The Kastelruther Spatzen Open Air will celebrate its 29th edition in June 2026. Thousands of fans come to Seis am Schlern to enjoy the stunning outdoor setting and see the Spatzen live. For over 35 years, South Tyrol’s most successful folk music group – and one of the most important in the German-speaking world – has taken the stage. The Kastelruther Spatzen Open Air, along with the Spatzen Festival and the Christmas concert, is one of the three annual events you won’t want to miss. ____________________ Ticket presales start on February 3, 2026, at 9:00 AM.     Everything you need to know

    The festival takes place outdoors at the Seiser Alm cable car. From Seis am Schlern, you can also reach the festival grounds on foot. A free shuttle bus takes you conveniently to and from the following locations: Hotel Albion / St. Michael, Kastelruth, Seis am Schlern, Völs am Schlern. Please check with the tourist office or your accommodation for the exact departure times. If your accommodation is not connected to the shuttle service, you can use taxis – these can also be reserved in advance. There are also parking spaces available directly at the festival grounds. Please note: there are no spaces available for campers.
