Our farm is situated above Signat along the chestnut trail. Our traditional farmhouse cooking offers many local filled pasta varieties, known as "Schlutzkrapfen" and filled with spinach, pumpkin, ricotta or even beetroot and horseradish. We offer numerous different varieties of traditional dumplings, such as cheese, spinach, beetroot or pumpkin, and also rustic variations such as herbal or bacon dumplings. For dessert lovers we offer traditional sweet dishes, a hearty Kaiserschmarrn or sweet pancakes.

From the end of September to the end of April we spoil you with typical South Tyrolean together with a glass of our own house wine! Ideal for family celebrations, for company parties etc.

At the Schnalshuberhof nature calls the shots: outside, amidst the Oberplars vineyards and orchards or under the vines, and inside, in the dining rooms of the organic farm, which enjoy listed building status. The special, and in particular, healthy, atmosphere may be felt everywhere. You can take a trip back in time in the 'newspaper room' - a real attraction, where you can read the newspapers of yesteryear on the walls. Open from 1st March until 21st July and from 15th August until 15th December from Thursday to Sunday from 6.00 pm. Advance booking required.

In a beautiful location (700 m asl) located, our guesthouse is the perfect starting point for various hiking, winter sports, climbing and biking.

The Sattler hut is situated at the foot oft he Denti di Terrarossa in the heart of the Dolomites. The hut offers local dishes and homemade Strudel and cakes. The Sattler hut is accessible via Panorama on trail no.2 and via the Laurin hut on the gravel path.

Immersed in our enchanting olive garden you'll experience a true break, surrounded by the beauty of nature. Enjoy exquisite wines from our surrounded vineyards, we sell also directly, and let yourself be seduced by a selection of delicious tyrolean and mediterranean specialties, prepared with love and care. Our establishment not only offers culinary highlights but also a relaxed atmosphere, perfect for leisurely moments in couple or with friends and family. On Tuesdays, we take a little break, but on all other days of the week, we warmly welcome you.

Moar zu Viersch - an idyllic retreat for indulgence and coziness. The tavern in Verdings/Pardell, above Kloster Säben, invites hikers and Törggelen guests to experience South Tyrolean hospitality to the fullest. Surrounded by a breathtaking mountain panorama, countless hiking trails (including the 'Keschtnweg' or the 'Birmehlweg'), and ancient chestnut trees, Moar zu Viersch promises a special destination, especially in the autumn. In summer, the farm also serves wonderfully as an event location. Here, one can escape everyday life and fully enjoy the beauty of South Tyrolean nature. From early October to late November, every Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, the tavern opens its historic 'Stube' and invites guests to traditional Törggelen. The Luggin family has set up an interesting farm inn at St. Nikolaus near Kaltern, a local place of pilgrimage. You can reach the rustic cellar via the farm shop with its numerous farm products and enjoy South Tyrolean farm dishes with a glass of wine, fruit juice or spirits from the farm's own organic distillery. Open from mid-March to start of December from Wednesday to Saturday after 5.00 p.m. Booking recommended.

A very warm welcome to the Unterötzbauer! Our farmhouse tavern is located in the middle of vineyards and orchards. On the sun terrace you can enjoy spectacular views of the spa town of Meran and the surroundings. We will be delighted to serve you with our home-made wine and typical South Tyrolean specialties.

This listed farmhouse is situated north of Brixen, between Vahrn and Neustift, at the foot of a steeply sloping vineyard. It once belonged to the so-called Mairhöfen and provided income for the bishop. Today it is here to spoil you with a drop of its home-produced wine and tasty dishes. The farm in also offers wine tastings (booking required). From 12th September until 3rd December open from Wednesday to Sunday from 12 noon. From 4th December until 6th January open from Friday until Sunday from 12 noon. Advance booking required.

In the comfortable restaurant in our historic farm are mainly served products directly of our own farm and field. Perfect for year group celebrations, birthday parties, company parties or the typical South Tyrolean autumn tradition, the so called Törggelen. Among tasty South Tyrolean quality products and Mediterranean digestibility you can enjoy from morning to evening the variety of the gastronomic pleasures. Enjoy in our garden coffee and homemade apple strudel, the typical Tyrolean afternoon snack “Marende” or a fruit buffet. Our homemade juices taste best after a beautiful bike tour with the whole family.

Manuela's diner is located in Madonnina in the heart fo the Corno del Renon at 1.674 meters. It offers typical South Tyrolean dishes at adequate rate. Closing day: Thursday

The estate tavern with the panoramic view from its large terrace is worth a trip. Enjoy the wide range of Elena Walch wines while gazing at the scenic view of Lake Caldaro. The wines can be accompanied by cold regional delicacies – chosen specialties from Alto Adige to pair with your wine choice. After a guided vineyard tour, it is the ideal place to experience, in a glass, the vineyards you just visited. Open from April to November, 11.00 am – 6.30 pm, closed Tuesday.

The mansion called ‚Wassererhof‘ is located on the foot of the Schlern close to a nearby wellspring. The homestead dates back to the year 1366. In 1996, the father of the twins Andreas and Christoph Mock bought the run-down homestead. After a renovation, the homestead has become an amazing ensemble of buildings emitting a sense of gentleness supported by an expressive architecture. Now the Wassererhof is a winery and a ‘Buschenschank’ (a traditional seasonal farm inn) with familiar management. The two brothers cooperate, helping each other with solidarity and this is the guarantee of their success. Andreas is the cook. The traditional cuisine is his top priority: fresh, homemade and surprisingly refined. The twin Christoph is the farmer and the winemaker of the Wassererhof. For generations they have broadened their knowledge in wine culture both in the vineyards and in the winery with the objective to press a wine of outstanding quality and taste.
