Follow the theme trail through a pristine habitat along the Schalderer Bach torrent. The pure mountain waters of this natural monument pass through the Schalderertal Valley for 11 km before flowing into the Eisack river at Vahrn/Varna, just north of Brixen/Bressanone.

The forest is an endless playground, sometimes it is populated by mythical creatures, shortly afterwards a pine cone is dissected or a dam is built on a stream. But it is also important that there are one or even several places to stop along the way.
