Right in the very heart of the unique Dolomites UNESCO World Heritage, an Alpine Mountain Marathon with a length of 45 km and around 3,000 m of elevation difference will be setting off from Tires al Catinaccio: the Catinaccio-Sciliar Sky Marathon. The challenging mountain race will begin in Tires, lead round the Catinaccio Massif, over the Sciliar, past the Monte Cavone Hut and back to Tires. The highest point of the Sky Marathon is the Principe Pass at 2,630 m.

The festival begins at 10:00 AM, and the Tiers band will take care of your well-being with delicious refreshments. Enjoy live music from Karerbrass and later from Bergdiamanten, making the day musically unforgettable.

"La tela spezzata" (The Shattered Canvas - A crime novel of Love and Madness; Youcanprint, 2023) The writer and essayist Francesco MARCHIORO presents his crime novel “The Shattered Canvas” (published by Youcanprint). In the form of a mystery novel, he takes us through the allure of the Dolomites, the enigma of the protagonist’s kidnapping – the restorer Maria Brandi – the madness of being lost, a clinic on Lake Garda, the power of friendship, and the emotions of her uncertain search.
