A rustic and authentic wine tavern with traditional South Tyrolean specialties from its own production. In autumn the Leitlkeller is known as a typical "Törggele" location.

Winklerhof farm was first mentioned in records in 1314. Typical seasonal dishes from the Eisacktal valley mainly from the farm itself are the crowning glory or a rewarding walk along the Keschtnweg path. Guests can while away the time with a glass of wine on the sun terrace beneath the walnut tree or in one of the two rustic parlours. Open from mid-September to the end of November from midday to midnight with closing day on Monday and Tuesday. In spring also open on weekends by appointment. The farm also offers farm vacations.

This listed farmhouse is situated north of Brixen, between Vahrn and Neustift, at the foot of a steeply sloping vineyard. It once belonged to the so-called Mairhöfen and provided income for the bishop. Today it is here to spoil you with a drop of its home-produced wine and tasty dishes. The farm in also offers wine tastings (booking required). From 12th September until 3rd December open from Wednesday to Sunday from 12 noon. From 4th December until 6th January open from Friday until Sunday from 12 noon. Advance booking required.

In a beautiful location (700 m asl) located, our guesthouse is the perfect starting point for various hiking, winter sports, climbing and biking.

Terlohf: our “Tyrolean Rooms” and our beautiful terrace invite you to relax and sit together or to enjoy our home made delicacies from the region. Drinking may be chosen from our wine cellar or you prefer our home made juices.

The Obermoserhof lies amid mountain pastures and looks out over the pleasant village of Feldthurns. It makes an ideal spot to explore the mountains of the Eisack valley. Those seeking to take it easier can take in the warming rays of the sun on the terrace or simply enjoy the views of the nearby Geisler mountain peaks. The Obermoserhof offers Farm Holidays too. Open all year round to advance booking. Open from midday on Sundays from the beginning of April to the 20th May. Open mid-Septecmber to mid-December from Wednesday to Friday from 5.00 pm and from midday at the weekend. Closed on Mondays and Tuesdays. Advance booking desired.

Our farmhouse tavern can be found right on the Merano High Mountain Trail and the Hochmuth cable car mountain station, and is the perfect starting point for a multitude of different hikes. We will be delighted to serve you with our own farm produce and hot food throughout on our sun terrace. Home production of speck bacon and Kaminwurzen smoked sausages. We can be accessed via the Hochmuth cable car; via the Vellauer Felsenweg trail, from the Leiteralm along the Merano High Mountain Trail; via the Tiroler Kreuz inn.

Assistence with farm work, pets allowed (on agreement), a wide selection of fruit and vegetables in summer and autumn, herb garden, chestnut and wine evenings in October and November.

The Gummererhof lies high above the Brixen valley basin, nestling amongst chestnut groves and vineyards. In autumn, when the days draw in and get cooler, a lot of 'törggelling' goes on in the farmhouse - that involves finishing off the day with tasty farm fare and a glass of the season's new wine. House ‘Sekt’ (sparkling wine), made from the native ‘Blatterle’ grape is a special feature of the Gummererhof farm. Open days: Open daily from mid September to mid December from 15.00. Have a break and relax: our farm bar in San Genesio As it is typical for a real South Tyrolean farm with guests service, our guests or occasional visitors can taste a small but tasty snack from our regional cooking. We combine it with different home-made fruit juices, a local wine or a fresh beer. Our farm bar in San Genesio will welcome you with its wooden stube in Swiss pine. and its cozy atmosphere. Our chefs are challenging their art to be the most demanding palates. The menu of the restaurant is refined continuously and consists of many homemade pastas and typical products of the region Trentino-Alto Adige.

You'll find the tavern in Tisens/Tesimo, about 5 km above Lana. This rustic eatery serves traditional South Tyrolean Cuisine, and seasonal platters such as asparagus in spring or Törggelen specialities in autumn. Don't miss their homemade Desserts. Fresh apple Juice and roasted chestnuts. Local wines and draft/bottled beer.

The historic Lafogl farm is situated in a fantastic location just below Castelrotto/Kastelruth. It features four cosily furnished holiday apartments with space for two to four people. The daily "bread roll service" and the breakfast basket with tasty farm products, which the Rier family will bring to your door every morning if you wish, will get you ready for your adventures in the Alpe di Siusi/ Seiser Alm hiking and winter sports paradise. The Lafogl farm is also a traditional “buschenschank”. With lots of love and passion, farmer Regina prepares all delicacies from scratch and completely by hand. Known by the locals as the "Greiter Hof", the Obergereuth Hof farm became "Greiter's". Complete with cocktail lounge, freshly-ground coffees, brunches and tasting couch. Life revolves around our farm products – or those of our farm neighbours. Our main production tool is the baking tray: we make traditional sheet cakes and roulades, apple shortcrust strudel and muffins, buckwheat pastry and focaccia. You name it, we make it! Imagine "Martha's nut cantuccini", accompanied by a glass of sweet wine. Or delicious ice cream with liqueur or "hot-love" drowned in our own warm farm fruit. We provide breakfast and brunch baskets, and cakes with children's portions, and "little sins" of the palate for the gourmands. Wednesdays are aperitif evenings, so get ready to be surprised!

Lüch de Survisc farm has been in the family for generations and lies on the sunny side of the Dolomites at 1,475 metres above sea level. The Vallazza family will treat guests to typical Ladin dishes and the farm’s special atmosphere. In summer the sun terrace will make for unforgettable moments drinking in the unique views of the Dolomites. Open all year round for advance orders only.

At Zunerhof we daily serve excellent dumplings, “Spätzle” but also Schlutzkrapfen (ravioli with spinach filling) Herrengröstel (meat dish with roasted potatoes), roasted pork knuckle (upon request) and much much more. In addition to that we also offer a fine selection of South Tyrolean wines as well as home-made juices. Wonderful specialities which will be served in one of our beautiful Stuben of the 16th century, or, as soon as the weather allows it, on our sunny terrace. Surrounded by woodland and vineyards, Lexnhof farm is perfect for relaxing and enjoying nature. After an extensive walk or bike ride, guests can be pampered with down-to-earth, typical dishes in a relaxed atmosphere. The farm is also a popular spot to celebrate special occasions and hosts Farm Holiday guests. Open from the start of March to the end of September from Friday to Monday as of 11.00 a.m. In October from Monday to Friday as of 5.00 p.m. and at the weekend as of 11.00 a.m. Prior reservation requested. "Gostnerhof farm in Barbian is on the sunny side of the Eisack river valley. Guests can enjoy savouring original Eisack valley farmhouse fare amidst colourful vineyards beneath the rays of the autumn sun. Two cosy farmhouse parlours invite guests to sit and get stuck into some delicious culinary treats. We have a large children’s playground for kids to play around in. Both dining rooms at Larm Hof farm have been home to lots of generations. Today it is the guests at this ancestral farmhouse that liven up these time-honoured rooms. The farmhouse fare served up reflects the best of Eisacktal valley traditional food, too. The Winkler family invites guests to enjoy a generous farmhouse breakfast with lots of farm products as a special feature in spring. Open from mid-September to the end of November from 12 noon with closing day on Monday. As a special feature, the Winkler family invites you to an extensive farmer's breakfast with many farm products on weekends in spring - only with advance booking.

In our cozy Tavern and in our winter garden with panoramic views, we spoil you with traditional dishes such as roast potatoes with egg and bacon, or the typical dumplings.

This is practically a self-sufficient farm. Guests here can enjoy meat, speck, sausage and ‘Surfleisch’ (cured pork) from the field to the table. The house wine and variety of seasonal products round off a pleasant stop at the Oberpartegger farm. From September to December weekdays from 6 pm and Saturday, & Sunday already open from noon. Tuesday is a day of rest. In the spring at asparagus time is also open on Saturday and Sunday from midday. Reservation recommended.
