The Alpe Pragas fruit delights are a aunique experience for the taste - buds. From 24th June till 02th september 2025 you can book the tasting experiences every tuesday at 10 am. If you'd like to explore all our specialieties, you' re welcome to book a tasting session here with Alpe Pragas. During Winter Season they organize the tasting experience for a minimum of 10 people.

Short circular walk (slightly uphill) of approx. 50 min. on asphalt or gravel road to the Kleinmarer farm. We visit the farm with stable, animals and garden. The experience for the whole family is rounded off with a tasting of typical farm products. The way back to the starting point takes approx. 40 min. Alternatively, we can also use the same route back. Fortress Mitterberg Fortress Mitterberg and Fortress Haideck form the "Barricade of Sexten". This building is a magnific example of defensive fortification. The non profit association "Bellum Aquilarum ONLUS" offers guided tours of the museum “Fortress Mitterberg” Four-legged friends are not allowed to participate in this event.

Guided hike to the outdoor Museum "Anderter Alpe" at Rotwand / Croda Rossa It was the scene of a lot of events during World War I. Today it ist possible to see shelters, trenches and trenches along the path. Four-legged friends are not allowed to participate in this event.

The walk leads along the forest path at the Haunold/Baranci valley station in direction of Toblach/Dobbiaco to the source of the Drau/Drava river. From there past the shooting range to the Baumonna farm, where the new bunker museum will be visited. Alma Mahler welcomes you The composition house in Carbonin Vecchia reopens its doors in the summer months....with a very special hostess Anyone who cultivates a passion for culture and music knows that Dobbiaco holds a treasure trove. Lying on a meadow overlooking the village and the entire valley, close to the forest towards Pian di Maia, is a small, simple wooden building. The building at first glance appears very modest, but stands proud and aware of its incredible significance and history. Between those planks, in fact, the famous Bohemian composer Gustav Mahler, accompanied by his beloved Alma, between the summers of 1908 and 1910, found peace and inspiration to compose some of his most beautiful and important symphonies, among them 'Das Lied von der Erde' (The Song of the Earth). After careful restoration, the composition house at the Trenkerhof finally reopens its doors to all those who want to breathe in the history and atmosphere of the Belle Epoque. During the summer months of July and August, every Wednesday and every Friday from 3 to 5 p.m., in collaboration with the Santer Family, owner of the cultural asset, every visitor will have the chance to step back in time and breathe in the magic of those places and the surrounding nature. They will be welcomed by a very special hostess... Alma, the composer's beloved companion until her death in 1911, herself an eclectic and important figure in the history of world culture, who will make the visit even more special with stories and anecdotes. Admission to the park and the composition house is free of charge. Our hike takes you along an idyllic route where you can immerse yourself in the stories and legends of special names. Participation is free, but prior registration is required. At the Lechnerhof she creates them with the guests and shows them what must be included in the traditional food and dispels many culinary legends. Walking the Alta Via of Dobbiaco is the best way to observe in their majestic complex the Dolomites, their striking shapes, the plays of colour and the shadows that the day and night light produces when it breaks on their white cliffs. Through this day and night-long experience everyone will be able to live this unique emotions, accompanied by our guide who will tell curiosities, anecdotes and stories about the Dolomites, its culture and people: We will climb up the valley to the Corno Fana to enjoy a spectacular fiery sunset, and after spending the night there at the Bonner hut, a real scenic stage on the Dolomites, we will admire the sunrise above the Three Peaks. After a rich and traditional alpine breakfast, we will cross the Alta Via of Dobbiaco to reach the new March hut hut where we will be served a tasty and typical meal surrounded by the Sundial of the Sesto Dolomites, the last stop before returning to the valley again...
