The heart of the house: Restaurant Terra Only a few steps from heaven you'll find the highest-located starred restaurant in Italy. Everything you get at Terra - The Magic Place is home-made. The cuisine of gourmet chef Heinrich Schneider is modern and of subtle finesse. The dishes are characterised by products from South Tyrol and farmers from the immediate vicinity. These unique gourmet highlights are matched with the best wines, recommended by the certified sommelier Gisela Schneider, sister of Heinrich. The best South Tyrolean dishes! The Restaurant-Pizzeria Babsi in Soprabolzano has been for about 27 years an important meeting place for both locals and visitors. Traditional South Tyrolean dishes such as ravioli with spinach and ricotta cheese, dumplings and traditional meat dishes are prepared after the secret and closely guarded cookbook from granny’s days. We recommend a glass of fine wine or a draught beer. In the afternoon we serve delicious home-made cakes with coffee, cappuccino, tea or freshly squeezed fruit juices in our traditional dining room and on the sunny terrace. From 5.00 pm, you can also enjoy different Italian pizzas and small, home-made specialties. Have fun and spend time together every night, when junior chef Philip prepares fresh cocktails and drinks for its guests at the bar.

Restaurant and bar with Italian, vegetarian and Hamburger cuisine

The Eurac Cafè is located in a bright, modern and intercultural ambience near the centre of Bolzano. From its spacious terrace, surrounded by greenery, you can see the promenades and cycle paths of the Talvera. It offers a classic bar service and welcomes customers all day long, from breakfast to the evening aperitif. For the lunch break, an organised catering service offers a wide choice of hot and cold dishes, varying according to the season, to guarantee the best quality and fresh products. For a quick break, sandwiches, salads, snacks and ice cream are available.

The Gambrinus Restaurant serves Italian cuisine and a variety of different pizzas.

The restaurant's kitchen offers an extensive menu of Japanese dishes: sushi, sashimi, nigiri, uramaki and much more. Not only raw fish dishes but also cooked for those who do not like raw fish. The traditional cuisine is called nihon-ryori in Japanese.

A visit to the Hopfen & Co. brewery-restaurant is a must for every guest of Bolzano. The former corner tower of the city walls with the old prison, is now a museumlike-building offering culinary hospitality. The medieval cellar houses the fresh and tasty Bozner Bier, which is served directly to the tables in the antique “Stuben” on the three floor's restaurant. A place of culinary pleasures based on appetizing traditional South Tyrolean dishes, with carefully selected products and raw materials from the region. Speck, cold meats and cheese bearing the South Tyrolean brand. Knödel, spätzle, ravioli are made by hand by our kitchen brigade.

The building was registered in the late 19th century as "house with courtyard and tavern". The restaurant business has always characterised the historic building which as early as 1786 proposed itself as an inn and retailer of traditional South Tyrolean cuisine. We can say that Casa al Torchio is the oldest restaurant in Bolzano. The restaurant offers today typical South Tyrolean cuisine and Italian gastronomic specialties created by the owners Ivan and Willy Waldner. Each dish is expertly structured to respect tradition with a touch of creativity and imagination. The restaurant has a capacity of about 90 seats, divided into 3 characteristic rooms on the 1st floor and 50 seats on the 2nd floor. In addition to lunch and dinner, you can also enjoy a good pizza. A selection of wines from the best local and national wineries and a selection of craft beers can accompany your dishes.

The 37 - alpine eating will welcome you with a magnificent sky terrace and a revisited South Tyrolean alpine cuisine with a contemporary touch.

Along the main road between the villages Bronzolo and Ora on the left side of the street there is the kiosk named Soini. Here you can find many products like local wine, fresh apples, homemade apple- and grape juice and elder syrup. We sell also speck, honey, cheese, dried fruits from the region. On request we prepare in our Bar Soini also breakfast or a snack.
