The mountain wind has turned – new faces and an innovative mountain cuisine are moving into what was once the Williams Hut: a variety of influences melt into spicy game, delicious burgers and pizza. We are wild and free – we love variety. We want to make wild o’williams into a destination – a hot hut at the heart of the South Tyrolean highlands. Check out our revival this summer – you’ll be simply wow!

The Naturnser Alm is located at an altitude of 1,922 metres. Venosta Valley, Schnalstal Valley or Texel Group... This unique, magnificent view can be enjoyed from the sun terrace of the Naturnser Alm. The Staffler family spoils you with traditional dishes and looks forward to your visit.

Enjoy the breathtaking view from 2.300 m and our fresh, homemade, traditional food in our rustic hut or on our cozy terrace.

The mountain hut Moschwaldalm is located on 1,750m height a little off the hiking area Merano 2000 in a quiet, sunny location with wonderful views. OPEN until the beginning of november. Closed during winter.

Homemade South Tyrolean specialities provide a welcome refreshment at lunchtime. The hut is just five minutes on foot from the Saltria bus stop and 100 metres from the valley station of the Florian chair lift, which is in operation both in summer and in winter. During the winter season, the ski slope leads directly to the hut.

Cosy hut serving South Tyrolean specialities The Tschon hut, situated next to the ski slope, serves typical plain fare. The legendary “Tschon Stoan” (a rock) is close by.

The Rifugio Marchhütte hut is situated at an altitude of 2,530 m, on the sunny side, only a few meters below the summit of the Cornetto di Confine / Marchkinkele with a magnificent view of the Sesto and Braies Dolomites. The hut offers accommodation for up to 40 people. The hut can be reached from all sides on hiking trails and the former military road is a popular destination for mountain bikers.

The Obermair alpine pasture is located near Lake Wengsee above Selva dei Molini/Mühlwald. It is also accessible via the forest road.

Beautiful excursion destination on 1,783m, traditional cuisine. Closed during winter.

The newly built refuge is located at an altitude of 1523 m at the entrance to the beautiful target Zieltal valley in the middle of the untouched landscape of the Texel Group Nature Park. The ideal location of the mountain inn on the Merano High Mountain Trail offers a good stop for young and old. Enjoy local dishes and South Tyrolean hospitality! The Sattler hut is situated at the foot oft he Denti di Terrarossa in the heart of the Dolomites. The hut offers local dishes and homemade Strudel and cakes. The Sattler hut is accessible via Panorama on trail no.2 and via the Laurin hut on the gravel path.

The Tuffalm is located near the Völser Weiher at the foot of the Schlern mountain. Due to its idyllic location, culinary treats of the South Tyrolean cuisine and its surpassing hospitality, the rustic lodge is a popular destination for those who enjoy active and relaxed holidays. This is the ideal place to forget about time and worries. Immerse yourself in the marvellous nature and enjoy the view over the wide and lush alpine meadow. Therefore, in 2007, the readers of the most popular local newspaper voted our Tuffalm the most beautiful mountain hut in South Tyrol. The hut is open every day from Easter until the end of January from 08:00 to 18:00 o’clock. In addition to that, every Thursday you can listen to live music from 26th May to October. New Mountain Restaurant Pichlberg with fantastic panoramic few in the near of the mountain station of the cable railway of Reinswald.

After 40 minutes of hiking you reach the beautiful and quaint alp the Rifugio Nino Corsi.

The Dreischusterhütte hut offers every day typical regional dishes: amongst all the delicacies they suggest especially tasty dumplings with goulash, the Kaiserschmarrn with cranberries (Grantn) and the homemade "Äpfelkiachlan" with vanilla ice cream, the specialty of the house.

In the Arunda valley on the Laatscheralm alpine pasture (2049 m) family Frank is looking forward to you and spoils you with simple homemade dishes. The alpine pasture can be reached by a leisurely hike of just under 2 hours along the gently ascending forest path, starting above Schleis/Clusio, or for the more agile walkers via the steeper shortcuts. (sig). The Laatscher Alm alpine pasture is also part of the 360° circular hiking trail - on the 8th stage, you head for the alp on the way to the Joch on the west side of the Monterodes mountain. By bike it is reachable in about 1.5 h. Open from mid-May to early October.

Wonderful panoramic view, delicious local delicacies and the peace to breathe freely and to let the soul dangle. This is the Klosteralm above the mythical monastery village Karthaus.

In summer or winter, the recently refurbished mountain hut Piz Arlara in Corvara in Alta Badia is well worth a visit. Not far from the slopes of Alta Badia ski carousel, it lies in the heart of the Dolomites, close to Sellaronda. In winter the hut is an ideal destination for ski and other winter sports enthusiasts, while it is easily accessible by hikers and cyclists in the summer. The Dolomites mountains around the Hut Piz Arlara offer a variety of opportunities to sports enthusiasts all year round. Large windows let in plenty of light and overlook an amazing landscape, providing unobstructed visibility to the surroundings. The spacious sun terrace offers plenty of space to relax and a 360° view over the Dolomites. Local specialties, traditional dishes, but also Mediterranean dishes are on the menu at the Piz Arlara. Only high-quality and especially fresh produce is used in the kitchen. We will suggest the best wines of South Tyrol.

The Gompm Alm Alpine hut is situated amidst the Hirzer mountain hiking paradise at 1,800 meters a.s.l. One can reach it from Saltaus via the Hirzer Cableway or from Verdins via the Verdins-Tall Cableway.

The Höfer Alm Alpine hut is a popular destination in summer as well as in winter. On the sun terrace you can enjoy a magnificent view of the mountains of the Ötztal Alps and the Ortler Group. The Höfer Alm spoils guests with homemade food and serves South Tyrolean fare and daily specials on its small menu. Hikers will certainly get their money's worth here. Without much effort, the hut at 2,066 metres altitude is easily accessible from the Watles valley station.

The Anratterhütte is the ideal palce for family celebrations. South Tyrolean citchen with homemade "Schlutzer", "canederli/Knödel" and other specialties from the region. Open from mid May to end of October. Opening hours in winter are those of the skiing area. From Spinges to the anratterhütte it takes about 2 hours at least. It takes about 1 hour from the cablecar mountain station in Vals to arrive at the Anratterhütte.

Visit us at 2.214 meters above sea level. Breathtaking views in the surroundings of mountain peaks await you on the idyllic hike up to the Bergl Alm. After walking through roaming larch forests stop at the cozy Café for some delicious regional food – these are just some of the many adventures awaiting you on your hiking trip through the famous Val Senales (Schnalstal). You can easily reach us via one of the many hiking routes, some of which lead all the way to Kortsch/Schlanders in Vinschgau. The Bergl Alm is the perfect spot for families with children, who will be able to play freely in the alpine meadow and our own little playground, while their parents relax in the sun.
