car, then descending for 10 minutes along the path that leads to Sasso Piatto or from Passo Sella taking the Friedrich August path in 30 minutes you arrive at the refuge. Our hut is located on the Rittner Horn. It offers one of the most beautiful panoramic views of South Tyrol. With the cable car you can reach us on cozy way of Pemmern! Hikers, bikers and riders can reach us on marked paths, steep, starting from Ritten, Barbian, Villanders or Sarn Valley.

Starting point: Telves di Sopra, fire station (1.250m) The mountain pastures tour starts at the fire station of Telves di Sopra. From there follow the path no. 5 for about 1,5h upwards to the mountain pasture Freundalm. Alternative: reachable also by using the cable car Rosskopf Monte Cavallo

Suggestion: Large lawn and children's playground

The Fiecht Alm is located above Weißbrunn in St. Gertraud in the Ultental Valley. Starting point: Weißbrunn (1,884 m), hiking trail no. 101, end point: Fiechtalm, walking time: 40 min, difference in altitude: 179 m (easy mountain tour)

The Rifugio Fonda Savio is situated at an altitude of 2,367 m in the Cadini di Misurina region. The hut is known for its excellent cuisine and its strudel. The accommodation comprises 20 dorm places and 20 beds. You can reach the hut in approx. 1 hour on hiking path No. 115 from Pian degli Spiriti above Misurina (high routes Alta Via delle Dolomiti No. 4 and 9).

Warm meals, afternoon snacks and children's playground. Easily reachable from Ellen/Elle, following the forest trail or the path marking no. 67 to Astjoch. Walking time: approx. 1 hour.

This tranquil ski hut belongs to the eposymous Niederegger Hof farm and is one of the most popular places when it comes to farm holidays in the Valdaora area. Located right next to the final slope down into the valley towards the "Gassl", the cosy farmhouse offers overnight accommodation but is also worth a detour to enjoy a welcome break. The restaurant places the emphasis on Tyrolean specialities.

Starting point: valley head Ridanna – Masseria (1.417m) From the valley head in Ridanna hike along the path no. 9 through a forest towards the entrance of the Burkhardklamm gorge and continue either along the gorge or on the forest path at your left side to the water barrier of the Aglsboden. From there you can reach the mountain pasture Aglsbodenalm after a walk of 10 minutes on path no. 9. Alternative: reachable also starting from Masseria and following the forest path (1,5h) Tip: daily fresh trout, warm meals throughout the day, large sun terrace

The Arnika hut on the Bullaccia/Puflatsch offers walkers, hikers and skiers a friendly place to stop for refreshment. A beautiful sun terrace, cosy inn and children’s playground all situated in the midst of either a sea of alpine flowers or a winter wonderland. NO service of return on the slopes for skiers.

Choose between traditional Alpine dishes and South Tyrolean delicacies. Teas, coffee, home-made cakes and desserts - not to mention our children's favourites. Stop for a break at the Gampl Family-Alm, looking out on the surrounding mountains. You'll be glad you did!

Our Almschank located on the Barbianer pasture at 2.062 m. Accessible: about three churches - Briol - Parking Huber Kreuz on trail 4. trom the Rittner Horn cable car directivity horn Trail 15 and 4. Open from early June to mid-October - without a day off. In July and August is open until 19.00.

Hot and cold food. Accessible from: Lungiarü (Vi, 1 h), Lungiarü-Seres (1.5 h), Passo delle Erbe (2 h), Passo Göma (1,5 h).

WELCOME to Adler Alm hut! The ideal starting point both for simple or more challenging hikes. Enjoy delicious traditional dishes and cheese from our own production. From Kasern/Casere the Adleralm hut can be reached comfortably with the baby stroller. For the kids we have a children’s playground.

In the cold season our hut is a popular destination for winter hiking, snow shoe hiking and ski touring. In addition our hut is located on the cross country track Kasern/Casere.

Starting point: valley head Ridanna (1.417m) Start at the head valley of Ridanna and take path no. 9 on the right, which leads along the Fernerbach and moderately steep up to the Senner-and Aglsboden Plateau. On the eastern edge of the plateau, the path no. 9A branches off on the right and leads steeply up over grassy slopes to the mountain pasture Aglsalm. Tip: cream, hard and grey cheese, alp butter, “Apfelkiachl” (apple pies), donuts on weekends

Starting point: upper Gasse (1.500m) The hiking tour starts in Gasse in Ridanna. You can also take the car and drive on for about 15 minutes. Turn left towards “Entholz” and at the sign to the Valtiglalm drive on about 2 kilometers until you reach a wooden bridge, where you can park your car. Then follow the path no. 26 upwards to the mountain pasture Valtiglalm. Tip: traditional dishes

Welcome at our Fuchsalm hut!

A nice hiking trail with departure point at Kasern/Casere leads you to our hut. Walking time approx. 1 hour.

The Vöraner Alp inn is one of the most beautiful mountain huts in South Tyrol. It offers a wonderful view in the South Tyrol mountains. Our specialties: the delicious roast mutton and apple strudel. OPEN from the end of May to the beginning of November

Chalet on the center of the Salten. You can reach us from Meltina (parking area Schermos), from Verschneid or from Jenesien always in an hour by foot. We're opened every day (monday closed) from Easter to the middle of November and than just Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays.

The ideal destination for the whole family, located in the hiking and skiing area Klausberg, reachable also by mountain-bike and with baby strollers. Our restaurant lies next to the Family Park Klausberg with water world, balance parcour and dinoland. Enjoy traditional dishes and local specialties.

In the cold season we are the ideal destination for winter hiking and snow shoe hiking. In addition our restaurant lies on the toboggan run “Kottersteg”.
