What exactly is sustainable winegrowing? During a guided tour through the small vineyard, you learn about the ecology of vineyards. You gain an insight into how wine is produced sustainably, from planting and managing the vineyard to processing the grapes and reaching the final quality of the wine. The guided tour finishes with a wine tasting of Messnerhof wines. Duration: about 1.5 hours. Minimum number of participants: 6.
Wine is culture – and enjoying it is pure pleasure! You can experience this on one of our guided tours of Kellerei Bozen – a place where contemporary architecture merges seamlessly with centuries-old winemaking tradition.
Follow the journey of our wines, from the arrival of the freshly harvested grapes to their gentle processing and maturation in stainless steel and oak barriques. Along the way, you’ll hear stories about our winegrowers, whose skill and dedication in the vineyards lay the foundation for our wines. You’ll step behind doors normally closed to visitors and see how artisan knowledge, technology and passion come together in perfect harmony.
Your tour ends with a tasting of selected wines – from fresh, aromatic whites with delicate minerality to full-bodied, characterful reds from our finest vineyards.
An experience that begins in the glass and remains in the memory.
A complex case must be solved at the natural history museum, because the results of the water samples do not match the actual river quality. Who is misleading you? This case will put all your investigative skills to the test!
