The multi-coloured autumn leaves and trees invites you with sweet ripe apples, beckon visitors to visit the Natz-Schabs/Naz-Sciaves High Apple Plateau. For a week in autumn, everything revolves around the apple, giving rise to a series of events. The Apple Festival is held on the second Sunday in October and is the climax of the autumn celebrations in Naz/Natz. The highlight is a big parade and the awarding of the Naz-Sciaves Apple Queen title.

The full moon has something magical for us humans - we like to let ourselves be enchanted by this special atmosphere on a full moon night. And it is in this spirit that the Star Village organises the Full Moon Event with selected restaurants. Lively atmosphere in the starlight. Culinary delicacies that clearly taste of star cuisine - and also visually bring the universe onto the plate - for example a milk rice in the style of the Milky Way, dumplings depicting a lunar eclipse, Pluto mozzarella and many other heavenly dishes. 9 and 10 November 2024 the Touriseum at Trauttmansdorff Castle will play host to Meran’s sixth Vintage Market. Trauttmansdorff Castle will for the whole weekend be devoted to the idea of “vintage”. From 9:00 AM to 4:30 PM each day, selected market stalls will be offering collectors and browsers high-quality antique accessories ranging from sunglasses to hatboxes. The retro atmosphere will be complemented with live music and dancing from bygone eras as well as many other highlights. *Vintage in English means classic, old, traditional: it refers to the fashions, furnishings and everyday objects from the 1920s through to the 1980s.

The kindergarten and elementary school children parade through the streets of Kurtinig with their St. Martin's lanterns. A specioal attraction are the windows of the houses, which are decorated with handmade, illuminated pictures.

This year, the BK Völlan Advent stall will once again be held in front of the Völlan kindergarten. Open on weekends and public holidays from 29 to 24 December.

The magical Sterntaler Christmas Market enchants visitors during the weekends of the Advent season in the town center of Lana with its warm and charming atmosphere. Lovingly decorated stands offer genuine South Tyrolean crafts, along with Christmas specials in the local shops and many other seasonal experiences. Strolling and shopping at the Christmas Market in Lana is particularly cozy and stress-free. During the four Advent weekends, more than 20 stalls offer genuine South Tyrolean artisanal crafts created with passion as unique Christmas gifts. At the culinary stands, visitors will find delicious specialties for every taste: traditional mulled wine, fruity hot apple drinks and soups to warm you up, farmer's bread, stuffed pretzels and Christmas hamburgers are only part of the culinary variety on offer. Atmospheric live music by local bands frames the holiday spirit and hustle and bustle of the market, and young visitors can have fun with pony rides, handicraft workshops and Punch and Judy shows. On 5 and 31 December 2024, only the gastronomic stands are open.

The Merano Christmas Market provides a magical atmosphere, with daily concerts, children’s entertainment, local customs and handicrafts. There are other Christmas markets in Merano and Environs too, offering textiles, jewelry, ceramics, glass and wooden objects. Closed on 25th December.

The traditional Christmas market takes place from 26th November 2021 to 6th January 2022 in the town centre of Brunico. The guests will find lovely decorated stands with arts and craft, sweet treats and handmade gifts as well as several culinary delights at the Christmas market. In the 40 years of its existence, the Naturno St. Nicholas Festival has developed into an event that is unique throughout South Tyrol and enjoys great popularity every year. In a valley in which dialect and garb are still alive, it is not unusual that its tradition is thoroughly cultivated. The „Klöckeln“, is a pre-Christian custom practised the first weeks of December and has an old tradition.

St. Nicholas is coming! St. Nicholas visits the children at the Christmas market in Niederrasen. From 5.30 p.m. he will surprise them with his gifts.

On Saturday 9th December 2023 from 6 p.m. the Krampus with their carved masks and goat skins visit the Christmas market.

Pre-Christmas Events in Terento. We want to bring children, families and guests closer to rural culture and traditions on the topic of Christmas. The trail leads from the decorated village centre to the town hall with cookie baking for children, to the crib exhibition and to the Christmas market. Handicraft products are offered at different stalls on the playground. The Christmas experience continues along the trail lit by torchlights and candlelight with special light effects to the "Stockner Waldile" forest, where rural specialities are offered in traditional huts. Fairytales and stories for children are told around the campfire in front of a big Christmas crib and a petting zoo.
