The Spitzbühl hut ist he starting point for paradliders and hang-gliders, as well as for model aircraft. Visitors con also take a tendem flights from here. The rustic hut at the mountain station oft he Spitzbühl lift servers tipical South Tyrolean dishes: the house made specialities include baked pasta dishes and delicious cakes.

The Nockalm is the perfect conclusion of an excursion for families with kids and for byciclists. The owner dish up several South Tyrolean specialities and so you get refreshed for a new walk. The opening hours in summer are the same as those of the mountain funicular. The opening hours in winter are the same as those of the skiing area. From Vals to the Nockalm it takes about 1 hour.

Starting point: mountain station Ratschings-Jaufen (1.800m) The cable car Ratschings-Jaufen takes you from Bichl to the mountain station. From there you can hike along the Ratschinger Almenweg to the mountain pasture Wasserfalleralm and further on to the mountain hut Saxnerhütte. The Wieserhütte, idyllically located in the Altfasstal Valley, is a popular destination and a great starting point for hikes to the Seefeld Lakes and other trails. It is particularly family-friendly, easily accessible with strollers or mountain bikes. The hut offers its own dairy products, cozy evening events, and overnight accommodation – but only during the summer season. In winter, the Wieserhütte is open during school holidays, while outside this period there are some closing days to keep in mind. Please note that overnight stays are not available during the winter months. The Wieserhütte can be reached in approximately 90 minutes from the parking area in the Altfasstal Valley.

The Ganischgeralm is in one of the sunniest locations in the heart of the hike and Ski Centre Latemar – Obereggen, at the foot of Latemar, in Pampeago. Ganischgeralm, the highest Beer-garden of the Alps, is easy to reach following one of the hiking and mountain bike paths, or skiing on the slopes of the Ski Centre Latemar, or with the chairlift from Pampeago. Taste the traditional dishes, such as pork’s or calves’ knuckles combined with a delicious fresh beer and a 360° view to the amazing Dolomites. In winter, every day from 2 pm our DJs start the warm up with best beats directly in the red & white umbrella. You can reach the Ganischgeralm from Obereggen, Pampeago and Predazzo. The Taistner Alm hut offers seasonal delicacies and traditional alpine classics. Popular with hikers and cyclists, the alpine hut also offers wonderful circular hikes. After the tour, you can relax in the cozy stube (snug) or on the sunny terrace. The Bergrestaurant Jochtal is located directly on the slope and also the funicular and so it has a perfect posiotion. The kitchen is open continuously. The opening hours in summer are the same as those of the funicular and the opening hours in winter are the same as those of the skiing area. You can also reach the Bergrestaurant Jochtal from the carpark in Vals in about 2 hours.

Auer Leger Alm is at 1872 m between the Lavazé Pass and Oclini Pass. In the winter, we invite you after a cross-country skiing tour or a toboggan day one at a refreshment. In this known Almrestaurant we spoil you with regional delicacies Tyrolean style, game specialties and traditional "Strauben". In the summer there are various delicacies except to observe our petting zoo and live the lush grazing cattle have the option. Gurndin family also owns several purebred St. Bernard dogs that have already brought many eyes will amaze you. Both in winter and in summer we offer sleigh rides with horses. Our Mayrl Alm ski hut at 2037 metres above sea level at the heart of the Latemar Ski Centre is a well-known meeting place for anyone who loves good food. The sheltered sun terrace and the self-service or full service restaurant are all perfect for enjoying culinary treats (fish only during winter). In summer, car-free hiking trails criss-cross the Eggental Valley pastures. The Oberholz lift makes the ascent easier and is the starting point of many lovely mountain tours. The Mayrl Alm offers hearty culinary pleasures and refreshing drinks in the shelter of the peaks of the Latemar mountain. Hot food from 11.00 a.m. 04:30 p.m.

Located one kilometer away from Passo Oclini the mountain hut Auerleger – Malga Ora is a wonderful destination for walks and hikes. You can also reach the Auerleger – Malga Ora by bus or by car.

A nice hiking trail with departure point at Heilig Geist/Santo Spirito leads you to our hut. Walking time approx. 25 minutes.

Ütia Paraciora has a family atmosphere, ready to welcome anyone who wants to get to know our valley. It all began on 26 December 1993 with the Castlunger family. The years have passed, but the hospitality and the warmth of the management have remained and we would like to welcome you. Ütia Paraciora is a refuge located between the villages of Badia and La Villa and is a point of reference for those who want to stop for a bite to eat, a short break or to recharge their batteries. It's open both in summer and winter and has a ski slope next to it. It's the ideal place to try some traditional or grilled dishes, but a good aperitif at sunset on the terrace, surrounded by greenery and with a view of the Dolomites, wouldn't be bad either, would it?
