Our Alpine Restaurant/Bar is located at the foot of the Sassolungo with spectacular views of the Sella Group. We take great pride in our home cooking and one of our specialities is grilled trout (summer months only) which you can fish directly from our lake in front of the restaurant if you want or Tyrolean specialities such as a variety of canederli (Tyrolean dumplings made of bread with speck or spinach) and, for those with a sweet tooth, we highly recommend "Kaiserschmarren" which is a sweet omelette with bilberry jam as well as delicious home-made strudel and cakes. We have a lovely sunny terrace with plenty of deck chairs for sunbathing and relaxing after a hard days skiing or walking. In the winter months we have Italian specialities like Pasta, Pasta & Fagioli (Bean & Pasta soup), Tyrolean dishes and home-made Strudel which can be served on our sunny terrace.

At the Randlhütte hut Annelies is preparing for you simple, homemade dishes since 1994, often using products from their farm. The hut offers a special atmosphere, complemented by homemade and regional drinks. In the small kitchen or on the sunny terrace you’ll surely find a place to linger. The Para, a cabin in the typical Tyrolean style, is located 1970 m in the charming ski resort Superski Dolomites in Alta Badia, right on the Brancia, main track linking the towns of La Villa, San Cassiano and Corvara, and opposite the ski lift La Para, suitable for children and those who love engage in funny boardercross courses.

The Wurzer Alm (1707 m) is a typical mountain pasture and is wonderfully situated in the middle of lush meadows. Stop off and eat well - marvel at the mountains - watch our animals - and relax!

The guests get delicious Tyrolean and Italian food in the snuggery or on the terrace. Overnight stays are possible.

The Lercheralm is a hut in Oberwielenbach and a popular excursion destination - also with baby carriage and Mountainbike.

Dreamlike scenery near Corvara, on the Pralongià slope The Capanna Nera hut is nestled in a dreamlike landscape in the surroundings of Corvara, located on the Pralongià slope and close to the golf course. It can be reached on foot in 10 minutes. In addition to picturesque views of the Dolomites, the Capanna Nera hut offers gastronomic delicacies from local, Italian and international traditions. Our sun terrace invites you to spend relaxing hours in a magical setting.

We invite you to our culinary highlights of the South Tyrolean cuisine – traditional or with a new interpretation. Enjoy our south tyrolean break or our homemade cakes and desserts – and last but not least the stunning panoramic view on the Alpe di Siusi. We try to develop a close collaboration between the region’s agriculture and the tourism sector. RUSTIC - The old farmhouse parlour is more than 150 years old and comes from Val Pusteria. This special wood spreads a very pleasant and cosy atmosphere. COSY - Using a professional mixture of tradtional and modern style and the combination of the old wood from local forests with natural stone and glass create this special alpine flair AUTHENTIC - Food should be consumed there where it is grown and harvested – according to this principle we are buying food, ingredients and drinks from local farmers of the area.

In this natural alpine hut, which is handled as a real insider tip, you can enjoy simple, homemade delicacies, partly made from the farms own products such as butter, yogurt and cheese. The Bonner Hütte refuge can be reached via idyllic landscapes from Dobbiaco and the Val Casies Valley. Highlight: sunrise on the mountain Toblacher Pfannhorn followed by an alpine breakfast. The Brixner Hütte is on the Pfunderer Höhenweg, with continuous warm kitchen and possibility to sleep for 40 people. Open from mid June to mid October. From the Fane Alm to the Brixnerhütte it takes about an hour and 40 minutes.

Since almost 40 years now, you are able to relax and enjoy life at the Kaser Alm in a wonderfully secluded and peaceful location. Here you can look forward to regional, homemade specialties like the Kaseralmburger with meat produced on the owner’s farm. In the cozy “stube” (snug) or on the sunny terrace, you’ll find the perfect place to unwind. Starting point: Val Casies Valley – S. At the family-run Oberbergalm hut, you can taste home-made, lovingly prepared dishes that reflect the traditional taste of the region. Welcome to the Lingeralm, visit us on the middle of the sunny Lingeralm Möltner plateau. In our tavern with panoramic views we will spoil you with typical South Tyrolean dishes and cakes and snacks . For the little ones , but also for our great guests we have all sorts to offer. A large sun terrace , plenty of space to romp for the kids and a small children 's playground with swings .

The Hochrautalm, or Alpine pasture Hochrautalm, is accessible from Taisten. It is preferable to travel to the starting point with the Citybus Welsberg-Taisten line 438. In Taisten, you start from the parking lot (€) above the mountain inn Mudler and enjoy a pleasant hike either along the forest road (marked with signs 31/5A/5) in about 90 minutes or, alternatively, take the forest road first and then the shortcut (marked with signs 31/5A/5C) in about 40 minutes. Once you reach the Hochrautalm Alpine pasture, you can indulge in South Tyrolean specialties for both young and old, as well as enjoy a breathtaking view towards Antholz and Kronplatz. Marvel at gentle green hills and distinctive mountains... All of this combined with delights like dumplings or apple strudel! Or perhaps you'd prefer a burger?

Our mountain hut was built in the year 2000, and you can find us on the red slope of San Cassiano (no. 12). We prepare homemade local dishes, offer gluten-free options, and the traditional "Kaiserschmarrn." We are accessible from the red slope of San Cassiano, the sledding track, as well by foot from San Cassiano in about an hour, starting from the valley station of Piz Sorega. Once a week, we organize a dinner at the hut by reservation, with transport provided by snow cat. On December 31st, we also organize a New Year's Eve dinner, again on reservation. Our team will be pleased to be at your disposal to meet your needs in the best possible way. We are open 7 days a week from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM.

Hmmm, what a wonderful food fragrance touches my nose? I smell the warm sweetness of the potatoes and the spice smoked bacon. This mixture is refined, only just picked fresh alpine herbs and already on my plate! Appetite to get our Tyrolean Geröstl, or can it would rather be a freshly baked apple pie? The food on our mountain hut of Mahlknechthütte is very tasty and all meals are prepared with love.

Traditional tyrolean dishes

Our family has been running the inn at the valley station of the Plose cable car for more than 25 years. Here we offer our guests a wide selection of pizzas, both at lunchtime and in the evening, as well as typical dishes of South Tyrolean and Italian cuisine. These range from the Stodlburger to Italian pasta dishes or the classic Zwiebelrostbraten to Kaiserschmarrn.

In addition to the quaint coziness and dreamlike location, it’s the culinary expertise of Franz Pernthaler that has made gastronomes the world-over recommend the Schatzer Lodge. The excellent menus, prepared every evening by the lodge’s chef for the guests, have to be compared with, but do not pale in comparison to, those that the majority of the so-called gourmet restaurants offer their diners. And thus the chef ‘de Cuisine’ daily conjures up new Lucullian marvels based on traditional Tyrolean cuisine, and thereby is the freshness of his ingredients particularly close to heart. These ingredients and his creativity secure him over and over again the admiration of his guests.

Our cuisine is known for hearty Tyrolean cuisine. Local wines and juices round out the lunch break at our terrace or in the large dining or in the parlor from. In the afternoon we spoil you with coffee and homemade cakes.

The Tschötsch Alm is open daily from 8:30 a.m. till 17:30 p.m. We serve warm dishes from 11:30 a.m. till 3:30 p.m. In the evening, we can prepare special treats for you, upon request. Cordial hospitality is a core value. You can reach us via numerous hiking trails, mountainbike routes, snowshoe hiking trails, and ski slopes.
