Our cosy hut is located directly on the toboggan run „Tristenbach“ (in the evening illuminated). From Weißenbach/Rio Bianco you can reach us on foot, with snow shoes or with touring ski (walking time approx. 1 ½ hours). We are awaiting you with delicious traditional dishes!

WELCOME to Adler Alm hut! The ideal starting point both for simple or more challenging hikes. Enjoy delicious traditional dishes and cheese from our own production. From Kasern/Casere the Adleralm hut can be reached comfortably with the baby stroller. For the kids we have a children’s playground.

In the cold season our hut is a popular destination for winter hiking, snow shoe hiking and ski touring. In addition our hut is located on the cross country track Kasern/Casere.

Starting point: Entholz – Gasse (1.438m) From the hamlet “Gasse” in Ridanna drive on asphalted road southwards to the group of farmhouses Entholz. From Entholz hike through the forest and follow path no. 25 towards the mountain pasture Outer Wurzeralm. Alternative: reachable also across Pratone on asphalted road Tip: large playground, ideal for mountain bikers

The perfect winter hiking trail for the whole family: on foot, with the toboggan or with the touring ski. From Weißenbach/Rio Bianco the walking time is approx. 1 hour (toboggan run “Tristenbach”).

Every Thursday we offer you rural South Tyrolean specialities.

The Saltner Hut is open from the beginning of December to Eastern and in summer from Pentecost to the middle of October. We offer a lot of traditional South Tyrol and Italian dishes. The Saltner Hut organise also music events.

At the Uwald Alm hut you can look forward to daily special dishes and all-time classics, with a strong emphasis on quality. Regional beers and wines complement your experience. You can enjoy the breathtaking view of the valley from the cozy stube (snug) or the inviting terrace. Starting point: Val Casies Valley – S. Whether for lunch or dinner (by reservation), specialties from the South Tyrolean cusine as well as hearty snacks or coffee with cake, you are always welcome.

The Schgaguler Schwaige mountain hut, lying at 1905m near the mountain station of the Ortisei / Alpe di Siusi cable car, opened in 1991. The hut is easily reached regardless of the season, whether during a bike tour or hike in summer or as part of a ski tour or snowshoe hike in winter. The spacious terrace is perfect for an outdoor lunch and guests can head to the garden to relax and sunbathe in the deckchairs. There is a playground and a small petting zoo nearby, where rabbits, goats, ponies and even lamas look forward to a visit from the children. The rustic interior is in traditional rustic style and includes a Stube perfect for spending time in good company - often for longer than expected, especially in winter! Tasty homemade traditional South Tyrolean dishes are all freshly prepared using the farm’s own products. Idyllic destination on 2054 m for day and holiday guests. We offer a fine cuisine, cosy rooms and dormitory and a relaxing sauna oasis. With playground, E-bike station and luge track.

Enjoy on our terrace typical regional dishes, prepared with different herbs from our own garden. Our cook set great store by using fresh products from best quality. After an exciting walking-tour a traditional snack with a good wine from South Tyrol expect You. Of course You must also taste our sweets. All our desserts are self-made!

The newly constructed hut amidst the impressive Dolomites on 2.164 m, offers a beautiful sun terrace and a Tyrolean snuggery where you can enjoy delicious South Tyrolean food. You can reach the family managed hut from Ponticello over the hiking trail no. 4 (time required: ca. 2 1/2 hours), from Prato Piazza over the hiking trail no. 3 (time required: ca. 3-4 hours) or from the lake of Braies over the hiking trail no. 4 (time required: ca. 3 hours). In the winter time the Rossalm hut is open from the beginning of februray till the end of march!

The Rifugio Genova offers cozy guest rooms and home cooking, as well as accommodation in rustic guest rooms with shared shower or in the hut stock. Group registration required. Opening times: June to October

The Malga Laranzer Schwaige is situated in 1925 m at Saltria near the station on top of the Floralpina skilift. The Hans & Paula Steger Path, which leads you from Compatsch via meadow and alpine places to Saltria, passes directly the Malga Laranzer Schwaige. The panoramic view to Saltria, the Lang- and Plattkofel and the mountains of Val Gardena is wonderful!

Table reservation can be made only by phone.

We offer delicious homemade cakes, juices, yogurts and various South Tyrolean specialties from our farm. Hot food served all day. Visitors can enjoy cheese dairy tours-with cheese available for purchase.

The Almrosen hut is accessible via trail no. 7 from Compaccio/Compatsch and via the Hans-and-Paula-Steger trail, which also starts in Saltria. It is the ideal starting point for hikes to the Sciliar/Schlern mountain, the Gruppo del Catinaccio/Rosengarten, and the Sasso Lungo/Langkofel and Sasso Piatto/Plattkofel mountains.

The Kirchsteigeralm alpine hut, at the valley station of the chairlift Mittager in the hiking area Merano 2000, is the starting point for beautiful walks round. Traditional cuisine and accommodation.

Opening in winter from December until Easter and in the summer from the end of May until end of October. Maddalena and Raffael with their sons Daniel and Luca welcome you to their Baita Sanon, where there is a wounderfull traditional tyrolean atmospher.

Visit our restaurant panorama valley directly on the panorama piste and only 5 going minutes of Compatsch. Enjoy the amazing view to the sciliar massive from our sunroof or the Apré's ski music in our igloo.

Welcome to the mountain lodge Plosehütte! At the legendary height of 2447 meters above sea level you can spend a wonderful lodge holiday in South Tyrol. Close to the sun, surrounded by alpine scenery and the beautiful Isarco Valley at your feet – we can accommodate groups, families and outdoor enthusiasts. In every season we are a perfect base from which to set off on fantastic nature adventures. The refuge offers an inviting dining room with bar, which can accommodate up to 120 people. Also a traditional parlour (“Stube”) with 40 seats is available at the lodge. A sunny terrace in summer and winter offers guests the opportunity to enjoy the panoramic views and the delicious food.

You can expect contemporary cuisine, traditional dishes of South Tyrol and also international specialties. Of course we take also care of our little guests, with a menu suitable for their age. Spaghetti bolognese, Wiener schnitzel or bratwurst with fries are just some of the favorite dishes. Furthermore, the children need only a few steps to get to the 2 floors games room or to the outdoor playground, located next to the large roof terrace, and with the longest slide across the Alpe di Siusi. On our terrace, with view on our pond, you can relax and enjoy the warmth of the sun while you spend a nice time in company, with a refreshing drink in our bar. The breathtaking panorama of the Alpe di Siusi and the Dolomites in the background also contributes to your happiness.
