During october open on friday, saturday and sunday. (coming from Vipiteno) Once in Vipiteno continue in the direction of Brennero along the state road (SS12). After about 4 km you reach Colle Isarco. Stay and continue along the state road (SS12) towards Brennero for about 3Km (4min). After 3km you come across a hairpin bend to the right and another to the left. When you reach the hairpin turn to the left, you will see the motorway exit on the right. Next to the exit, take a small paved road and follow it for about 800m. Once you reach the parking lot, continue on foot along the unpaved forest road. 5 sleeping places (on request).

Welcome on the alpine hut Starkenfeldhütte on the alp of Rodengo-Luson!

Rustic hut, family hospitality, traditional cuisine with local products and home-made desserts. The menu is based on traditional, local cuisine, we use only fresh and local products. All that we serve is home made. Just a few metres from Passo delle Erbe, our hut can be reached on foot, by bike, car and motorbike. Open: summer and winter

The Schgaguler Schwaige mountain hut, lying at 1905m near the mountain station of the Ortisei / Alpe di Siusi cable car, opened in 1991. The hut is easily reached regardless of the season, whether during a bike tour or hike in summer or as part of a ski tour or snowshoe hike in winter. The spacious terrace is perfect for an outdoor lunch and guests can head to the garden to relax and sunbathe in the deckchairs. There is a playground and a small petting zoo nearby, where rabbits, goats, ponies and even lamas look forward to a visit from the children. The rustic interior is in traditional rustic style and includes a Stube perfect for spending time in good company - often for longer than expected, especially in winter! Tasty homemade traditional South Tyrolean dishes are all freshly prepared using the farm’s own products. Our kitchen offers homemade delicacies and vension specialties! Open from the middle of May to 1st of November and from mid December to Easter. You can reach us from the parking lot Altfasstal in 30 minutes.

In our mountain refuge we serve local dishes and grill-platters. We organize also dinners. For the dinner evenings we provide we provide a transfer to the refuge starting from Campolongo Pass, short outside Corvara: in summer with off-road car and in winter with snow cat.

Welcome to the mountain lodge Plosehütte! At the legendary height of 2447 meters above sea level you can spend a wonderful lodge holiday in South Tyrol. Close to the sun, surrounded by alpine scenery and the beautiful Isarco Valley at your feet – we can accommodate groups, families and outdoor enthusiasts. In every season we are a perfect base from which to set off on fantastic nature adventures. The refuge offers an inviting dining room with bar, which can accommodate up to 120 people. Also a traditional parlour (“Stube”) with 40 seats is available at the lodge. A sunny terrace in summer and winter offers guests the opportunity to enjoy the panoramic views and the delicious food.

We are at 2,260 m on the Rittner Horn. Ideal for family´, bikers and long mountain walks.
