Exploring Bolzano: a cultural journey with Speck tasting. Every Thursday, you are warmly invited to join us for an enjoyable guided tour of the winery and cellar. For a limited number of visitors, we open up the old, historic cellar located seven meters underground, providing you with unique insights into our daily work at the winery and much more... What exactly is sustainable winegrowing? During a guided tour through the small vineyard, you learn about the ecology of vineyards. You gain an insight into how wine is produced sustainably, from planting and managing the vineyard to processing the grapes and reaching the final quality of the wine.
