In the middle of the Stelvio National Park is the Göflaner Alm Alpine Pasture at 1,826 m, directly at the Göflan marble trail. Since 2014, the pasture is managed by the Tappeiner family. It is open throughout the summer and offers many traditional dishes and homemade specialties. While hikers and bikers are enjoying delicious dishes, the cows, horses, pigs and chickens will taste the summer freshness in the mountains.

At the foot of Sass de Pütia, 55 minutes from Passo delle Erbe car park via the City of Rocks. Local dishes, grilled specialities, homemade cakes.

Young chef Franz Mulser conjures up superlative dishes in a small kitchen just two and a half square metres in size at an altitude of 1930 m. The young chef’s maxim is “fresh and natural”. The hut has a maximum capacity of 25 people and, in the evenings, meals must be booked in advance. During the day, hikers and, in winter, skiers and snowboarders come here in search of refreshment. The evenings are particularly relaxing and guests can enjoy Franz’s dishes, such as hay soup with truffles or local venison.

The Grohmann hut (Italian Rifugio Vedretta Piana) is located in South Tyrol in the upper Ridnauntal near the Austrian border.

The Waldhütte is located in the Ratschings-Jaufen ski area right next to the mountain station. It can be reached in winter via the mountain railway Ratschings-Jaufen. In summer the forest hut is closed.

Starting point: Val Ridanna/Ridnauntal – Steinhöfe (1.494 m) From the Steinhöfe further on, first along a forest path until you reach a forest clearing, from where you hike left on a forest path a bit steeper uphill to mountain meadows. From there follow a forest path to the mountain hut Zunderspitzhütte and after about 20 minutes you reach the upper Gewingesalm.

The Grasleitenhütte is situated at 2165 meters, in the Natural Park Sciliar.

The newly-built Grünbodenhütte mountain hut is a fully serviced ski refuge, which also offers self-service. Situated right next to the Grünbodenexpress ski/hiking lift mountain station, it places great emphasis on the quality of its regional cuisine. The Grünbodenhütte stays open throughout summer and is conveniently located on the Panoramaweg panoramic trail. The Salten upland with its wide pastures and meadows, dark coniferous forests and southern vegetation gives this middle-mountain landscape an extraordinary charm. In the winter on Saturday and Sunday it open all day.

Starting point: Entholz – Gasse (1.438m) From the hamlet “Gasse” in Ridanna drive on asphalted road southwards to the group of farmhouses Entholz. From Entholz hike through the forest and follow path no. 25 towards the mountain pasture Outer Wurzeralm. Alternative: reachable also across Pratone on asphalted road Tip: large playground, ideal for mountain bikers

Our cuisine is known for its homemade food and excellent service. Every day we serve you in our Chalet in San Candido / Versciaco with different daily specials such as homemade pasta (Schlutzer), alpine cheese grilled, and much more. Very delicious are also the homemade desserts like the apple pie or the buckwheat cake.

We serve hot food all day. Here on the alp we serve hearty treats and our own produce such as home-made alpine butter, home-smoked speck bacon and Kaminwurzen sausages, home-reared roast lamb, bacon and cheese dumplings and much more. Stay with us for a while on the sun terrace surrounded by animals and alpine flowers and enjoy a nice cappuccino and apple strudel with cream.

The Gatterer Hütte is a ideal place of excursion for families. It is accessible from Valles / Vals. It is not far away from the Lago Selvaggio / Wilder See and the Picco della Croce / Wilde Kreuzspitze. Hot food continuously,. Open from the beginnings of June to the mid of October. You can reach the Gattererhütte from the parking lot at Fane Alm in about 10 minutes. Otherwise, it takes about 1.5 hours from the parking lot at the Kurzkofelhütte to the Gattererhütte.

Starting point: Telves di Sopra, fire station (1.250m) The hike starts at the fire station in Telves di Sopra. Follow the comfortable path no. 5 for about one hour, evenly rising to the first mountain pasture, the Freundalm. Further on uphill on path no. 5 and no. 6, which lead to the mountain pasture Ochsenalm. Alternative: reachable also by using the cable car Rosskopf Monte Cavallo Tip: grey cheese, alpine butter and traditional dishes

The Gampen Alp is the ideal hiking destination for the whole family and a wonderful sunny spot with a view of the great Laugen (2383 m). Guests are served homemade, traditional dishes. In addition, various types of cheese and yoghurt are produced on the alpine pasture. Our kitchen team looks forward to pampering you with freshly prepared dishes such as goulash and dumplings, pasta, mushroom dishes, wild game dishes, barbecue specialities (every Sunday through the summer), our home-made Kaiserscharrn, apple strudel and much more. Sit and enjoy a glass of our home-made juice (elderberry, blackcurrant etc) and indulge yourself with our specialities. And to finish off, why not try one of our home-made liquors (mountain pine or blueberry)

Meeting point and promenade... this is a place to come and go and come again. Located at the heart of the easy Plateau slope, this well-visited hut is also easy to reach, even for winter-sports novices. Its new, recently updated facade, the outstanding à la carte cuisine and the breathtaking 230° panorama and huge sun deck featuring the occasional musical "pick-me-ups" make this a favourite haunt for locals and visitors alike.
