In the chic Viertel Bar, travellers and locals meet for original snacks, exclusive drinks and an extensive selection of local craft beers. Viertel Bier, which is produced at the own brewery in Schabs, plays the leading role.

In our bar / restaurant you can spend a pleasant time with your friends. Our chef surprises its guests with Tyrolean specialties, Italian cuisine and a salad buffet. On Sundays we offer our guests a special menu.

All products from the monastery’s own estates are available for tasting in the monastery cellar, including the Novacella wines, brandies, apple juice, elderflower cordial and the Novacella herbal infusions. We also offer typical Tyrolean snacks of speck (cured ham), smoked sausages (Kaminwurzen) and various cheeses with a choice of tasty South Tyrolean bread varieties. Coffee and various cakes and pastries are also available, such as apple strudel, buckwheat gateau and fruit flan.

Alte Schmiede: This is the name of our café with ice cream parlour in Rio di Pusteria, twice awarded for the number two raspberry and chocolate ice cream in the Trentino-Alto Adige region. Not only appreciated by guests, but also by many locals, who gladly spend their afternoons on the terrace and in the winter garden in front of an inviting cup of ice cream, a slice of homemade pie or a coffee. Children are always happy to be here: in addition to fresh delicacies, they have a large playground, where they can play to their heart’s content. That way, parents can sit back and truly relax.

In our store in via Bastioni Maggiori a coffee bar invites you to relax and enjoy our specialities. For the production of our bread we use only natural ingredients. To the delight of customers attentive to food, our wide assortment of bread was enriched by many organic products. These raw materials are good for health and a pleasure for the palate. Fine pastries, fruit tarts, cakes and strudels, there is something for all tastes. Discover the variety of our products and enjoy every day fresh baked goods.

All wines are available for purchase in the Wine Shop as a present or to enjoy at home.

Insider tip for beer fans! Beer as far as the eye can see! This charming establishment in the middle of the old town surprises with its cosy terrace flair, live bands in the evening, unusual drinks and hand-made snacks. But even more with the variety-packed beer menu, the “3fiori Beer Times”. The constantly changing but always more than 70 different types of beer are presented in this ensuring that there is something to suit all tastes from all over the world! Draught Guinness for Irish fans, Batzen-Bräu for local beer lovers, Belgian Trappist beer, IPAs, American Porter, sour beers… to mention just a few. Anyone who has already worked their way through the menu or is looking for a change, can find a special tipple time and again with the “beer of the week”. The beer tastings in the sitting room atmosphere with hip beer sommeliers who provide exciting information and news from the brewing kettle are extremely popular.

The "Waage" bar in the south of the city is one thing above all: a meeting place for everyone. And at any time of day. Seasonal juices like Dissetante and traditional ones like Energy. Fresh citrus juices. Of course we have aperitifs such as Rudy Spritz, Hugo, Pomegranate Spritz, Peach Melba Spritz and selected white and red wines. To eat we offer yoghurt produced in the area with Müsli and fruit, croissants that follow the customers' tastes and small dishes for the small hunger, ice cream cups and fresh cakes every day.

In our bakery and pastry shop "Fabian Profanter - my bakery" in Millan, Plose Street, renovated and expanded in 2018, you will find a wide selection of breads, pizzas, traditional pastries and cakes, which are also made to order in various shapes and sizes in our in-house bakery. In addition you will find organic products such as fruits and vegetables, cheeses and meats, dairy products, beverages and more. We also have many regional, gluten-free and lactose-free products. Artisanal ice cream made by our master can be purchased in the store or enjoyed in our "Capriccio" Bar right next to the store in Millan. A selection of all these products can also be found in our branch "Strudel House" in the old town of Brixen on Adlerbrückengasse street.

The AdlerCafé invites you to relax, read and chat with other people. Whatever you want to do, it will be accompanied by comfortable background music. Special lamps exuberate a soothing, warm light and create a comfortable atmosphere with our designer furniture and orange-coloured fabrics, as well as the historic walls and vaults. On warm summer days, you can sit outside in the picturesque Adlerbruckengasse under the small porticos.

Vinus the wine shop in the historic center of Bressanone has established itself since 1998 as the most outstanding address for the successful combination of wine bar and kitchen. Peter Kantioler was able to marry a perfectly good glass of wine with the traditional local and the Mediterranean cuisine. Food lovers are spoiled every Wednesday and Friday (dinner) and every Saturday for lunch. In summer you can take advantage of the garden, the only one of its kind in Bressanone. We delight our guests with our delicious dishes inspired from the traditional South Tyrolean cuisine with Mediterranean influence, consisting mainly of our high quality agricultural products. You can fish yourself trout and rainbow trout in our natural pond. The meat and the milk from our cows, calves and sheep that spend the whole summer on the mountain pasture, is healthy and very tasty. Fresh salads and all kind of vegetables and fruit come directly from our garden. The remaining milk is processed within our farm to tasty cheese specialities.
