The starting point for this hike is the valley head of Ridnaun/Ridanna. Follow the trail no. 28 over a wide path, past the ore processing facility of the mine. The signs to the Stadlalm lead through the beautiful forest of the Lazzacher valley. At the fork turn right to the mountain pasture Stadlalm.
Alternative 1: reachable also over the nature trail of the Mining Museum.
Alternative 2: circuit cross the panoramic platform Hoher Nock with a 360° panorama view
This hike starts at the hamlet “Gasse” just before Ridnaun/Ridanna. Follow the signpost “Mareiter Stein” southwards along the asphalted road. Go past the group of farmhouses Entholz/Masi di Ento. From Entholz/Ento you go into the forest, turn right at a small stream and follow path no. 24 to a fork, where following the path no. 25B you reach the mountain pasture Kerschbaumeralm.
Alternative: reachable also starting from Pratone along the asphalted road and the gravel path.
Starting point is the Hotel Larchhof in the valley Innerratschings. From there, you hike along flowery meadows towards Flading, a small hamlet at the end of the valley Ratschings. On the right side you can hear the sound of the creek Ratschinger Bach, then you cross a small forest and the destination of the walk is quickly reached.
In 2011, the Alpine Conifers Educational Trail was inaugurated in these woods and the Vinschger Fahr und Reitverein horse association is also located there. Adventure-lovers there is also the Lasa Adventure Park in the vicinity.
Easy walk along the Schlossweg from the centre of the village of Dorf Tirol.
The path starts at the base of the castle hill opposite the parish church of Mareit/Mareta, leads north facing to untouched forest territories near the creek of Mareit and ends west of the castle at its pond. On this path have been set up different natural “stations”, where the visitors – especially interesting for children – can get in touch with nature. From the brookside to bar, forest and meadows, water and mossy soils, from the ant hill to small ponds, the forest telephone and a pavilion made of different wood types – various adventure-worlds are available. Get in contact with nature on soft mossy soil! Experience nature up close, with all your senses!
Follow the theme trail through a pristine habitat along the Schalderer Bach torrent. The pure mountain waters of this natural monument pass through the Schalderertal Valley for 11 km before flowing into the Eisack river at Vahrn/Varna, just north of Brixen/Bressanone.
Suitable for pushchairs Starting from the Locher or Wieser restaurant, follow trai no. 10 and go on along trail no. 8 until you reach the Tschaufenhaus mountain refuge. If you walk by the Tschaufer Weiher Lake and go on along trail no. 7 until you reach the crossing with trail no. 10 you can then come back to the Wieser restaurant. As an alternative you can walk on along trail no. 7 to come to the Salten and come back to the Locher restaurant on trail no. 5. Duration of the excursion 2 hours or 2 hours and 40 minutes - Drop/rise: 370 m
The Raiermoos biotope is a natural haven in Raas/Rasa, on the Natz-Schabs/Naz-Sciaves plateau. This scenic nature trail with a series of helpful info boards leads through the unspoilt landscape.

Crossing meadows you soon reach the edge of the forest. Turn right across a stream ditch. The path leads over a forest trail with the marking no. 4A steeply up to the first mowing meadows. There is a street which leads over wavy alpine pastures to the mountain pasture Joggelealm.
Alternative: also reachable via the path no. 26 towards the mountain pasture Valtiglalm, whereby you have to turn left on path no. 24b after about half way. Also suitable as a mountain bike tour.
Easy walk from Valdaora di Sotto/Niederolang to Valdaora di Mezzo/Mitterolang and Forward to Valdaora di Sopra/Oberolang.

Starting from the inn Alpenrose the path leads to the church. Before reaching the church, turn left at a little supermarket and continue walking through meadows till you nearly reach the housing area “Sagstatt”. At the little chapel turn right and take the way uphill. You’ll pass the “Auerhof” and then continue walking to the “Wanserhof”. From there the path leads through meadows and forest and back to the inn “Innerwalten”. Follow the pavement for about 200 m till you reach the inn “Jägerhof”, then turn left and follow the signposts. After about 30 min. the path leads alongside the so-called “Römerweg” (path of the Romans), which leads to the Jaufen Pass. After about 200 m follow the signposts to the left and follow the meadow path uphill about 100 m and then take the forest path to the “Santlhof”. From there, you walk downhill to the inn “Alpenrose”, the starting point.

Historic buildings, culture and landscape: the culture trail in Dorf Tirol/Tirolo is the route for hiking, marveling and exploring!
This hike takes us through wonderful meadow landscapes to the Panidersattel. Here there is a wonderful view of the Grödnertal, the Geislerspitzen and the Sella massif. In addition, there is always a magnificent view of Kastelruth.
In the 1900s, a bear trap which still survives to this day was built on the Panider Sattel/Passo Pinei. To lure the bear into the pit, a sheep or goat was tied to a nearby stake; the pit was covered over with branches or twigs such that, on approaching its prey, the bear would fall into the pit and be unable to escape.

This easy walking tour can be recommended during all seasons of the year. Along a nice forest path we have to manage about 6.5 km (each direction) and 550 metres in altitude. It proceeds through beautiful forests and larch meadows and offers also a visit to the Rif. Anratter mountain hut at 1,815 m asl.
The valley end of Solda/Sulden forms a particularly fascinating natural scenery due to its exposure and wilderness at 2000 m above sea level. Forest, pastures, scree, glaciers, rocks and torrents shape the appearance. This wild and romantic beauty provided the inspiration for the responsible persons to create offers, which gives the locals and guests the opportunity to experience the valley of Solda in an intensively natural way. Therefore, the idea was born to build a water and nature facility, a suspension bridge and an adventure path in the middle of the Stelvio National Park, under the name "NATURAronda", which means to make a tour in nature and enables a mental and physical well-being. The Naturaronda consists of the bear bath, EVOPÄD and the suspension bridge.
From the Pares car park, take the forest road no. 5, 5A which leads gently uphill through the woods and on to the Medalghes pastures.
The woodland nature trail was designed in line with scientific principles and, using a variety of different interactive exhibits, communicates a lot of interesting facts about nature, the forest and water.
Easy hike on the Monte San Candido/Innichberg Mountain reaching the farms Mehlhof and Stauderhof. You'll also enjoy a view on the Three Peaks!
Zaalwaal
A hike along a picturesque irrigation channel, or Waal, near Schlanders with fabulous views of the chestnut groves and orchards that carpet the Vinschgau Valley.
Along the edge oft the woods, in direction to the Mooskirche you can always enjoy the view to the village and to the Pragser Dolomites. At the Gothic church „St. Magdalena im Moos“ or „Mooskirche“, benches invite you to stop for a rest. On the way back across paved road, sorrounded by fields.
