It was in 1986, that Günther Maier - owner and manager - discovered his passion for fine wines and excellent grappas. Thanks to different trips around the world as well as several courses and seminars, Günther gained an insight in the varied world of wines, learned the specific characteristics of the different varieties and how to appreciate rarest grapes.

The fresh mountain air is playing its part; our cheese farm on the Gostner Schwaige is located at 1900 meters above the sea level beneath Mt. Schlern in the Dolomites.  Here are our tasty products crafted from fresh alpine milk:

The rentals and shops Alpin Sports Company in Seis, Kastelruth, as well as on the Seiser Alm, Europe's largest plateau, offer quality products and first-class service. Sports shop, ski rental, e- bike rental Seiser Alm  SPORT HANS, we are NEW on the Seiser Alm but due to our 40-years-experience and tradition as Sport Trocker, our shop is well known. Whether from Kastelruth, Seis am Schlern or Völs am Schlern – the family-friendly Seiser Alm ski resort is very close, and for more demanding undertakings, Val Gardena/Gröden is also easy to reach via good routes. The renowned “Sella Ronda” can thus be entered from Seiser Alm very well. Our sport shops in the heart of Kastelruth and on the Seis am Schlern offer the widest selection of sports and fashion products, as well as the most competent advice for your sporting interests. The Sporthaus Fill exists since 40 years now, and during this time we were always trying hard to keep our costumers happy.

Inside the store "Verena's Ladele" you can find: cloth, underclothing, cushion's, tablecloth's, oven cloth's, sewing things, picture frames, candlesticks, embroidery and more.

In 1980 Walter Wallnöfer established his goldsmith business, Goldschmiede Wallnöfer. Both business locations, in Völs am Schlern and in Kastelruth are run as a family business involving Walter’s daughter Karin and his wife Marianne.
