The guided via ferrata tour on the small Cir peak is a unique experience for beginners aged 10 and up. On the tour you climb over some of the most impressive rock formations in the region and overcome some short but challenging passages. Helmut Kostner explains how to climb and shows you how to get safely over the rock faces. You will also receive valuable tips on equipment and safety. Throughout the day, the mountain guide will ensure that you are safe and protected on the way.

This varied hike takes you through a fascinating landscape at the foot of the Latemar: from expansive alpine meadows and mystical rock labyrinths to a hidden lake in the middle of the forest. Perfect for an adventurous day in the Dolomites! Tour Description: Our tour begins at the Tiers cable car, which takes us comfortably to the Frommer Alm. From there, bus line 186 brings us to the Nigerstraße intersection, where our hike starts on foot. We follow the trail across the idyllic Latemar meadows, offering breathtaking views of the Dolomites and the perfect spot for a short break to soak in the surroundings. The path then leads us into the famous Latemar Labyrinth, a highlight of the hike. This labyrinth of massive boulders, created by an ancient landslide, provides an exciting and unique hiking experience. After navigating the labyrinth, we arrive at the Mitterleger, a picturesque alpine meadow. From there, we continue to Mittersee, a hidden forest lake that is particularly striking in early summer. Mittersee is a seasonal lake and does not hold water year-round, but its magical atmosphere amidst the forest makes it a special destination. Finally, we descend further to the historic Grand Hotel Carezza, where we end our hike in a relaxed manner. From here, we take the bus back to the Frommer Alm, where the Tiers cable car brings us to our starting point. From game to game: Galloping into the Middle Ages is every spring the returning motto in the Dolomites region Seiser Alm. After the start at the Trostburg Castel in Waidbruck/Ponte Gardena the tournament goes on with four stages: at the Kofel/Mount Calvary in Kastelruth takes place the traditional ring jousting. The second game, the labyrinth, is on program at the Matzlbödele in Seis.The third of four stages takes place at the Völser Weiher lake with its gallop. The tournament concludes with the game at Prösels Castle, the ride through posts. Living heritage of the Dolomites The travelling exhibition with 20 impressive panels was designed for the 50th anniversary of the Schlern-Rosengarten Nature Park. The open-air exhibition shows pictures of the impressive landscape of the nature park and the diversity of flora and fauna. The exhibition also tells of the beginnings of the mountain refuges and of the people who live and work in the nature park.

Spend a relaxing day after the HERO discovering the Dolomites and its culinary traditions while riding an electric bike in total HERO style. We’ve designed a route with several breaks, including some of the most stunning huts on the Seiser Alm plateau which you can access, naturally, by e-MTB. At the huts, prepare yourselves for a delicious aperitivo with your family or friends, or a wonderful lunch and a dessert. The HERO E-Gourmet ride departs and finishes in Selva Val Gardena. 200 spots are available. Start of the tour between 9:30 am and 10:30 am. You can choose between two routes (25 km/750 hm or 35 km/960 hm).

An exciting adventure awaits you during the guided tour of the church tower! From our expert guide Oswald Tröbinger you will not only learn why the church and the tower were built separately, but also have the opportunity to climb the observation tower: 82 meters high, with more than 300 steps. The tour lasts one hour and is a must for every visitor. The tour is only in German and Italian. However, you can still take part to see the tower from inside.

With our hiking guide Julian, we will venture into the wild and romantic Tschamin Valley. Immerse yourself in the history of Tiers: along the way, you will learn fascinating facts about the Bergler, the Tschamintaler, the Sour Waterle, and more. We will take our lunch break at the Rechter Leger before hiking back to the Tschaminschwaige. As a grand finale, we will visit the Steger Säge Nature Park information center and witness a demonstration of the old water-powered Venetian sawmill. Corpus Christi is an important feast in the liturgical calendar, during which the Catholic Church celebrates the presence of Christ in the Eucharist. A solemn procession, in which the consecrated host is carried in a monstrance through the village, expresses this faith. This tradition also has a firm place in Kastelruth, and we warmly invite everyone to participate. The celebration begins at 9:00 am with the Holy Mass in the parish church, followed by the procession at around 10:00 am, which will move through the village and return to the church. We kindly ask all guests and visitors to accompany the procession with respect, to maintain order, and to observe the event reverently along the route. Please avoid entering the procession aimlessly. Thank you for your understanding and for appreciating this religious tradition!

Tourdescription: After taking the cable car up to the Alpe di Siusi, we start our hike. First we hike towards Panorama and along the slopes of the Goldknopf to the foot of the Rosszahn ridge. The trail climbs steeply in serpentines to the Rosszahnscharte. From there it is only a few minutes to the Tierser Alpl refuge, where we take our lunch break. The way back is via the “Bärenloch”. The path is steep at the beginning, secured in places with wire ropes. Further down, the trail then leads through the Tschamin valley to Weißlahnbad. The St. Valentin church surrounded by meadows and fields, with the Schlern massif in the background, the small church of St. Valentin offers a real idyllic scene. The construction is of great historical and artistic value with precious frescos from the 14th and the 15th century. A peculiarity (among others): the painter has tried to include the local landscape as background in its representation of the three Kings. Together with hiking guide Paula we make our way to St. Valentin church (walk approx. 20 minutes). This is followed by a guided tour of the church and then back to Seis.
