As part of the Red Bull X-Alps 2025, the Schenna Tourist Association is offering this guided tour at a special price. The highlight: You decide how you return to the valley! By cable car – relaxed and comfortable, or with a tandem flight – a unique experience in the air! When you register, please indicate whether you prefer to return by cable car or tandem flight. Participants who choose the tandem flight will be contacted by Tandemclub Ifinger after registration to arrange the details and finalize the booking. Ferrata info: The 550-meter elevation gain, secured with 1000 meters of steel cable, has a moderate difficulty level (A - B - B/C), making it suitable for less experienced climbers or families with children aged 14 and above who enjoy hiking and climbing! A good overall fitness level and an early start are essential to tackle the Klettersteig. The path is fully secured with steel cables, and many steep and difficult sections have been eased with footholds. However, the final section of the via ferrata, the so-called "Engelskante", is a truly impressive rock passage. Climbing time: 3 - 4 hours Return time: approx. 4:00 PM

Explore the stunning mountain landscape around Schenna on two wheels! As part of the Red Bull X-Alps 2025, bike guide Stephan will lead you on a guided e-bike tour along the route to Leiten Alm. Enjoy a diverse trail with breathtaking panoramic views, challenging climbs, and a well-earned break at the alpine hut. During the tour, you’ll also have a unique opportunity to watch the X-Alps athletes – perhaps soaring above you with their paragliders!

Paragliding at sunrise attracts both adventurous outdoor vacationers as well as local South Tyroleans. By rising early, we are able to catch the awakening of nature in the mountains. The Ifinger Tandemclub Team promise you an unforgettable adventure. The trajectory of the sun and time of the year determines our departure time. Depending on the sunrise, sometimes earlier, sometimes a little later – meeting point and exact time are agreed by phone or email. The destination is the Kuhleitenhütte Refuge at 2,400 m near Merano 2000. We arrive at the take-off point in our vehicle, but some guests might prefer to negotiate the final stretch on foot. Breakfast and Flight After a hearty breakfast, we await the arrival of dawn on the refuge terrace: the first rays of sunrise announcing the start of our adventure. We then take off on our paraglider, flying above the magnificent Passeiertal Valley for between 30 – 40 mins, at an altitude of 2,050 m. The landing is near the Torgglerhof Hotel in Salthaus/Saltusio, or on the Quellenhof Golf Course. Photos and Videos The pilots will shoot spectacular footage (photos and videos) throughout the tandem flight, including the prelude at sunrise and during the actual flight. You can collect these at the valley station after the end of your flight. Prices as above.

The event kicks off at 5:30 PM with the Red Bull Aperitivo, followed by an exclusive Red Bull Movie screening from 7:00 to 7:30 PM. After that, immerse yourself in the unique Summer Evening in Schenna with live music by The Blokes, a spectacular air show, a flight simulator experience, and refreshments from the "Föhnflieger Schenna". Enjoy shops open until 9:30 PM, explore the local market until 10:00 PM, and soak up the magic of this special evening!

The sunrise on the mountain is a magnificent natural spectacle and an unforgettable experience! Most of the way uphill is by shuttle, followed by an early morning hike to the Kreuzjoch viewing platform. You will be rewarded with a spectacular sunrise and a unique panoramic view. Afterwards, you can look forward to a delicious mountain breakfast on the mountain pasture. Manuela Parth, hiking guide and mountain rescuer with the South Tyrol Mountain Rescue Service, will show you the most important basics of first aid and how you can help yourself and others in an emergency. What can you expect? - The right equipment: what to pack in your backpack? - First aid basics - Practical exercises - Interesting facts from the mountain rescue service: insights into the work of the mountain rescuers and helpful tips for hikes and outdoor activities.

As is now customary when Stefano Bollani takes the stage, each concert promises to be a unique event. In his performances there is nothing programmed and the musical flow is governed by the inspiration of the moment. At the piano, Bollani always manages to create something new by jumping between genres and eras, from classical music to jazz to South American rhythms.

The Soirées at Tyrol Castle are held every year in June and July, on five Thursdays. Cool Swim Meeting is one of the main events of the summer of swimming in Italy. Now in its eighth year, the event will once again bring over 800 athletes and coaches from all over the world to Merano from 13th to 15th of June.

The Streicherakacemie Bozen was founded in 1987 by the South Tyrolean Music Association. The idea came from the ensemble's artistic director, violinist and professor at the Bolzano Conservatory, Georg Egger. The String Academy is mainly made up of South Tyrolean musicians who have a wealth of chamber music and orchestral experience in important ensembles at home and abroad and who pass on their experience to young musicians. The String Academy usually performs without a conductor. As some of the musicians are also members of the Klassische Philharmonie Stuttgart, a close collaboration has developed with conductor Frieder Bernius. In addition to the ensemble's summer concerts, the Streicherakademie is also regularly invited to important festivals and concert series such as the Salzburg Mozart Week, the Gustav Mahler Weeks in Toblach and the Engadine Festival Weeks. 40 YEARS OF THE MERANO HIGH MOUNTAIN TRAIL This impressive hike along the historic Merano High Mountain Trail is a journey through time on one of the oldest high-altitude trails in the Alps. Upon arrival at the Texelbahn cable car mountain station, breathtaking panoramic views of the entire Merano basin unfold. The historic trail, once an important connection between mountain farms, leads past original alpine farms and lush mountain meadows. Particularly captivating are the expansive views of the Ziel Valley and the surrounding peaks of the Texel Group Nature Park. A hike full of history, amusing anecdotes, and fascinating background information, accompanied by hiking and cultural guide Claudia Gilli.
