The e-bike tour starts in Monguelfo and leads along the idyllic Val Casies Valley cycle route to S. Martino. Along the route, there are various access points. The route leads past the charming Kahnwirt and Kircherwirt inns before climbing up the alpine path to the Versellalm and on to the Tolderhütte hut. A particular highlight are the extensive, carefully tended alpine pastures, which can be explored during a guided tour. These alpine pastures have been extensively enhanced: new fences were installed, and about a dozen old barns were faithfully restored or rebuilt in their original design using traditional materials. This carefully crafted cultural landscape shows the harmonious interplay of nature and traditional alpine farming. Refreshments possibility. Difficulty: medium. Length: 45 km. The Reschenseelauf / Giro Lago di Resia: a running experience like no other! On 12 July 2025, the picturesque Lake Reschen will be transformed into a spectacular running track. With almost 4,000 participants, the Reschenseelauf / Giro Lago di Resia is one of the biggest running events in the Alps. The 15.2km course offers breathtaking views of the largest artificial lake in South Tyrol and the majestic mountains surrounding the Ortles. Runners, Nordic walkers, handicapped and children are divided into different categories and receive a fantastic starter pack including refreshments, lunch and a free massage. At the finish line everyone gets a finisher gift and a certificate. 2025 will be a very special year for the Reschenseelauf / Giro Lago di Resia: To celebrate its 25th anniversary, there will be a spectacular night run! The race won't start at 17:00 as usual, but at 21:30 in front of the historic church tower. Over 1,000 torches will light up the track around the lake. The "Seven Lakes Tour" is a demanding but truly rewarding hike in the Ridnaun high mountains. We save the first two hours and 600 metres in altitude thanks to the shuttle that takes us from Maiern to the Moarerbergalm. From there we dive into the unmistakable world of the glacier lakes, in whose mostly calm surface shimmering sky spectacles are impressively reflected. For thousands of years, the lakes have been witnesses to the glacial world of the Ice Age. On our circular hike we enjoy the dreamlike view of the Moarer Weißen, also called the Ridnaun Dolomites. Ascent: 2h - 600 vertical meters and 3km (moderately steep) Descent: 4 to 6 hours - 1,350 vertical meters and 11 km (steep and bumpy) A break is made halfway along the Trüber See lake with your own provisions, no stop at a hut is planned. The hike only takes place in optimal weather conditions! Surefootedness, good stamina and a head for heights are necessary for some short passages!

With the right know-how and the right equipment, the risk of an accident can be reduced or avoided - the certified guides from SAAC show you on the bike what is important in terms of accident prevention. Both theoretically and practically, the participants are taught the most important safety aspects, a correct riding technique and the right choice of material and equipment. Therefore, on 12/07 and 13/07/2025, and on 04/10 and 05/10/2025, every bike-interested person has the opportunity to deepen his knowledge and to refine his technique.  A "special edition" of the SAAC Bike Camp will take place too on Kronplatz/Plan de Corones, namely the "Girlpower Bike Camp", especially for women. Anyone who is at least 14 years old and wants to expand and force his bike awareness can participate!

Your adventure week on the 3 Countries Enduro Trails! The main part of this week is spent exploring the region on the bike. Trained guides teach boys and girls aged 11 to 15 many tips and tricks in open terrain and on single trails. Among other things, trail basics such as balancing correctly, braking, riding on and over steps, climbing and descending, etc. are refined during this week and what is learned is put into practice on the 3 Länder Enduro Trails. In addition to the 3 country enduro trails, you can expect other great activities such as a first aid course, trail building and a bike workshop.

From Laion, we take the public bus to Ortisei. Our tour begins with a ride on the funicular to the Resciesa mount. From the mountain station, we take the path to Cason alpine hut, where we have dinner (not included). After dinner, we hike with our guide Herbert to the summit cross of Resciesa, at an altitude of 2,280 metres. There we can enjoy a breathtaking sunset. After sunset we descend to the “Ramitzler Schwaige” hut, where the taxi takes us back to Laion. Height difference in ascent: 160 m Height difference in descent: 440 m Distance: 5,6 km

From the Gampen Pass, we hike along a beautiful forest path to the ‘Schöneck’ viewpoint on the Mendelkamm. We reach the Felixeralm via Moschen, where we stop for refreshments. We then reach the beautifully situated Felixer Weiher, also known as Tretsee, in just a few minutes. We descend comfortably through larch forests to the car park. The rock climbing park near the Adolf Munkel Trail is the place where our experienced guides teach the basics of rock climbing. Rock climbing is an amusing way to develop stamina and dexterity. From Laion, we take a taxi to the starting point at the "Ramitzler Schwaige" hut. From there, we hike with our guide Herbert up to Resciesa. Upon reaching the summit cross, we can enjoy the first rays of sunshine and the breathtaking view. Afterwards, we return to the "Ramitzler Schwaige" hut, where a delicious breakfast awaits us (not included). After breakfast, we continue our hike back to Laion. The 21 km course, starting in Prad am Stilfserjoch/Prato allo Stelvio (915 m), leads through distinctive villages, such as the mountain village of Stilfs/Stelvio, and the nature of the high alpine Stelvio National Park. After running 2,100 metres in altitude, the runners cross the finish line above the Stelvio Pass at the Dreisprachenspitze peak at 2,845 m against the backdrop of the striking mountain landscape around King Ortles. Whether professional, hobby athlete or hiker with or without walking sticks - being there is everything!

Silvio Mondinelli is one of the greatest Italian and international mountaineers. He has climbed all 14 eight-thousanders without the use of supplemental oxygen, making history in the world of mountaineering with humility, courage, and dedication. But Mondinelli is not only a man of the mountains: he is also a tireless promoter of humanitarian projects, particularly in Nepal, where he has built schools and supported local development. We invite you to a special evening in his company, during which he will share his extraordinary experiences among the highest peaks in the world, moments of hardship, life choices, and the deep meaning of his relationship with the mountains. An unmissable event for those who love the mountains, a life lived with passion, and stories that inspire. (In Italian language) During the event photos or video footage may be taken for the purpose of documentation and promotion of the event and the region. The Giro delle Dolomiti, in its 48th edition from July 21-25, 2025, returns to the great Dolomite classics on the territories of South Tyrol and Trentino. Each stage (5 in total) will feature, a mountain time trial that will help determine the overall winner. For the rest of the route, you will pedal in a speed-controlled peloton. For five days cyclists ‘may’ explore the Dolomites and some of the most beautiful Alpine passes in the saddle of their racing bikes. The first stage (75km/1529m of altitude difference) will take them on Monday, 21 July from the Fiera Bolzano, which will remain the logistical centre, via Ora and Aldino to the pilgrimage site of Maria Weißenstein and from there back via Nova Ponente and the Val d'Ega. Just one day later, the notorious Sellaronda will be tackled from Ponte Gardena, which with a length of 107 kilometres and 3100 metres of altitude difference is without doubt the queen's stage. Two pass crossings that are very well-known among cyclists will also be faced on the 92km long section with 1691 metres of altitude difference on Wednesday, 23 July. These are the Passo della Mendola and the Passo della Palade, which will be explored from Bolzano again this time. On Thursday, the cyclists will head to the Vinschgau Valley. Starting in Prato, they will tackle the Stelvio Pass, one of the queens of the Alps, and not just because of the 48 hairpin bends on the South Tyrolean side. The Giro delle Dolomiti 2025 will conclude on Friday, 25 July on the Alpe di Siusi (80km/1775m of altitude difference), the largest plateau in Europe. In the afternoon, the traditional award ceremony will take place at the Fiera Bolzano, where the participants will hopefully look back on many unforgettable moments on the 411 kilometres with 9577 metres of altitude difference.

We start at the Eggerhof/Schennaberg and hike slightly uphill to the Ifingerhütte at the Lenzeben clearing. From here, we hike through larch forest to the tree line and continue over slightly rocky terrain to the Lauwand weather cross with its great views. We return to the Ifingerhütte via the same forest path and take a different route to the Gasthof Taser Alm. Walking time: approx. 5 hours Altitude: approx. 800 m Difficulty: difficult

Experience an unforgettable hike through a fascinating and unique mountain landscape. We take the public bus to Pfelders/Plan, a picturesque mountain village, where our hike begins. Together with hiking guide Waltraud, we follow trail no. 6 to the Faltschnalalm hut and continue to the Faltschnaljöchl. From there, we ascend to the Spronser Joch (2,581 m). Once at the top, we enjoy breathtaking views of the majestic 3,000-meter peaks of the Texel Group and the impressive Spronser lake district. The descent takes us to Oberkaser hut and continues along trail no. 22 via Mutkopf to the Hochmuth cable car station. We take the cable car down to the valley and then return to the starting point by public bus. Walking time: approx. 7 h | Difference in altitude: approx. 960 m ascent, approx. 1,230 m descent The hike will be in German and Italian.

19991? Nineteen. Nine. Nine. One. No, we're not talking about the average metres of altitude that Dani Jung manages to climb each week. Rather, it refers to the day Ötzi was found. Ötzi? You know: the man from Tisenjoch, the man from the ice, the mummy from Similaun, probably the most famous glacier mummy since the Copper Age. But even more importantly, that very same 19.9.91 is now also the namesake for one of the most challenging trail running events in the racing calendar. Allow me: The Schnalstal Alpine Trail! The home of the SAT is the breathtaking Schnalstal Valley, or ‘Val Senales’ in Italian, in beautiful South Tyrol. The area has served as a film set for famous Hollywood productions, such as ‘Everest’, and really offers everything that fans of technical and alpine trail running can appreciate. And it is precisely this high alpine terrain that you can look forward to at the SAT. Challenging trails at breathtaking heights, past the site where Ötzi was found, steep climbs, technical downhills, incredible panoramas and routes that demand everything from the participants, but will be so satisfying for precisely that reason.

The 8 summit march - a mountain tour of a special kind! This high alpine extreme tour covers 25 km and 3,000 metres in altitude. The route leads from the picturesque, medieval town of Glurns in the valley to the mountain peaks in the Stilfserjoch National Park. At each of the 8 summits you receive a stamp, which must be stamped on the start card. Only recommended for real mountain enthusiasts. Info: R e g i s t r a t i o n Registration takes place via the online ticket sale, which is possible until 20 July 2025 at the advance booking price of € 70.00. From 21 July 2025, the ticket will cost € 80.00 (unless the number of participants of 500 has already been reached). From 24.07.2025, registration will only be possible by telephone.
