The “Fleischhauerei Wolcan”, the butcher’s shop in Blumau, was opened in 1894 and is run today by the fifth generation of the same family. It offers quality meats sourced almost entirely from small farms in the neighbouring communities of Karneid, Tiers, Völs and Ritten. The shop also offers traditional home-made South Tyrolean meat products.
