Our farmstead was once an ancient stable that has preserved the charm of the past with a rustic atmosphere. The cuisine is a true journey into Ladin flavours, lovingly prepared by our mum Annamaria. For her, fresh products, picked from her garden, meat from our farm, milk and fresh ricotta are the key ingredients. Each dish tells the story of our land and its riches. The cosy and familiar atmosphere will make you feel at home, while the panoramic view of the majestic Sas dla Crusc will make every moment unforgettable. Enjoy genuine dishes with a taste of tradition. The Piccolruaz d'Alfarëi family offers typical Ladin cuisine with a fixed menu in one of the oldest farmhouses in the Badia Valley. Situated four minutes from the centre of the pretty village of Badia, the restaurant has been run by the same family since 1645. Thanks to a long agricultural tradition and a deep connection with the land, it offers you an experience that will take you back in time, tasting the products of the farm and dining in the traditional STÜA and the cosy STANGODE. This small farmhouse represents a combination of passion and tradition, where food becomes an opportunity to taste the true Ladin culture.

We bought this breathtaking farm in 2023 and converted it into a farm tavern. The farm ‘Af Egg 35’ is an extreme farm that clings to a steep slope on the Vinschgau Sonnenberg. It is situated at 1670 metres above sea level directly on the Vinschgau High Mountain Trail. It can be easily reached from the St. Martin im Kofel cable car mountain station near Latsch in a westerly direction in approx. 45 minutes. For experienced hikers there are also very interesting hiking trails from Latsch Goldrain or Schlanders to us. Walking times between 3-4 hours. We look forward to seeing you! The Kaserer family

Treat yourself to all kinds of delicious farm culinary fare in a cosy farmhouse parlour after a good long walk. The Unteraichnerhof in the little village of Barbian is just the place for this, situated in a particularly suitable part of the Eisack river valley for walkers. Don’t miss the home made mulberry juice – a rare treat. Advance orders required.

You'll find the tavern in Tisens/Tesimo, about 5 km above Lana. This rustic eatery serves traditional South Tyrolean Cuisine, and seasonal platters such as asparagus in spring or Törggelen specialities in autumn. Don't miss their homemade Desserts. Fresh apple Juice and roasted chestnuts. Local wines and draft/bottled beer.

The small, regional farm brewery currently offers three types of beer: A sparkling light beer, the full-bodied festive beer and a refreshing wheat-beer. The traditional beer styles are brewed according to the German Purity Law. The beer can be accompanied by cold dishes from the farm kitchen. Jochen and Constanze Bauder from Germany made their dream come true in Deutschnofen/Nova Pnente. The beer lovers from Germany are newcomers – they taught themselves the craft of brewing, with additional support from a brewmaster from Bavaria.

Enjoy a visit surrounded by orchards, cozy tranquility and South Tyrolean hospitality. Our farm is located in a sunny and quiet location on the edge of Parcines/Partschins. Eventful and carefree holidays in the healthy mountain air await guests any time of year. Take a deep breath, let your body and soul relax and experience pure nature.

The Huberhof farm lies above the Brixen valley basin in the idyllic hamlet of Elvas. The farm family has converted their 18th century cellar into an inviting inn, where guests can enjoy the best of the Eisack valley’s culinary fare. The farm also takes Farm Holiday guests. Open from the end of September to the beginning of December. Monday and Thursday open from 12 noon until 5pm. Fridays from 15.00, Saturday and Sunday from 12.00. Tuesdays and Wednesdays only to prior order. Open from midday from beginning of April to mid-May on Saturdayzs and Sundays. During the remainder of the year reservations for groups of min. 15 persons are taken.

Welcome to the Gummererhof Mountain Inn | Winery | Apple Juice High above Tramin lies the mountain inn Gummererhof (750 m above sea level). The wine farm is both the starting point for many a mountain hike into the Mendel Mountains and a popular destination for hikes and bike tours between Kaltern, Tramin and Kurtatsch.

On the western outskirts of Lana is the quaint tavern. Enjoy the traditional Tyrolean dishes witha good glass of homemade wine in the shady beer garden or in the 700 year old cellars. On your visit, the team is looking forward from Rebmannkeller.

Great value is placed on the authentic origin of farm produce at Niedristhof farm in Percha, which can be found in abundance. The magnificent farm garden can be admired both from the sun terrace and also the cosy farmhouse parlour. What better way to assure yourself of the origin of the fresh products? Delicious specialities from the Pustertal valley will really get your mouth watering and provide proof that farm grown produce is the best.
