The restaurant Geisler on the Plose welcomes you to its comfortable parlor and on the sunny terrace. The restaurant offers a wide choice of dishes as well as traditional Italian dishes. On Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays we serve fresh fish dishes. You can also enjoy some tasty pizzas cooked in a wood oven for lunch and dinner.

The largest structure in Plan de Corones offers everything the heart desires. In addition to an extensive self-service area with various serving areas and a restaurant especially for children, this modern architectural delight at the summit also houses a ski school and a winter-sports store. A breathtaking 360° view and an exclusive lounge bar contribute to the feeling of luxury and comfort. Boredom has no place here, even for the athletically challenged!

Ütia da Rit mountain hut is located in an amazing territory, among the most famous Dolomites Peaks, and it is an important refreshment point for tourists and travelers. Our mountain hut is in the small village of La Val ("La Valle") at 2000 meters altitude, at the gates of the beautiful Natural Park of Fanes-Sennes-Braies. Our guests can enjoy here the typical South Tyrolean cuisine and wines, both inside and outside the hut. Our tasty but healthy menu offers cold starters, traditional alpine soups, home-made pasta, meat and egg plates, as well as tasty desserts…

Whether typical South Tyrolean: a sweet Kaiserschmarrn or apple strudel, a hearty goulash with bacon dumplings, cheese socks, spinach cakes, mushroom cakes dishes with chanterelles and porcini mushrooms, or typical Veltlinisch: Bresaola, Pizzoccheri (buckwheat noodle with savoy cabbage, potato and processed cheese), Polenta dishes, salsiccia, - here in the Tibet hut you are spoiled for choice!

The Berghotel Schlemmer in Plancios serves classic South Tyrolean specialties such as Knödel (dumplings) and Kaiserschmarrn (a dessert made of shredded pancakes) – and not only to its guests. These dishes, as well as Italian pasta specialties, are also available to the many day-trippers, hikers and bikers who stop at the hotel. Absolutely everyone touring the area around Bressanone, the nearby Mount Plose and the vicinity of the Dolomites likes to have a bite to eat in the Schlemmer restaurant. Indeed, our kitchen staff know how to impress food connoisseurs and continuously come up with new creations that can even surprise guests who return year after year.

Restaurant, Bar & Hofschank directly at the Speikboden skiing region. We serve local specialities and local dishes at an elevation of 1,350 m in the midst of the Speikboden skiing and hiking region with gorgeous views of the surrounding 3,000 m peaks. We offer fresh homegrown products; meat, fish (trout; please order in advance), vegetables, herbs, and jellies. Our restaurant Schüsslerhof is ideal for family celebrations, company festivities, and weddings. We will gladly reserve our restaurant for you. Group reservations can be arranged after regular business hours.

Our cottage is located in a sheltered hollow with View of the Pfunderer, Vedrette Tures and mountain ranges, with the Zillertal glaciers in the background. On the Rodenecker Alm lead not only beautiful hiking trails, but also varied tours for amateur cyclists and bikers Power. Forest and meadow paths, gravel roads and single trails of varying difficulty writhe on the promising plateau. Fitness enthusiasts will enjoy Nordic Walking Routes in momentum. In the middle of the Stelvio National Park is the Göflaner Alm Alpine Pasture at 1,826 m, directly at the Göflan marble trail. Since 2014, the pasture is managed by the Tappeiner family. It is open throughout the summer and offers many traditional dishes and homemade specialties. While hikers and bikers are enjoying delicious dishes, the cows, horses, pigs and chickens will taste the summer freshness in the mountains.

The hut is located on the Trentino side right under the Sassolungo. We have 12 beds in comfort rooms with own bathroom and 30 more beds in typical tyrolean rooms with sharing bathrooms. The refuge has boot warmers, clothes dryer and e-bike refills with the possibility to put the bikes indoors, a modern ski-room and a private ski-lift that takes you directly to the Dolomiti Superski slopes 12 resorts and 1200km of slopes and the famous Sellaronda without cold morning queues. Our cuisine is typical with a touch of modernity, many dishes offered come from our organic farms in Highlander, the largest in Italy. Access: from Campitello di Fassa via the Col Rodella cable car, then descending for 10 minutes along the path that leads to Sasso Piatto or from Passo Sella taking the Friedrich August path in 30 minutes you arrive at the refuge. You will find us on the Plose, the local mountain of Brixen, where the Eisack valley displays its natural beauty and heaven and earth are particularly close. Dark forests and soft meadows are our only neighbors. The Trametsch mountain hut – led by Roswitha and Andreas Ellemund- is above Plose valley station and is easily accessible to visitors by car (large car park), as well as to hikers and skiers. As restaurant located right at the bottom of the mountain, we are open all year round. In addition to daily activity, our restaurant in Brixen at the Plose is available also for diverse celebrations and events.

We organize lunches, dinners to taste the dishes of traditional local food made with elegance and sophistication. Visit our mountain restaurant Rifugio Rudi and enjoy the stunning view as well as the great food. We serve Tyrolean specialties, dishes of game and of mushrooms and - not to be forgotten - home-made cakes. Right next to the Rifugio Rudi there is the starting point for the 5-km-long tobbogan run. In summer it is the starting point for many hikes, in winter the meeting point for many skiers with good mood and fun.
