Klaus Lentsch, scion of an old-established South Tyrolean winemaking family, decided to take a new path in 2008 and has been producing typical wines for the region ever since. Bachgart, Fuchslahn and Eichberg are the historical vineyards he can call his own. Discover the variety of tastes of the cru wines from the Eisack valley, the fresh white wines from the Überetsch and the strong reds from the porphyry slopes in the lowlands. Thanks to the most modern cellar technology, the mechanical processing can be carried out as gently as possible. Gentle pressing of the grapes and the subsequent gentle fermentation process transform the grapes from must into young wine. With muse and above all time during the ripening in the cellar, the harmonious wines of Klaus Lentsch are created in inox and wooden barrels.

Vinus the wine shop in the historic center of Bressanone has established itself since 1998 as the most outstanding address for the successful combination of wine bar and kitchen. Peter Kantioler was able to marry a perfectly good glass of wine with the traditional local and the Mediterranean cuisine. Food lovers are spoiled every Wednesday and Friday (dinner) and every Saturday for lunch. In summer you can take advantage of the garden, the only one of its kind in Bressanone. During summer most of the vegetables come from our own garden, during wintertime we rely on our merchants. In our winery in the heart of Laives, where regional and national traditions melt into each other, everyone can enjoy a good glass of wine. In the comfortable cellar in rustic style we serve different wines and schnapps with small appetizers. A special feature of our vinery are the steel tanks, filled with wine. Our guests can taste the different types of wine and if you want to buy some, the wine will get filled in in designated bottles. On request we make also wine tastings with our sommelier. Our cuisine is known for combining the technique of traditional cooking with the flavours of local ingredients. We are known for our meat cooked in a Catalan oven using charcoal. The authenticity of our game is on everyone's lips. The faithful sense of belonging to the land is expressed in every form in the numerous culinary proposals available to our guests. The charm of the location also helps to enhance the organoleptic characteristics of the dishes, embracing diners in warmth and authenticity.

The wine bar Weinschmiede arises from the desire of Arthur Rainer, wine producer at Seeperle and Robert Sinn, wine producer at St. Quirinus, to bring their wines to Kaltern’s village centre. The focus is placed on their own production. However, wine lovers will also find a fine selection of other wines to be purchased or tasted together with small appetizers.

In our wine-shop, the "Wein- & Sektlaube KÖSSLER" at the Piazza San Paolo you can taste and buy all wines. Speck, cheese and south tyrolean bread - a typical in-between meal of the area Oltradige - accompagny when possible, the visit in our house.

The building was registered in the late 19th century as "house with courtyard and tavern". The restaurant business has always characterised the historic building which as early as 1786 proposed itself as an inn and retailer of traditional South Tyrolean cuisine. We can say that Casa al Torchio is the oldest restaurant in Bolzano. The restaurant offers today typical South Tyrolean cuisine and Italian gastronomic specialties created by the owners Ivan and Willy Waldner. Each dish is expertly structured to respect tradition with a touch of creativity and imagination. The restaurant has a capacity of about 90 seats, divided into 3 characteristic rooms on the 1st floor and 50 seats on the 2nd floor. In addition to lunch and dinner, you can also enjoy a good pizza. A selection of wines from the best local and national wineries and a selection of craft beers can accompany your dishes.

In the cozy, decorated in the old Tyrolean-style wine bar you can taste about 40 wines. On the spirit menu you can choose between a variety of grappas, fruit distillates, liqueurs, brandies and whiskeys from around the world. In addition they offer South Tyrolean specialties like bacon, smoked sausage, "Gamswürste" and a wide selection of cheeses.

CEO is a winery in South Tyrol’s Unterland – situated in the extreme south of South Tyrol. The loamy soils – conveyed here over the centuries by periodic flooding of the Etsch / Adige River until it was regulated – form the foundation for the cultivation of grapes yielding very refined, elegant white wines, but also full-bodied, heady red wines. By rigorously regulating the yield, we support natural processes in harmony with nature so as to grow grapes suitable for the production of great wines. We cultivate five different varieties of grape in our own vineyards located in the Unterland of South Tyrol.
