The rustic Sangon hut is nestled at the foot of Mount Seceda, surrounded by the magnificient Dolomites, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. In the cozy alpine hut you can savor typical homemade dishes accompanied by a careful selection of natural, honest and authentic South Tyrolean wines, just like we are. Perched at 1860 meters altitude, with a panoramic sun-kissed terrace from sunrise to sunset, it serves as an ideal meeting point both in summer and winter. During summer, it's a beloved destination, easily reachable on foot for all ages or by mountain bike. Sun loungers invite relaxation while children enjoy the playground, feeding rabbits, or playing on the lush alpine meadows. In winter, accessible on foot or skis from both Col Raiser and Seceda, it's perfect for a delightful lunch break or an aperitif at sunset before the final descent.

Our family run restaurant is open since 1959. We offer our guests homemade meals typical from South Tyrol and Trentino. We have a comfy sitting room, a big terasse and a big children's playground. For group reservation we ask to make them in advance. New: E-Bike charging station.

The “Seeberalm” hut, today called “Hochfeldalm” hut, is a popular place for hikers and gourmets. The family-friendly hut is reachable from different starting points.

Mr. Jakob Enz serves "Ahrntaler Graukäse" - typical low-fat cheese, home-made bread and alpine pasture butter from own production.

Starting point: mountain station Ratschings-Jaufen (1.800m) The cable car Ratschings-Jaufen takes you from Bichl to the mountain station. From there you hike along the Ratschinger Almenweg to the mountain pasture Rinneralm. Alternative: visit the Mountain Adventure World Racines Tip: petting zoo, grey cheese, alpine butter, yoghurt, children’s playground

Starting point: head valley Val Ridanna - Masseria (1.417m) Start at the gate and follow the asphalted road uphill, very steep at first, then a little flatter after 800m. At the bridge we turn left and follow the signposts to the mountain pasture Moarerbergalm. After the Poschhaus ruin we turn off to the right and hike approx. 200m to the mountain pasture Moarerbergalm. Alternative: reachable by using the bus of the Mining Museum, registration required (Tel. +390472656364) Tip: homemade cheese and butter

Our alpine hut is located at 1760 m altitude in the idyllic Val di Cesa in Lappago. It is only a few minutes' walk from Lappago and can also be easily reached with a pushchair. Our alp is open for refreshments from mid-July to mid-October. We look forward to you visiting us up on the alp, and enjoy a chat with us over a glass of wine and a rustic Brettljause ploughman’s lunch on our sun terrace. Enjoy a slice of freshly baked apple strudel and a glass of fresh alpine milk. Once fortified, you can then hike up Eggespitz or walk on Passo Regola, or venture over from the lakes Bergl-Seen via the Cima Cadini to Rifugio Ponte di Ghiaccio. Starting point: Ridanna - Masseria (1.370m) Take the same route to the mountain pasture Martalm and then follow the marking no. 30 to the mountain pasture Staudenbergalm. Alternative: starting point Bergl (1.560m) to the Martalm and further on follow path no. 30. Tip: homemade bacon and sausages, on the weekend roasted kid or lamb

Starting point: Entholz-Gasse (1.438m) This hike starts at the hamlet “Gasse” just before Ridanna. Follow the signpost “Mareiter Stein” southwards along the asphalted road. Go past the group of farmhouses Entholz. Crossing meadows you soon reach the edge of the forest. Turn right across a stream ditch. The path leads over a forest trail with the marking no. 4A steeply up to the first mowing meadows. There is a street which leads over wavy alpine pastures to the mountain pasture Joggelealm. Alternative: also reachable via the path no. 26 towards the mountain pasture Valtiglalm, whereby you have to turn left on path no. 24b after about half way. Also suitable as a mountain bike tour. Tip: daily fresh strudel, musical events and theatrical performances in the stable, sunrise breakfast on reservation

Starting point: valley head Ridanna (1.417m) Start at the head valley of Ridanna and take path no. 9 on the right, which leads along the Fernerbach and moderately steep up to the Senner-and Aglsboden Plateau. On the eastern edge of the plateau, the path no. 9A branches off on the right and leads steeply up over grassy slopes to the mountain pasture Aglsalm. Tip: cream, hard and grey cheese, alp butter, “Apfelkiachl” (apple pies), donuts on weekends

Small, easily accessible alpine hut at the foot of the Sasso Piatto/Plattkofel mountain. The Murmeltier hut offers a cosy atmosphere and serves simple hot and cold dishes, as well as home-made cakes.
