The best South Tyrolean dishes! The Restaurant-Pizzeria Babsi in Soprabolzano has been for about 27 years an important meeting place for both locals and visitors. Traditional South Tyrolean dishes such as ravioli with spinach and ricotta cheese, dumplings and traditional meat dishes are prepared after the secret and closely guarded cookbook from granny’s days. We recommend a glass of fine wine or a draught beer. In the afternoon we serve delicious home-made cakes with coffee, cappuccino, tea or freshly squeezed fruit juices in our traditional dining room and on the sunny terrace. From 5.00 pm, you can also enjoy different Italian pizzas and small, home-made specialties.
