Body, mind and soul united in wonderful harmony - our yoga instructor will show you how in this inspirational class in the gardens of the Gaudententurm residence. Surrounded by historic walls, fresh air and the calming sounds of birdsong, we will learn how to open our minds, recharge our batteries and together find peace. In a harmonious sequence of asanas (body postures), we will direct our awareness to our breathing and practice meditation. And quickly notice how the soothing silence in us activates new vitality and enables our soul to relax. A wonderful experience for anyone who has not yet ventured into the healing world of yoga, but also for all those who are already very familiar with it.

Embark on a culinary journey through South Tyrol and sample speck, wine, schnapps, cheese and much more in the rustic cellar of the old Oberweitzhof.

More than 60 vintage tractors, including 40 "Porsche-Diesel" tractors and 5 Porsche-Diesel Master tractors from various years of construction, can be viewed in the tractor museum. The oldest piece in the collection is a "Balilla" tractor dating from 1929. An experience for young and old! Please note: the guided tour is only available in German and Italian!

In this year's edition of the European Art Competition, everything revolves around objects. Glasses, buckets, pots, whisks and many other everyday objects take centre stage. They can be used not only to produce sounds or perform small feats of virtuosity: the imagination of the artists knows no bounds. In addition to fame and honour, there are prizes of €4,000, €3,000 and €2,000 up for grabs. The winners will be decided exclusively by the audience! Furthermore, on the third and final evening of the festival, participants will be presented with trophies, created this year by South Tyrolean artist Laurenz Stockner. Three extraordinary performances await you: the creative percussion duo Bubble Beatz (CH), the poetic clown Fabrizio Rosselli (I/F) and the fascinating circus duo OLO Company (SE/FI). Peter Schorn will host the evenings.

This topic will be the focus of our staircase exhibition starting April 1st. This unique exhibition offers a visionary investigation of how travelling might develop and grow in the 21st century and beyond. Using AI images and illustrations, the Touriseum offers a glimpse into the future of travelling. This uncertain future comes to life, prompting reflection and even dreaming. Let yourself be inspired as you explore the possibilities and challenges of the coming age of travel. “The Future of Travelling” presents a collection of creative short texts and their artistic interpretations that will challenge the limits of our imagination. From hypermodern means of transport to sustainable travel options and virtual travel experiences, the exhibition explores a variety of themes that might shape travelling in the coming decades.

Within one hour you will get to know the most interesting Hofer objects and some unknown history. The discovery tour leads mainly through the "Heroes & Hofer" trail, but an overview of the entire museum is also available on request. The guided tour is only available in German.

A new perspective on ceramics at the Südtiroler Künstlerbund With its extensive exhibition ‘Un - limited world CERAMICS’, the Südtiroler Künstlerbund focuses on clay as a material and demonstrates that ceramics are currently in vogue. Curators Eva Gratl, Eleonora Klauser Soldà and Lisa Trockner want to open up a new and conscious perspective on the multifaceted world of ceramics, a material that is receiving increasing attention in contemporary art and is used by renowned artists as a means of expression. The group exhibition reflects the enormous variety of clay as a material: its flexibility, the wealth of creative possibilities it offers, and even the technical limitations it imposes. In an innovative and varied way, the ceramics in this exhibition go far beyond craftsmanship and present themselves as a medium with great expressive potential, capable of unleashing immense creativity. Large sculptures, small objects, bold shapes, wall installations, poetic creations, formless, imaginative and playful works, lively in Baroque style, radically abstract, fragile, poetic – and not just vases and containers: the formal repertoire of the exhibition focuses on the expressive power of “free” ceramics and testifies to the fascination with a material that, thanks to its visual effects, dares to abandon tradition. In total, 20 artistic positions offer a glimpse of what hands can imprint on clay, of the forms that can be preserved.

The farmers demonstrate step by step how to mix all ingredients to form a dough. People are invited to lend a hand, and while the dough rises, they may discover the farm, the garden and the animals such as cows, calves, pigs and rabbits. The apple tours in Appiano with our expert Hans, offer a unique opportunity to get to know the fascinating world of apple growing and processing. Appiano is proud of its rich apple tradition and invites visitors to learn more about this popular fruit growing. During the apple tours you will have the opportunity to dive directly into the apple orchards and learn from Hans everything about the cultivation, care and harvesting of apples. You will be amazed at how much knowledge and care is behind each apple.

Since the time of the Romans, wine has been cultivated on the sunny slopes of the Wipptal. Today, 2000 years later, there are once again some pioneers who utilize the milder climate for viticulture. Peter Faistnauer is one of them; he operates the first winery in the Wipptal. Since 2015, he has been cultivating the white wine variety Solaris. After visiting the vineyards, the special wine will be tasted in the old barn. Dogs are not allowed. It is not possible to navigate the paths with a stroller, and the entire tour is not wheelchair accessible. As part of the 34th Winefestival in Merano, the award ceremony for the wineries will take place on the evening of 7 November 2025. The sunny mountain slope from Bozen up to the Ritten is one of the finest wine-growing areas in South Tyrol. Along the wine steps, the 10 artistic installations offer a fascinating glimpse into the culture of wine production. From Signat the trail leads downhill through the gently rolling vineyards to the viewing platform with its magnificent views of Bozen, then on to the Loosmannhof, to the settlement of St. Justina and down to Rentsch in the historic wine-growing estate of Ansitz Waldgries. The same route leads back uphill from Bozen to Signat.

This farm tour is a great opportunity to explore rural life in South Tyrol and learn all about the animals living on the farm. (Alpaca, chicken, guinea pigs…) As a highlight, you will have the chance to meet alpacas up close when you visit the stable and the meadow. Under the direction of Edwin Càceres-Penuela, the South Tyrolean Youth Orchestra presents a diverse program that highlights the sonic richness and skill of its young musicians. Together with apple grower Christine we set out on a journey of discovery through the local apple orchards. Our charming and knowledgeable guide shares plenty of interesting and curious facts about the apple growing industry in South Tyrol, about organic and integrated cultivation, the different varieties, the ingenious methods of naturally-derived plant protection and the protected designation of geographical origin. During the subsequent tasting of the different apple varieties participants can enjoy talking shop about the apples’ flavours and textures and their personal favourites.
