Our menu includes Tyrolean dishes and Italian specialities, such as fresh homemade pasta. Furthermore we organize fish evenings and you have the possibility to order pizza for lunch and dinner.

The refuge Tierser Alpl is situated on the saddle of the same name, a place where all paths seem to cross. On the way from the Schlern to the Lang- and Plattkofel, from the Seiser Alm to the Rosengarten, you’ll always pass this spot.

During the warm periods of the year, you can enjoy some ice cream or a cup of coffee in our lounge area or terrace with views of Sciliar/Schlern, as well as a home-made, traditional apple strudel. The "Zur Quelle" evening restaurant has a large open terrace from which you can enjoy fascinating views of Sciliar/Schlern while you taste some of the delightful à la carte dishes which are either traditionally South Tyrolean or Mediterranean. The Laurin hut with ist cosy Tyrolean room and sun terrace with a view oft the Sciliar is somewhere to really relax and enjoy. The hosts offer typical Tyrolean dishes in a comfortable atmosphere.

Hmmm, what a wonderful food fragrance touches my nose? I smell the warm sweetness of the potatoes and the spice smoked bacon. This mixture is refined, only just picked fresh alpine herbs and already on my plate! Appetite to get our Tyrolean Geröstl, or can it would rather be a freshly baked apple pie? The food on our mountain hut of Mahlknechthütte is very tasty and all meals are prepared with love.

Small, easily accessible alpine hut at the foot of the Sasso Piatto/Plattkofel mountain. The Murmeltier hut offers a cosy atmosphere and serves simple hot and cold dishes, as well as home-made cakes.

The "Dorfschenke" in Castelrotto invites you to relax before, during or after an exciting day of leisure in the Dolomites. This cosy pub in the village centre of Castelrotto is open every day and night and offers a popular Irish Pub atmosphere daily from 7 am to 1 am.

We try to develop a close collaboration between the region’s agriculture and the tourism sector. RUSTIC - The old farmhouse parlour is more than 150 years old and comes from Val Pusteria. This special wood spreads a very pleasant and cosy atmosphere. COSY - Using a professional mixture of tradtional and modern style and the combination of the old wood from local forests with natural stone and glass create this special alpine flair AUTHENTIC - Food should be consumed there where it is grown and harvested – according to this principle we are buying food, ingredients and drinks from local farmers of the area.

Our hut is situated on the Alpe di Siusi in the middle of green mountain meadows rich of beautiful flowers. It ist he right spot for making a bread on your way up tot he Sciliar. Let yourself be papmpered with delicious typical homemade food, „Bretteljause“ (is a tasty South Tyrolean snack), specialities from milk and homemade desserts.

The Grasleitenhütte is situated at 2165 meters, in the Natural Park Sciliar.

The Tschötsch Alm is open daily from 8:30 a.m. till 17:30 p.m. We serve warm dishes from 11:30 a.m. till 3:30 p.m. In the evening, we can prepare special treats for you, upon request. Cordial hospitality is a core value. You can reach us via numerous hiking trails, mountainbike routes, snowshoe hiking trails, and ski slopes.

The mansion called ‚Wassererhof‘ is located on the foot of the Schlern close to a nearby wellspring. The homestead dates back to the year 1366. In 1996, the father of the twins Andreas and Christoph Mock bought the run-down homestead. After a renovation, the homestead has become an amazing ensemble of buildings emitting a sense of gentleness supported by an expressive architecture. Now the Wassererhof is a winery and a ‘Buschenschank’ (a traditional seasonal farm inn) with familiar management. The two brothers cooperate, helping each other with solidarity and this is the guarantee of their success. Andreas is the cook. The traditional cuisine is his top priority: fresh, homemade and surprisingly refined. The twin Christoph is the farmer and the winemaker of the Wassererhof. For generations they have broadened their knowledge in wine culture both in the vineyards and in the winery with the objective to press a wine of outstanding quality and taste.

The Sattler hut is situated at the foot oft he Denti di Terrarossa in the heart of the Dolomites. The hut offers local dishes and homemade Strudel and cakes. The Sattler hut is accessible via Panorama on trail no.2 and via the Laurin hut on the gravel path.

The Williams mountain hut is at the mountain station of the Florian Lift in Saltria, Seiser Alm.

Our Restaurant Pizzeria “Zur alten Schmiede” is located in the center of Castelrotto at the foot of the Alpe di Siusi. We spoil you with savory dishes from the Italian and Tyrolean cuisine and tasty pizzas.
