In Feldthurns, which lies just above Klausen, nestles the winery Garlider which has a breathtaking view over the whole of the Eisack valley and is surrounded by the impressive mountains of South Tyrol. In our bakery and pastry shop "Fabian Profanter - my bakery" in Millan, Plose Street, renovated and expanded in 2018, you will find a wide selection of breads, pizzas, traditional pastries and cakes, which are also made to order in various shapes and sizes in our in-house bakery. In addition you will find organic products such as fruits and vegetables, cheeses and meats, dairy products, beverages and more. We also have many regional, gluten-free and lactose-free products. Artisanal ice cream made by our master can be purchased in the store or enjoyed in our "Capriccio" Bar right next to the store in Millan. A selection of all these products can also be found in our branch "Strudel House" in the old town of Brixen on Adlerbrückengasse street.

The Radoar farm (850m) with its wide-reaching, age-old vines is one of the highest-altitude vineyards in the Alps.

We are an old fashioned business for wool and handcrafts in Brixen and offer a large selection of some of the most well known wool brands: Filatura di Crosa, Adriafil, Lane Mondial, Sesia, Silke and Schöller Esslinger. The Swiss Mountain Pine Oil Distillery on the Barbianer Alm has awoken from the winter sleep.

In the last 25 years, this living museum has been operated solely on the basis of tradition and as a hobby.

But the know how and craftsmanship to distill Swiss Mountain Pine Oil has been handed down from generation to generation. 

That´s why we can produce Swiss Mountain Pine Oil and Swiss Stone Pine Oil of the highest quality, ethereal oils that help peope in a natural way.

The farm shop „Häuslerhof“ is located on the sunny high apple plateau of Natz-Schabs on a sea level of 820 metres. In autumn when the apples of our proper orchards are ripe, they are picked, carefully squeezed and transformed into apple juice. Its tasty flavour of delicious fruits is a perfect thirst quencher, which we offer in our farm shop, along with fruitspreads, treacles, honey and wine.

The natural bathing pond in Lüsen is a small, idyllic mountain lake right in the midst of South Tyrol. Returning from a great hiking trip with super panoramic views or a nature park excursion, a visit to the bathing pond will bring you much sought after refreshment. Children can whiz down the slide while parents dive deep into the fresh spring water from the Lüsen Alm, when nearby farmers work on the fields and cows grass on the meadows.

Nestling around the splendid cathedral, encircled by proud, centuries old buildings, visitors are met by acolourful world of tempting scents and unique flavours. The traditional Christmas market of Brixen invites the visitors to taste numerous specialities of Brixen- Bressanone and the region.
