And, of course, we make our own pizza dough – totally Italian prepared with kamut, hemp or wholemeal spelt flour. You can choose from classic toppings or our seasonal specialities, such as ham, fig and rocket or plum, walnut and cheese. We source most of our ingredients locally – many are organic. E-Quattro is a small, family-run pizza laboratory. The special flours we use have different milling methods and therefore our pizza is light and easily digestible. We are very careful in the choice of our ingredients. Genuine eating is our effort, try us!

Our ski lodge in Ratschings, the Schistodl, is located directly on the valley run. For lunch we serve 30 different pizzas and delicious specialties from South Tyrolean and Italian cuisine. In winter, we offer you from 11 am to 18 clock throughout hot meals. In summer the Schitodl is closed.
