Along the main road between the villages Bronzolo and Ora on the left side of the street there is the kiosk named Soini. Here you can find many products like local wine, fresh apples, homemade apple- and grape juice and elder syrup. We sell also speck, honey, cheese, dried fruits from the region. On request we prepare in our Bar Soini also breakfast or a snack.

CEO is a winery in South Tyrol’s Unterland – situated in the extreme south of South Tyrol. The loamy soils – conveyed here over the centuries by periodic flooding of the Etsch / Adige River until it was regulated – form the foundation for the cultivation of grapes yielding very refined, elegant white wines, but also full-bodied, heady red wines. By rigorously regulating the yield, we support natural processes in harmony with nature so as to grow grapes suitable for the production of great wines. We cultivate five different varieties of grape in our own vineyards located in the Unterland of South Tyrol.

The Ütia Bioch Refuge 2,079 m boasts a long tradition of Ladin hospitality since 1990. Founded as a small ski-restaurant at the top of the ‘Bioch’ chairlift, today it offers a modern experience combining tradition and sustainability. The gastronomic philosophy is based on fresh, local ingredients, emphasising products from the Ladin valleys, with a focus on South Tyrolean wines, thanks to which, in 2020, we were the first hut to be awarded the prized ‘South Tyrolean Wine Culture Award’. More than 1,200 wine labels, 80 % from South Tyrol.Quality catering, wine tastings, special events such as the Gourmet Skisafari, the Wine Skisafari, Cujiné te ütia, Sommelier on the slopes, Saus dl Altonn, thanks to a team of which we are very proud.

Kuppelrain is framed by trees and shrubs, you will find us directly at the small cozy station of Castelbello which has been modernized lately. Our proven team is still from Chef Jörg Trafoier and sommelier Sonya. Since the spring of 2013, is son Kevin Trafoier in the kitchen next to the stove and Jörg has his own style complements the creative dishes of our house and further developed. Right in the old centre of Merano, the Rössl Bianco proposes its traditional food specialties of the Italian and Tyrolean cuisine. The menu at lunch changes daily and for dinner the guests are treated to a variety of plates all made with fresh and refined local products. A glass of one of the noble wines from the house cellar is not to be missed either. A nice and welcoming staff tops off the culinary experience under the arcades of the city. The bar of the Rössl Bianco has a number of spirits, cocktails and wines on display,along with exquisite coffee specialties and cool aperitifs.

In our winery in the heart of Laives, where regional and national traditions melt into each other, everyone can enjoy a good glass of wine. In the comfortable cellar in rustic style we serve different wines and schnapps with small appetizers. A special feature of our vinery are the steel tanks, filled with wine. Our guests can taste the different types of wine and if you want to buy some, the wine will get filled in in designated bottles. On request we make also wine tastings with our sommelier. In the modern Vinothek in the main building of the winery, wine lovers, winegrowers and visitors alike should feel at home, enjoying a good glass of wine at the bar, but also being able to taste various wines. The focal point of the vinotheque is the elliptical bar counter. It symbolizes a large oak barrel and connects the cosy bar area with the tasting area.

Our family-run wine business, in the centre of Caldaro/Kaltern, produces wines from exquisite grapes with traditional methods. We keep our menu intentionally small, so we can guaranty always the freshness of our products and at the same time we can surprise you at every visit with new dishes. During summer most of the vegetables come from our own garden, during wintertime we rely on our merchants. We got also best quality meat from our butchers, that keep an eye on animal fond breeding and slaughtering.

We attach great importance to a light and healthy kitchen. Regional products such as fruit, goat cheese, alpine cheese, milk, game, lamb, turkey and beef are sourced from small farmers in Lüsen. The Lüsnerhof kitchen offers a rich selection even for the most spoiled palate.

You will find our wine bar in the Ansitz Schreckenstein in the wine village of St. Pauls in the municipality of Eppan. In fine weather you may take a seat in the inner courtyard with its Mediterranean flair, while in bad weather our parlours offer enough space.
